I had the pleasure of staying at this high CP valuable hotel located in downtown, which boasts a fantastic location. With a metro station nearby and the Museum of the Future within walking distance, convenience is truly unparalleled. My room on the 44th floor had been recently renewed, offering a modern and refreshing ambiance. The staff here deserve special recognition for their kindness and attentive service, always ready to provide necessary assistance whenever required. Their genuine hospitality added greatly to the overall experience. While my stay was delightful, there are a couple of minor points worth noting. The AC tends to be overly cold and lacks controllability, necessitating manual switching off to reach a comfortable temperature. Additionally, bathroom water drainage can be easily blocked by hair, requiring removal of the decorative cover to clear the tray and avoid flooding. Despite these minor inconveniences, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient stay in downtown. Its value and exceptional staff make it a standout choice.

The biggest advantage of the hotel is its location, right next to the metro station and close to the center of activity. The rooms are clean and spacious, even with three people occupying them. We were there during the end of Ramadan, but we didn’t feel any impact. The service was quick, with a wide variety of food and desserts, but there were a lot of people at meal times and a real shortage of available seating. Only after a few days did we realize that they had adapted another room one floor below. There was a slightly smaller selection, but it was definitely quieter and cleaner. As for the elevator, during breakfast and dinner times, it’s really a disaster. You need to be patient. If the elevator is overloaded, it simply won’t move. At full capacity, it doesn’t even stop on the floor, so you need to watch out for the next call. The pool was a pleasant cooling spot, and the hot jacuzzi was nice and warm. Otherwise, I highly recommend it, the sunset views are unforgettable.

- The Location of the hotel is great. - The bed was very comfortable. - There is a Nescafe coffee and tea in the room, but not the machine espresso coffee. However, the coffee in the breakfast area is great. - The room was great (we've got an upgrade), but the towels were dirty (some stains on them). We reached our room after midnight. I called the housekeeping 3 times; after waiting more than 45 minutes, they brought the cleaners' towels so that we could take our shower and go to sleep!! - The rooms on Sh. Zayed main road, the curtains in the room are not long enough and therefore it doesn't cover the sunlight in the morning; the room becomes so bright in the early morning that we cannot sleep enough!! - The elevators are very slow, and it takes us more than 20 minutes to reach the 5th floor for breakfast or the ground floor!! Definitely the elevators need to be upgraded, what’s a waste of time!! - The breakfast area is very small and crowded, although the food varieties and quality was good, but we have to Q to get want we want to have!

I stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights and i had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the amenities were nice, the room design was well thought out, and the view was absolutely amazing. These aspects definitely stood out and made the stay enjoyable. However, there were a few downsides. The lobby was too small and often overcrowded, making check-in and check-out feel chaotic. The staff lacked a personal touch and were very strict with the hotel rules, especially regarding check-in/check-out times. Additionally, they do not allow outside food deliveries, meaning you have to pick up any orders yourself, which can be inconvenient. The hotel is convenient for a short stay, but I wouldn’t recommend it for families looking for a more relaxed and accommodating experience.

I stayed at the Tower Plaza Hotel in Dubai and unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations. The room furniture is very old and worn out, which made the stay feel far from comfortable or modern. On top of that, there was no hot water in the bathroom, a basic necessity that shouldn’t be an issue in a hotel of this level. The lobby is always overcrowded, which made the whole experience feel chaotic. As for the food, the hotel restaurant serves dishes that are far below average, and the selection is mostly Indian-style cuisine, which may not appeal to everyone. The only real positives are the 24/7 grocery store right next to the hotel and the metro station directly in front of the entrance, which makes getting around the city much easier. If location is all you care about, this place might work—but don’t expect comfort or quality service.
