We had an amazing experience at this hotel and will definitely come again! The location is absolutely brilliant, with beautiful surroundings and the added bonus of a few small coral reef areas just off the beach, where we saw plenty of colorful fish – a real treat for nature lovers and kids alike. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, always doing their best to accommodate any request. You truly feel welcomed and cared for throughout your stay. The hotel is perfect for families with small children. One of the absolute highlights for our little ones was the evening entertainment program – every night there's something special: open-air cartoon screenings, dancing, music, and lots of fun activities that kept them happy and engaged. It created such a joyful atmosphere for families to relax and enjoy the evenings together. The food was also very good, with plenty of options and great taste across the board. Sure, like in any hotel, there are small things that could be improved – but nothing that took away from our wonderful experience. It's hard to please everyone 100%, but this place comes very close! A heartfelt thank you to the whole team – we'll definitely be back. 10 stars from us! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We’ve had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and everything was excellent.From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding — the staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of dishes that catered to every taste. Every meal felt fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was also very good.Rooms, common areas, and facilities were always maintained which made our stay even more comfortable and relaxing. The beach was clean, well-maintained, and just steps away from our room. It offered the perfect setting for both relaxation and fun activities. The entertainment team did an amazing job creating a lively and joyful atmosphere.

We stayed in room 3111 and it was just incredibly noisy. We spoke to another guest who had been put in this room before us and requested to move, so we were a little disappointed when we found this out. We felt that we should have been contacted by guest services when we first arrived to ask if the room was ok. It was constant loud banging and vehicles entering the hotel, all night long. Sometimes struggled to find a sun lounger in a good location due to the hotel not removing towels for people trying to reserve loungers, which the signs say they do/will. Even when you do find a sun lounger, you’re pestered all day, everyday with people trying to sell you excursions. They don’t take no for an answer. Had issues with the staff from juice box trying to charge us $5 for a smoothie. No entertainment for adults whatsoever. Not really much activities during the day either. Gym was rubbish, very limited equipment. Very good location though and the majority of staff were excellent and couldn’t have done more for you.

Hotel looks nice but I wouldn’t give to it 5 stars. It was clean everywhere but rooms weren’t completely modern and showers were old and not functional properly. They have late dinner from 22:00 to 23:00, I have been there for a few times before 23:00 and it was completely closed. Food was good, there was a lot of it to eat but still nothing too much and tasty. Not bad hotel at all but I have been to much better hotels for that price in Egypt or Turkey. For me it is poor four-star hotel.

Our stay in ten hotel was acceptable but we believe that it could have been better specially for the price we paid for our stay. there was a certain circumstances in all Egypt because of the fire happened in Cairo and affected all the communication in the counter, however, there was no flexibility in the check-in process and it took us a very long time to complete the check-in. Also, the food quality was not the best specially the deserts. the pool closes very early! the sunset is almost 8:00 PM while the pool close by 6:00 PM! The Beach area is not that good and there is no real entertainment on the beach. The night parties at night (after dinner) are very short and repeated for kids also, not that entertaining and there is no enough seats for every one.
