Absolutely Amazing Stay – Highly Recommend! From the moment we arrived, the experience was flawless. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay — the bed was super comfortable, and the view was stunning. We met a lovely member of staff who worked on the reception, he took our cases up to our room and showed us all around the room and showed us where everything was, every time we left the hotel he would wave and wish us a nice night, then when we came back he would always have a chat with us (cant remember his name but he will know who we are when he sees the review). Thank you for making our trip special!!

I had a wonderful experience at The Tower Plaza Hotel. The hotel itself is elegant, clean, and perfectly located with stunning views of Sheikh Zayed Road and easy access to the metro. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the facilities were top-notch — especially the rooftop pool and the breakfast buffet. What truly made my stay memorable was the exceptional service from Ahmed. He was professional, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. Whether it was helping with check-in, offering local tips, or simply ensuring I was comfortable, Ahmed went above and beyond. His attention to detail and warm hospitality really stood out. Thank you, Tower Plaza, and especially Ahmed, for making my stay so enjoyable. I will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai!

We had a wonderful time during our stay at the hotel. We had booked 3 Sky Premium rooms along with dinner and breakfast. Two of the rooms were ready at the time of check-in and although we had to wait a little for the third, the staff kindly provided us with a comfortable room to relax in until it was ready, which we truly appreciated. The stay overall was very pleasant. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained — and the view was absolutely exceptional, one of the highlights of our stay. The food was decent, and the service throughout was courteous and efficient. We truly enjoyed our time.

I was really looking forward to my stay at Tower Plaza Dubai. The room was lovely, the view was amazing, and everything seemed perfect at first. Unfortunately, I didn’t expect the breakfast restaurant to be so overcrowded. We had to line up just to get a table it honestly felt like we were lining up for a food handout rather than a hotel buffet. During dinner, we asked what food was available and were told it would be international cuisine, but when we got there, most of the food served was Indian cuisine. It felt more like a street-side cafeteria than a hotel dining experience. I tried to give it a chance, thinking maybe it was just the first night but even on the second day, it was exactly the same. The pool was also very small and extremely crowded. It was not relaxing at all. I asked one of the staff if it was always that crowded during breakfast, and they told me it happens all the time. If that’s the case, then the management should take action to improve the situation so that customers don’t end up frustrated. We came to relax, but this is the first time I’ve actually felt stressed early in the morning during a hotel stay. As a paying guest, I believe the hotel really needs to improve its service in several areas. Overall, while the room and the view were truly beautiful, the rest of the experience needs serious improvement and attention.

I recently stayed at The Tower Plaza Hotel Dubai and had a wonderful experience. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by Mr. Ahmed at the reception. He was extremely courteous and professional, and he kindly arranged a beautiful room for me with a fantastic view. The hotel itself is excellent — clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I would rate it a full 10/10. The breakfast was also very good, offering a wide variety of delicious options. I truly appreciate the hospitality and service, especially from Mr. Ahmed.
