We’ve had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and everything was excellent.From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding — the staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of dishes that catered to every taste. Every meal felt fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was also very good.Rooms, common areas, and facilities were always maintained which made our stay even more comfortable and relaxing. The beach was clean, well-maintained, and just steps away from our room. It offered the perfect setting for both relaxation and fun activities. The entertainment team did an amazing job creating a lively and joyful atmosphere.

Fantastic Stay at Titanic Royal Hurghada – Highly Recommend! We’ve just returned from an unforgettable week at the Titanic Royal Hurghada, and we couldn’t be more impressed. We stayed in Room 1206, which was spotlessly clean, beautifully styled, and offered a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay. The hotel layout is perfect—well thought out and ideal for both couples and families. Whether you're looking to relax by the pool, stroll along the stunning beach, or enjoy some downtime in your room, everything is easily accessible and beautifully maintained. The food was absolutely fantastic with a wide variety of delicious options to suit every taste. Every meal felt like a treat, and we looked forward to dining each day. What really made our stay special was the staff. Every single person we encountered went above and beyond—always polite, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Their warmth and professionalism truly added to the experience. We also booked excursions to Luxor and the Sahara Desert directly through the hotel, and we were thrilled with how well-organised and reasonably priced they were. We felt safe, looked after, and thoroughly enjoyed both adventures. All in all, Titanic Royal exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend it and can’t wait to return next time with all the family!

I have stayed in many hotels around Hurghada within a similar budget, but I have never experienced such poor service as in this one. We stayed here for 5 nights and not once — apart from the lobby bar — did anyone come to ask us what we would like to drink. The bartenders in the lobby were the only ones who were polite and professional. Everywhere else, the service was simply disappointing. Most of the staff seem to look at your hands first — checking how much money you might give — rather than your face. And even after tipping, you often receive no service at all. It makes you feel extremely uncomfortable. We are the kind of people who love to reward good service — but in this hotel, there was no such service to reward. Another issue is the food. In no other hotel have I found myself wondering what to even put on my plate. The only exception was the Italian à la carte restaurant — everything there was delicious and fantastic. It was honestly the one and only highlight of our entire stay. The hotel grounds are nice, but it’s extremely overcrowded. There are not enough sunbeds for all guests, so we often had to go to their sister hotel that has the aqua park. It was much better there — the burgers were tastier, there was more space, and the overall experience was more pleasant. The beach is quite good, especially for small children, but again — the same problem with sunbeds. From my experience, I would not recommend this hotel and I would never return.

This was our first stay at this hotel and we were absolutely delighted! The entire resort is stunning, with beautiful surroundings and a great attention to detail that creates a wonderful atmosphere. The food was excellent, with an impressive variety of options. The seafood dinner, especially the shrimp, was simply fantastic. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. Cleanliness was maintained at the highest level – our room was cleaned daily and always restocked with fresh water, Coca-Cola, and Sprite. The hotel is perfect for families with small children. The pools are heated and the water is very warm – ideal for kids. The foam party on Wednesday was an unforgettable experience! In the evenings, there were great animations starting with cartoons on a big screen, followed by interactive activities like dancing in different languages, games, and live performances, including belly dancing, Latin shows, and Egyptian-style acts. The beach was clean and well-maintained, with enough sunbeds for everyone. Although sunbeds by the pool were hard to find after 9 AM, the staff would happily bring more upon request. Another big plus was the excellent Wi-Fi connection throughout the hotel – even on the beach! We honestly couldn’t find a single downside. This was our first visit, and we are truly impressed. The whole resort is simply beautiful – a real treat for the eyes and soul. We highly recommend this hotel!

I have very fond memories of my stay at the hotel. The place was very nicely decorated. The reception and service were very nice, kind and helpful. If I had any problems they were always there to help. Beautiful and clean beach. The water in the pools was clean. The food was tasty and varied, I didn't find anything tasteless or indigestible during my entire stay. The food in the Chinese restaurant was delicious and we were very nicely welcomed. Mohamed 131 is good in his job. There were various interesting animations and games until noon and in the evening, so we didn't get bored. Wifi signal was good and stron in all hotel and on the beach. The gardens around were very well maintained. The rooms were cleaned very well every day. Delicious drinks in the main hotel bar. I will remember this hotel and all the wonderful people who work there and made sure that we didn't lack anything. Thanks to this we spent very nice time and vacations.
