I was impressed with the quality of the accommodation. The hotel was affordable, and the room was larger and more functional than those I have stayed in Tokyo. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, as it was just next to the train station and only one stop away from Osaka station. Overall, I had a great experience staying at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Osaka

I wish more of the hotels in Tokyo were like this. Affordability, ease of access to the station, and the cleanliness/larger-than-Tokyo hotel sized rooms made this such a great experience getting away from the bigger city. There's storage under the bed for your luggage, giving you more space than the rooms without it-- you'd otherwise lose what little space you have to your bags without it. Plus, there's complementary laundry. The only caveat to the laundry is that the wash/dry cycle is 120 minutes, and the dryer steams your clothes, so some clothes come out feeling damp. But overall, I'd love to stay here again.

Hanshin Annex is the best hotel I have ever stayed at 9days annd 8night .And I have travelled the world, visited countless cities and countries. Now the building and rooms are good but that's not what boosts Hanshin Annex to an all time great hotel. That honour is due to the service and hard work of the staff. Nothing was too much trouble and I can honestly say in all my years travelling... I have not experienced the sheer commitment of the staff to ensure we had an amazing experience. The ambiance upon entering was inviting and the check-in process was seamless. The room was not only beautifully furnished but also spotlessly clean, providing a serene and comfortable atmosphere. The hotel's attention to detail, especially in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene was truly commendable. The amenities were top-notch. The staff members were incredibly courteous always ready to assist and ensure a pleasant stay. The central location made it convenient to explore nearby attractions and restaurants. I highly recommend for its exceptional service and an overall delightful experience.

Our family recently stayed five nights at Hotel Hanshin Annex, and it was fantastic. Located just a 3 mins (180m) walk from Fukushima station, it offered easy access to most attractions in Osaka. Despite the cozy twin room size, it had all the amenities we needed, including free self-service laundry with TV monitoring. We loved the nearby izakayas and supermarket, making dining and shopping easy. Surprisingly, despite its proximity to the train station, noise was not an issue on the 9th floor. Highly recommended for families seeking comfort and convenience at great value.

This was fantastic! Complementary Japanese and Western buffet breakfast was delicious and they offered it daily. The room set up was clean and they utilized the space very well. Room service would do daily cleaning unless otherwise indicated. Free laundry machine usage. Close to the station if you use the JR pass for travel. Would stay here again! They paid attention to all the little details.
