We loved it! The staff are amazing and really look after you. The heated outdoor pool is great on a chilly day and the size of the other pools means you never feel crowded. Plenty of sun loungers with umbrellas so always comfortable. The beach is a short mini train or boat ride away and the journey adds to the experience. The beach is gorgeous and the Italian restaurant there is especially worth a visit.. or 2... or 3! The pizzas are handmade and the truffle pasta is delicious!
The buffet is extensive but surprisingly not as many main options to choose from as you would expect and when the hotel is busy it is almost like rush hour on the underground. It is worth it however especially when you sit outside and enjoy the sunshine. The a la carte restaurants are definitely worth the extra expense! We went to the steak restaurant (incredible!!) and the Greek restaurant (so much fun - kids had an amazing time!)

Location is good, service and food is great. Even some foods can compete with 5 star restaurants. But management should improve the facilities and consider the family’s with kids. First there is no outside place that you can run from smoke. There is an air conditioning problem in the rooms and you got the kitchen smell. Kids playground are not maintained rusted. Some indoor play machines are broken and no fresh air inside.
Edit: After our review customer relations department got in touch with us for improving our experience and I am increasing one star for the hospitality.

What a fabulous hotel. Immaculately clean, such friendly and attentive staff, and 1st class food.
Facilities are great and the beach is so relaxing.
Titanic will be top of our list for a return to Antalya.

I have just returned from a short break at titanic deluxe golf Belek, we have been 5 times before, fantastic hotel, wonderful food but unfortunately on this occasion the service from the coffee bar, beach restaurants and round the pool restaurant was poor, lots of people in charge doing nothing and lots of waiters/waitresses with clearly no direction and badly managed!
I understand it’s just out of season but if this was my first experience I probably wouldn’t return!
I would also like to add the shop inside the hotel is criminally expensive, they tried to charge me 220 euros for an inflatable that I found on eBay for 25! Surely this has to be addressed by some one. The shop owner blamed his high rent, as you can imagine there was very few inflatables in the pools. Here’s a thought, lower your prices and perhaps you’ll sell more!

If you like all inclusive and large resorts I doubt you will find better than this. Although I have to say it was Anastasiia and Murad from guest services that lifted my experience to 5 star, they looked after me as stayed in the Maldive accommodation which comes with a concierge type service and they were unbelievable, patient, helpful superstars.
It is a massive resort, multiple pools, restaurants, bars, cafes and all offer food and drinks of a high standard. The main restaurant is a bit more hassle and bustle but the a la carte is a quiter more refined experience and the subsidies well worth it.
Staff are all helpful and approachable and there is a definite focus on presenting the resort in the best way.
Shops on site appear to be independants and are a rip off so recommend buying anything you need from town, aside from food and drinks of course which can be found up until about 1am and from about 9am.
The Spa is excellent and well worth spending time on a pamper or simply using the facilities.
All in all fabulous.
