Only spent one night here before being moved to our booked hotel titanic royal. Super friendly staff. Clean room , fantastic shower. Some areas where a little tired, especially around aqua park areas. The lady making bread was definitely a highlight, so delicious too. Food was good too. Absolutely brilliant for kids.

Absolutely fantastic. What really made this holiday was the service - staff here really go the extra mile - notablly Guest Services, Housekeeping and Essam on the front desk. We got treated like royalty on our birthdays so highly recommend this place if you have a birthday during the trip. Lots of little details and friendly interactions from staff was really noticeable. The food was great all week and kudos to the chap running the A La Carte restaurants - those were great. Especially the Teppanyaki experience which my 4yo still thinks was magic. The slides are great and the kids pools are heated (which was a welcome surprise as a little cold to swim otherwise). There's a little gift shop at the back by the pools worth a visit - reasonable prices and the shop keeper used to be a tour guide so knows a lot of Egyptian history. If coming as a family, upgrading to the family room is worth it. We did and the extra space was good to have for 9 days. 5* experience for 4* price 😀

Stayed here over new years. First impressions- hotel looked very nice and was impressed with waterpark onsite. Rooms were nice and spacious although I feel could do with a deeper clean. There were dirty areas within the room from prior to our arrival. We notice the beds get made but the floors were not cleaned unless asked. The lifeguards and most of the restaurant staff were approachable and polite. The bar staff and some members of staff across the hotel came across ignorant and rude, unless money was being tipped. Ome of the managers ( didnt remember his name but he had light green eyes) was so helpful and polite. The water slides and kids pools are amazing! Something for ALL ages and never a queue! The choice of food I thought was good and we were a family of 2 adults 3 kids ages 13, 10 & 7. The entertainment team is feel could be a little bit more enthusiastic. Sometimes some of them looked like they didnt want to be there. But some of them was always full of energy. The entertainment as a whole I felt could improve hugely it wasnt great and didnt last long. The drinks are not great alcohol wise. But cokes, fanta and juices, coffes plus bottled water good. We really enjoyed the new years eve gala party! We did get ill but we couldn't say if that was from the hotel or the outside excursions we done. Its 50/50 its going to happen in egypt. I would recommend this hotel. The sister hotel across the road has access to the beach which you can get a free shuttle bus too amd do some snorkeling.

We are currently staying at Titanic Resort and we honestly cannot put into words how grateful we are for the kindness we’ve experienced here. We came on holiday with our two autistic children. As parents of children with additional needs, travelling can be stressful because routines, food preferences and sensory needs are very specific. Our son only eats cheese toasties made with Gouda cheese, and our daughter mainly wanted noodles. Anyone who understands autism knows how important those “safe foods” are. Chaled, the restaurant manager, has been absolutely incredible. Every single day for two weeks he personally checked in on us to see how we were doing and how the children were. He made sure Gouda cheese was available for the toasties and helped us arrange noodles without any fuss. He didn’t just “do his job” — he genuinely cared. His empathy, patience and understanding made us feel supported and completely at ease. He truly went above and beyond to make sure our children were comfortable and happy. The entire team has been supportive and kind, and we are so grateful. The animation team even offered babysitting so we could have a few hours to ourselves, which meant so much. Small gestures like that make a huge difference for parents like us. Our cleaner also went above and beyond, creating beautiful towel art for the children. Coming back to the room to those little surprises made them so happy. This has been such an enjoyable and pleasant stay. The kids have had an amazing time, and we couldn’t have asked for a more understanding and compassionate environment. Thank you to Chaled and the whole team for making our holiday so special.

The hotel itself is beautiful and has great facilities, however the attitude of SOME staff has seriously let it down. I’ve already had two negative encounters. The first was in the dining hall while I was looking around. I moved past a few people, not realising a staff member was behind me. He made an irritated noise, muttered something under his breath, and then gave me a very unpleasant look when I turned around. The second incident happened when I went downstairs to ask for milk for my nieces and nephews (five children under the age of four). I was initially refused and told we had already been given some earlier. I wasn’t informed there was a limit, especially as there is no milk provided in the rooms for the tea and coffee. There are 16 of us staying, so it obviously doesn’t last long. Although the milk was eventually given, the staff member’s attitude was unnecessary and uncomfortable. It’s disappointing because the hotel itself is excellent, but the behaviour of some staff members has made me feel uncomfortable during my stay.
