Great location, fair prices, and tasty food. What really stood out was the staff – especially Ahmed at reception. My wife and I arrived in Dubai early in the morning on a red-eye flight with two kids, exhausted after a long transit. Ahmed went above and beyond to get us checked in well before the usual 2:00 pm time, which made all the difference. We’re truly grateful to him and the rest of the team for making our stay so much easier and more enjoyable.

The hotel’s location is phenomenal, with a metro station right in front of the exit and grocery stores, restaurants, and various shops within a three-minute walk. The rooms, especially those on the lower floors, show some signs of wear. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I’d rate the breakfast menu 7 out of 10; it offers a wide variety but is average in quality, making it acceptable overall. The spa and infinity pool are nice, with decent views. However, the shower water takes about 15 minutes of constant running to warm up. They charge for four bottles of water daily, which feels excessive. Additionally, housekeeping sometimes overlooks requests and doesn’t clean rooms as instructed.

Had an excellent stay at Tower Plaza Hotel Dubai. Reception staff were friendly and got me checked in early with no hassle. Room was spotless and comfortable. Concierge were quick and helpful with taxis and luggage. The whole place is kept tidy, and the kitchen team serve up great food that’s well presented. Everyone was welcoming and professional. Highly recommend and will stay again. Extremely hospitable team and would definitely recommend.

Absolutely Amazing Stay – Highly Recommend! From the moment we arrived, the experience was flawless. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay — the bed was super comfortable, and the view was stunning. We met a lovely member of staff who worked on the reception, he took our cases up to our room and showed us all around the room and showed us where everything was, every time we left the hotel he would wave and wish us a nice night, then when we came back he would always have a chat with us (cant remember his name but he will know who we are when he sees the review). Thank you for making our trip special!!

I had a wonderful experience at The Tower Plaza Hotel. The hotel itself is elegant, clean, and perfectly located with stunning views of Sheikh Zayed Road and easy access to the metro. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the facilities were top-notch — especially the rooftop pool and the breakfast buffet. What truly made my stay memorable was the exceptional service from Ahmed. He was professional, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. Whether it was helping with check-in, offering local tips, or simply ensuring I was comfortable, Ahmed went above and beyond. His attention to detail and warm hospitality really stood out. Thank you, Tower Plaza, and especially Ahmed, for making my stay so enjoyable. I will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai!
