We had a wonderful stay at Plaza Hotel Dubai. The overall service was excellent and the staff were very welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade to a higher floor, and the view of the Burj Khalifa was absolutely amazing — it truly made our stay special. I would especially like to mention Nirmal from the breakfast area. He was such a sweet, friendly, and warm person. He went out of his way to offer us a customized breakfast as per our requirements and provided outstanding service with a smile. Along with him, Umar also took great care of us and made sure we were comfortable throughout. Their hospitality really stood out and made our experience memorable. Overall, a great stay with excellent service. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again.

Amazing stay at Tower Plaza Hotel! From check-in to breakfast, the service was excellent. Special thanks to Rikesh, Soi, and Yeiyant for their warm, caring, and attentive service in the breakfast room — they truly made our experience special. The managers on duty were always present and eager to help, both at reception and during breakfast. Great location close to food places, coffee shops, supermarkets, and within walking distance to major tourist attractions. Our room had a beautiful Burj Khalifa view. Highly recommend this hotel — thank you to the wonderful Tower Plaza team.

Great stay! Lovely hotel with amazing views. Museum of the future right accross the road and Dubai Mall and Burj Kalifa only 2 km away or only 2 metro stops. We had half board, food was lovely and staff very friendly. Great shoutout to Rickesh and Eiei, a very friendly restaurant staff, who provided top service ensuring every request was immediately fulfilled. Great professionals with high level of standard. Overall amazing stay. Would definitely come back.

I came to the reviews to finalize my choice of stay in Dubai during an Anniversary trip. I am very pleased to say I can give another awesome review. On the day of arrival everything went as planned and even better. We had two girls and right when we got off the airport Taxi Zubair greeted us and gave us a warm welcome to the hotel. He was so kind and offered to take some family photos by the holiday decor as they were going to take it down. At the reception Zanuel was very professional and kept his word of getting a better view of room if available the next night. Our room was updated and I couldn’t be more grateful. It was very spacious and clean and just newly renovated! We had the Museum of Future view and it was stunning. Upon entering our room lovely Thet had set up a mini surprise slide of cake wishing us our anniversary! We had a 5 night stay and like others mention the lift can get very busy at times, but they had it noted in the room to try to avoid 9 to 10:30 which was a great heads up! In the Metro restaurant Nirmal and Keshan were constantly smiling and showing great customer service. We also used the pool and my kids were in heaven and did not want to leave. I honestly have nothing concerning about our stay the only thing I would like to mention is that during daytime there are construction noises so if that is an issue for you, please plan accordingly. We specifically loved the location and short walk to the metro. Lastly I want to mention Amir, he service made us want to always return to your hotel. With loading our luggage and helping us change rooms to taking us to the airport while continuously giving information about Dubai and the new happenings, we felt like we a tour just driving with him. To all of your hard working staff, in a very competitive city of hospitality and continuous growth I can easily tell that they were all experienced and gave their personal best to set a high standard. Great service and great hotel. I just wanted to mention Rahul and Lokesh both great guys who were really helpful. Maqhawe was by the best waiter, he’s extremely caring and has excellent manners. Through our entire stay he was also there to help and make us feel comfortable. I have never received better service.
