I used the pool for a 5 min dip on our 2nd day. A man came after me as I left and shouted at me. He was obviously unhappy that I hadn't bought anything although he knew we were staying there. I have never been treated like that in all my 20 years of visiting Tsilivi. Sooo rude. We had tried to have breakfast there but they don't open till 10.. No good for us. We also planned to have a couple of days round the pool buying lunch. Not after that experience. The shop staff were OK but not friendly. The most friendly people were the lovely cleaners. It's a shame about the not nice people as the room was OK. Near the beach

The older man in the shop makes you feel as welcome as a rat at a buffet. He is rude and miserable, he robs you of 10 euros for AC per room per day. I have heard many horror stories of this man, I would never stay there again, I would rather sleep on the beach.

The service within the shop was so bad. As soon as I walked in the man behind the counter yawned really loud and carried on smoking his vape. When i took the products to the counter he ignored me for a few minutes then chucked a bag at me. There are so many better choices in the area near the beach. This is one of my only bad reviews on google so shows the quality of service.

Lovely couple and nice and chilled down towards the beach. Can use the pool also good for food and drinks.

Just returned from a weeks holiday with my husband and daughter. We had a lovely week (apart from the storm) we had a garden facing studio for 3. It was spacious and well equipped. Everything was lovely and clean. Bedding changed twice whilst we were there as was the towels. Every day the maid came in and emptied the bins and made the beds. The owner made us feel very welcome when we arrived with a nice cold drink. Fast checkin too. Location great for beach and main area for shops and restaurants, but just far enough away for it to be quite. The pool and pool bar are directly across from the apartments and serve drinks and food. We really liked these apartments and will visit again.
