We were very satisfied. The best and most comfortable hotel we have ever stayed in! The staff was very helpful and professional. Our room was very beautiful, comfortable and clean. I would like to say a special thank you to the cleaner and those surprises on the bed every day, it was super. We definitely recommend this hotel to others. Thank you!

Honest review! We stayed in room 1161 for 10 days from 13 Dec. The room was clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and polite and very attentive. In particular the beautiful Somaia that makes the pizzas by the beach restaurant. We can never forget the two incredible, kind and delightful sisters Anna and Teresa who are at the kids club / animation team who showed my two children so much warmth and care - they feel like two younger sisters to me! They interact respectfully and calmly with all of the children. And Giaco / Coco - also amazing. Generally, The staff all work so hard and made this a fantastic stay. We upgraded from the promo standard room (although this room was fine) but I just wanted to be closer to the pool and have a more relaxing view and abit more space. The upgrade was worth it the money. I really enjoyed the variety of food and eating a few new things - the kids are not so adventurous so stuck with pancakes, waffles, fruit, yougurt, pizza and chips. This is fine for a short 10 day holiday. Personally I loved the food and all the a la carte restaurants were ‘OK’. The Mongolian grill was fantastic but such a shame we can only go once! The pools were clean and the lifeguards are attentive. Not all pools are heated but the heated pools are large enough and also the beach is a very short distance. The cleaners are friendly, polite and no issues at all with cleaning, towels etc. I have recommended to my family already and they will visit in May. I hope to see you again very soon!

Very good quality service and excellent team. I get vip guest from this hotel Today was a wonderful experience. I was pleasantly surprised by the interior design of the guest room and waiting area, as well as the warm welcome and the overall improvement of the staff. I highly recommend it for honeymooners and friends. They have exceptional bedrooms and high-quality service. Interestingly, the staff members wear naval uniforms and captain's attire. Truly a unique experience.

Food was terrible. Had to leave the hotel to get decent tasty food. The beach was dirty. I chose this location just because it was on the beach but so much rubbish on the beach, only used beach area once in 8 nights because of this. Didn't want my kids playing with rubbish. The only good thing about this hotel was the cleaning staff Ahmed and the cleaning team for our room, they were brilliant. 10 out of 10 for them. Made my daughters birthday very special by decorating our room for her and the general maintenance of the room was great. Room 1160.

The staff were brilliant, super attentive. Great range of food but not all great. The Egyptian food was the best. Drinks and cocktails not as expected for a 5* resort. Also lots of problems in the room with facilities meant lots of trips from the repairs team to our room!
