My family had an amazing experience at Hotel Tower Plaza. From the moment I arrived, the staff ensured everything was smooth, welcoming, and comfortable. The check in process was quick, and the team was always polite, attentive, and ready to help. The location couldn’t be better; right in the heart of Dubai, with easy access to the metro, shopping areas, and major attractions. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, fresh and delicious, with a pleasant dining atmosphere. Overall, Hotel Tower Plaza exceeded my expectations in every way. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Dubai whether for business or leisure. I would definitely stay here again!

I stayed at this hotel for 6 days. The location is excellent, the breakfasts are delicious with a wide variety of options. I was especially impressed by the rooftop pool — everything was clean and well-maintained. There’s also a gym and a sauna, plus massage services, which is a big bonus. The hotel staff are very polite — special thanks to Rahul for the great service in the restaurant and to Diya for keeping my room spotless. Overall, I’m very happy I chose this hotel and would gladly come back again!

Had a wonderful short stay at this hotel! Nardjes, Ahmed, and Angelina at the reception were incredibly helpful and made sure I was comfortable throughout. They even arranged a late checkout, which made it so much easier to wait for my evening flight home. Would definitely love to stay here again! Also, the boys at the concierge are so so so helpful with everything! Ahmed and zubair were very informative about anything you need to know about dubai. Super sweet !

Service: - Staff were polite but slow and uncoordinated. - Needed to ask multiple people for an extra pillow. - Luggage delivery was delayed for over an hour until I followed up in person. Elevators: - Long waits (15–20 minutes) during peak times like breakfast. - One of four elevators frequently out of service. Room: - Clean but dated furnishings; nothing luxurious. - TV remote barely worked unless batteries were held in place. - Several power outlets didn’t work. - Very poor lighting; mirrors had no proper illumination. - No power outlets near mirrors — inconvenient for shaving, hair drying, or makeup. - Toothbrush and toothpaste only provided upon request. - Bath water took nearly an hour to get warm. Amenities & Details: - Missing expected five-star touches (personalized service, turndown, quality toiletries). Breakfast: - Limited options, mostly Indian and Arabic cuisine. - Hard to find continental items — more like a 3- or 4-star offering. Pool: - Small and plain, with no attractive view or atmosphere. Location: - Excellent — directly in front of a metro station. - Offers a daily free shuttle to the outlet mall. Overall Impression: - Decent stay, but far from five-star quality. - Realistically feels like a comfortable three-star hotel.

A special thanks to Mr. Youssef at the reception for his kindness and great service. He gave us a room on the 50th floor with a breathtaking view, which we really enjoyed. The entire hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean, modern, and child-friendly, and the metro station is right in front. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. We would definitely stay here again!
