We ended our 2 week Thailand honeymoon here for 5 nights. It was an incredible experience. The views are breathtaking. The rooms are luxurious (and I can say with confidence after staying at Rosewoods and Anantaras for the rest of the honeymoon). The food (especially breakfast) is beyond fresh and delicious. I felt the staff went above and beyond at every turn. It is a truly a unique experience and a relaxing paradise. I will remember it forever and cannot recommend enough!

Loved, loved this place. It’s remote, beautiful, on the edge of a stunning, isolated and unspoilt beach. Hotel is amazing. The treehouse villas are spacious, beautifully decorated and contemporary. They’ve jacuzzi, sun beds and swinging chair downstairs, lovely rooms with bed. shower, bath etc upstairs. Really gorgeous. Staff are really professional and welcoming: managers, restaurant, room, beach and garden teams. Beach is unreal. Food was delicious and plenty of options. Cocktails, wine selection great. My only complaint is that we didn’t stay longer, but we will be back! Thank-you to everyone!

Treehouse Villas blew my expectations away! My wife and I came here as part of our honeymoon and we loved everything about it. I put some of my thoughts below, but overall I cannot recommend enough! The Journey: We landed in Phuket and it took us a minute to find our driver but once we did, everything was taken care of for us. Quick trip to the marina, where they have a team waiting for you to take your bags and get you ready for the boat trip. If you arrive a bit early, no worries, there is a nice restaurant to relax at while you wait. The boat ride was easy and provided some great views as well. Once at the resort, we were well taken care of. The Room: We did the Beachfront Villa, and we loved everything about it. All the rooms are designed so you really don't have to leave if you don't want to (own pool, mini bar, room service, etc). However, if you get antsy and want to go do something there is plenty to do around the resort. Excursions/things to do: We took advantage of the kayaking and snorkel trip, both were fun ways to get out and explore a bit. They also had a bunch of other excursions that looked fun, but we had such a good time relaxing around the resort we just decided to hang out. Food/Drinks: The food at Roots, fantastic, we were a bit concerned we would miss out on some of the local food being at a resort that caters to tourists from all over the world. However, Roots has you covered, with a farm to table focus, they specialize in local flavors. They also had a great breakfast. We also did Al Fresco one night which was great experience, but Roots was our favorite. Oh and you can't miss the happy hour at Sundowner. Staff/Hospitality: All of the staff were extremely kind and hospitable. Whenever we needed something to our room they were there in minutes. Service was fantastic. Things to Note: They share a property with a family friendly resort. Treehouse does have its own side though and areas that are for Treehouse guests only, so this minimally impacted our trip. Some of the restaurants and bars are shared between resorts, but Roots is not. So you have the option to interact with more people or you can stay around Treehouse and have the quiet adults only vibe. The snorkel trip that was complimentary with our room was to a National Park that was quite crowded while we were there, so that is something to consider. We still had a good time.

An extraordinary hotel tucked away in the tropical jungle. It feels intimate, stylish, and wonderfully wild, perfect for anyone seeking peace and quiet. The location is truly unique, with tides rising and falling dramatically from hour to hour. The staff is fantastic, the food delicious, and the overall atmosphere unforgettable. Thailand itself is breathtaking, and this place makes the experience even more special. Highly recommended!

We came here for lunch even though we weren’t staying at the hotel, and honestly we were excited. The place is beautiful… the view, the calm, the whole setting. It really felt like it could be a lovely moment. Because of the construction work, someone drives you in from the entrance, which is fine, but after that there’s no indication at all of how to get out again. No signs, no explanation. Since we were non-residents we didn’t know the layout, so we ended up walking to the hotel reception to ask. The front desk lady barely acknowledged us and replied without even looking at us. Just a quick “I’ll call someone”. It felt strangely cold, especially in a country where hospitality is usually so warm. The restaurant itself didn’t make up for it. It was quiet, only two tables, plenty of staff around and still no one really checked on us. We had to get up twice, first to ask about our mains because the wait was getting long and then again just to pay because no one came back to the table or offered dessert. The food was fine but the service felt careless, which is surprising for a place presented as five star. It’s a gorgeous spot and we genuinely wanted to enjoy it, but the experience just didn’t match the setting.
