Not a very nice hotel. Room was fine. Air con didn’t always work (didn’t matter too much because it wasn’t too hot). Bathroom has minimal privacy and no lock on door. Food was disgusting and it was the same day in day out. Cold, repetitive and boring. The restaurant looked very run down, white walls, white furniture (reminded me of a hospital). They were really slow at cleaning the tables, walking round trying to find a seat you’d find more dirty than clean ones. They just re use the water jugs that they put back off tables which i think is so unhygienic. Lifts were always busy (14 floors). Not the nicest area, not much to do.

Nice clean hotel, spacious pool areas BUT the food was not very warm and my husband sickness and diarrhoea which ruined our holiday not being well. After speaking to other guests they also suffered and believe it was food poisoning. After coming back and reading reviews on different platforms others have said the same. Also had issues with their beds as it's a mattress on a flat piece of wood and when you move the mattress slides off. Twice my husband tried getting out of bed in the morning, leaning on the side of the mattress which was no longer supported by the bed frame he fell out and the bed was very noisy. Also every time you had a shower the water went all over the floor so you had to use a lot of towels to soak it all up and to help prevent slipping.

If I could have the option of 0 star I would disgusting human beings the staff are & also like to shout at children & are not willing to call you a taxi when your 2 year old child is in hospital with sepsis. Stuck in a foreign country & also they mithered about late check out when I was back & forth in taxis with my 7 year old boy constantly up & down the hospital. Popping back the hotel for clothes ect. Disgusting hotel & the rudeness is unreal. Like to shout at children also & staff are very rude and arrogant. We have 2 holidays every year for the past 15 year & this place is by far the worst hotel weve stayed at. I would try zafiro can pickafort hotel opposite much better hotel in our experience.

Spent an amazing week here with my partner and 2 children the staff were great across the board ! Shout out to alyona in kids club! And malena at reception and Jose at the bar! This hotel was very busy but never waited long for drinks or food in the restaurant ... pizza could be quite slow at coming out sometimes though. The food was very tasty! Thanks to kids club i got to visit the adults only bar a couple of times too, staff up there are great and veiws are stunning. The hotel was clean always! Now this is why I only give 4 stars!! There is not enough sunbeds for everyone management need to do something about this! I had to get up at 7am to wait in a que... albeit that I was at the front to get my pick of a lounger as I needed one at the front of poolside to watch my children. The doors don't open till 8am then the que is right back to reception or more. I did get beds every morning but had to que, there was some people tho that didn't, and I think for a 4×+ hotel this is not acceptable. I would go to the hotel again though! As my children and us had a really good time,

A very luxurious hotel with the highest vantage point in the town of Can Picafort. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and serviced daily. The room has a double bed, a sofa, and an armchair. The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub. The balcony offers beautiful views of the entire area. The food at the hotel is amazing.
