The hotel is located in a superb setting on the banks of Besgoz River which is famous for its blue crabs, a short stroll away from a long sandy beach. Highly recommend this wonderful hotel First I would like to speak about the staff. I had no clue my travel agent booked me two rooms with no balconies. I only realised this the day before after printing off tickets. I was gutted. I am a smoker with a family so balcony was certainly needed. I contacted the hotel directly and explained and they did say they would try subject to availability. I was emailed within a day to which they could accommodate for these rooms. This made my families holiday before we even got there. Hotel is so clean, rooms are impeccable with impressive decorative design The food is outstanding with lots of restaurants to choose from and variety. Live entertainment is one of our joys every evening and it does not disappoint whilst enjoying an alcohol drink. The boat ride to the beach has beautiful scenery and once at the beach have a choose of many restaurants. Water park is incredible and hours and days of pure fun in the sunshine. Been to this hotel twice and return this year for the third

Outstanding Wonderful Beautiful hotel Myself and my family absolutely cant recommend this hotel enough. It’s beautiful rooms, kind staff, amazing food and drink. Fantastic sports bar for my husband and two boys. The most amazing water park I have ever seen in a hotel and I’ve been to plenty with my children. A huge recommendation to the gorgeous boat ride along the river down to the beach for wonder beach setting. We had lunch there most days followed by drinks of the jetty. It really was wonderful. Evening entertainment you got the best of both. For evening entertainment you get the choice of evening of live music by the lake with choice of all beverages. Or lively shows/dancing by the water park. Both spectacular. I would totally recommend this hotel, so much so I booked to celebrate my 40th this year. Thank you for great hospitality

It was our first time visiting this hotel as a family of 4, with 2 young children. First and foremost, the kids club facility and all staff are an absolute credit to the hotel. They have fun filled activities throughout the day and evening to keep the children entertained and happy. They really do go above and beyond. A big thanks to Ulku who was always energetic and kept the fun going! The resort itself is huge with so many things to keep you busy. We came during the Easter half term so unfortunately some of the water slides were still closed however still plenty to do!

Lovely location and Hotel. First timers to Turkey. Realise its still classed as winter here, so no air conditioning in the bedrooms which can be very hot at night and difficult to sleep. We had to keep balcony door open to get some air. Apart from that no complaints. Food, drinks and service outstanding. Definitely come back especially when air conditioning available. Thanks for a great stay so far

I am one of a party of 16 golfers with healthy and appetites. We are also thirsty. The food and drink and drink have flowed freely during our week long stay and we have enjoyed it all. The food and drink is of a high quality in my opinion and there is plenty choice and variation every day. The staff have been very friendly and eager to please everyday! Particularly Aysun!! She is very bright and friendly despite the pain of the blisters! Many great memories….
