Stayed here over new years. First impressions- hotel looked very nice and was impressed with waterpark onsite. Rooms were nice and spacious although I feel could do with a deeper clean. There were dirty areas within the room from prior to our arrival. We notice the beds get made but the floors were not cleaned unless asked. The lifeguards and most of the restaurant staff were approachable and polite. The bar staff and some members of staff across the hotel came across ignorant and rude, unless money was being tipped. Ome of the managers ( didnt remember his name but he had light green eyes) was so helpful and polite. The water slides and kids pools are amazing! Something for ALL ages and never a queue! The choice of food I thought was good and we were a family of 2 adults 3 kids ages 13, 10 & 7. The entertainment team is feel could be a little bit more enthusiastic. Sometimes some of them looked like they didnt want to be there. But some of them was always full of energy. The entertainment as a whole I felt could improve hugely it wasnt great and didnt last long. The drinks are not great alcohol wise. But cokes, fanta and juices, coffes plus bottled water good. We really enjoyed the new years eve gala party! We did get ill but we couldn't say if that was from the hotel or the outside excursions we done. Its 50/50 its going to happen in egypt. I would recommend this hotel. The sister hotel across the road has access to the beach which you can get a free shuttle bus too amd do some snorkeling.

The hotel itself is beautiful and has great facilities, however the attitude of SOME staff has seriously let it down. I’ve already had two negative encounters. The first was in the dining hall while I was looking around. I moved past a few people, not realising a staff member was behind me. He made an irritated noise, muttered something under his breath, and then gave me a very unpleasant look when I turned around. The second incident happened when I went downstairs to ask for milk for my nieces and nephews (five children under the age of four). I was initially refused and told we had already been given some earlier. I wasn’t informed there was a limit, especially as there is no milk provided in the rooms for the tea and coffee. There are 16 of us staying, so it obviously doesn’t last long. Although the milk was eventually given, the staff member’s attitude was unnecessary and uncomfortable. It’s disappointing because the hotel itself is excellent, but the behaviour of some staff members has made me feel uncomfortable during my stay.

We have enjoyed our holiday here.Staff is very friendly,helpful,working hard,always welcome you with a smile. The workers keep the hotel and pool areas constantly clean and tidy. I would love to recommend a wee shop next to the pools called -"Black seed".There is a lovely man with nickname Dr. Bob Marley,he is very kind and if you have any health issues he can sell you very good natural organic herbs and a lot of cosmetic products.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The food was excellent with a great variety of dishes – fresh, tasty, and beautifully presented at every meal. What really stood out was the entertainment team. They were fantastic – always full of energy, friendly, and went out of their way to make sure everyone was having a great time. There was something for everyone, whether you wanted to join in the activities or just relax and enjoy the shows. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The combination of great food, a comfortable stay, and such an amazing entertainment team made this a holiday to remember. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back!

-Clean Large Room - Bed and Pillows are extremely comfy - Hotel is large in size - Islam - the waiter in the buffet (main resturant) absolute star !! Needs a raise and promotion. He keeps an eye out on every single person and is constantly doing something - Room is topped up with water in fridge whenever room gets a clean - cleaner is SUPER nice and attentive. - Only 1 small Adult pool & Kids pools heated, all other main big Adults pools are freezing cold and unheated. Whats the point of having the pools if no one has been unable to use them ? Felt like its just for show. We were all overcrowded in that 1 adult pool. - Strong bad smell of sewage inside bathroom sometimes and outside the room and outside area. - Food is DISGUSTING !! Not exaggerating. Absolutely rubbish ! We could barely eat and utilize our all inclusive, we had to keep eating out at McDonalds, KFC & Gaucho Steakhouse. Also, when they had a 'seafood' food day..... there was nothing to eat but seafood..... and there was no meat in the crab, barely could get anything and mussels were mainly empty and when we did find one that had meat in it, it was the size of half a pea! This is the first country we have been to where the food has been innedible. - Breakfast is gone by the time its 9ish. All the hot crossaints are finished as people keep filling up their plate with 4+ crossaints. Also the resturant does not seem to top it up. We only had breakfast crossaints on one day. There needs to be a rule in place to make it fair for everyone or you need to bring out more fresh pastries when they are finished. - The resturant also closes half an hour before the time its actually stated on their timings. The waiters start clearing up and theres barely anything left - even though the food is innedible and horrid. We lived off the chips and pizza. However on the seafood day, there was no meats or other options. Very concering for people that have seafood allergies. - All other waiters in the main resturant are lazy, one told us to get our drinks ourselves and others kept telling Islam to go and do the work instead. Whilst they stand around doing nothing. - Shops inside hotel and in the outside pool area bit are expensive ! I bought a few keyrings for £29. What a joke. Better to go in the market where we bought items for less than 100 EGP. We even bought 5 fridge magnets for 100 EGP, whilst these shops in the resort are charging £5 for a keyring. - When we arrived to the hotel the luggage guy seemed lazy. He asked us to wait in the lobby whilst we had to wait another half hour or so for more guests to arrive, then he took us all together in a group to our rooms. He just wanted to do one trip in one go. You shouldn't be making guests wait around, if its your job to bring someone to their rooms with luggages when they arrive, then do your job and stop being lazy. Attend to things straight away. - Drinks at the resturant are rubbish and disgusting, all substittuted with juices and some powder packets. - Very slippery floors !! Unable to walk properly without slipping everywhere inside. Something needs to be done about this. Major red flag. - Very noisy neighbours next door to us. Making extreme loud noise throughout the night. - If your staying in the outside part, just keep in mind the show noises and music will keep you up. Its very loud and you can't have peace in your own room. - Cant walk around properly in the pool area to get to the room as the sunbeds are everywhere and overcrowded. People keep moving the sunbeds too. Blocks the walking path for getting to room. Please sort this issue - near the kids pool. Also very wet and slippery. - My Husband and I also had a very had stomach ache/upset stomach from the hotdog and burger we ate from near the pool shop one day. We went to the toilet throughout the day and night. - WIFI IS VERY POOR ! Hardly can get connection Overall i would definately NOT agree that this hotel is a 4* hotel. In my opinion definately 2*.
