Lots of staff, very clean. Reasonable choices for dinner. Breakfast has usual choices including fresh made pancakes and omelettes. Fresh made juices and really good mint tea are included. Wonderfully situated for restaurants and the beach. Not all bedrooms have an external window which loses it a point.

The hotel offers exactly the services expected of a 4* in Morocco. We paid to upgrade to a pool-view room and as such got exactly that. Most pool view rooms also include a sea view and a view of the Casbah on the hill. The room had had a recent refresh and was probably one of the better rooms. It had a balcony, but little more than a Juliet and certainly not big enough for furniture or sitting on sadly. Breakfast was good with no issues, all the staff were polite and professional. The gardens are lovely, along with the (Unheated) pools. Overall, it was a pleasant place and you'd struggle to get better for the money! Unfortunately, there's always a downside... The mattress was like laying on a slab of marble! Hotels buy hard mattresses because they last longer, but bejeeeezus it was awful. Secondly, they obviously do laundry on site, because they have a washing machine / spinner / dryer that makes a hell of a racket and literally vibrates the building. Morning, noon and night. No chance of an early night or lay in. We are SO tired from the mattress and the noise were looking forward to getting on our plane home for some proper sleep.

The hotel is in a great quiet location and walkable distance to the beach & nearby eateries. The rooms were cleaned every day with fresh linnen & towels provided daily. The balcony was standing room only though, although we did have a view of the sea on onesie & mountains on the other. Staff were friendly & eager to help. The bar & cafe area were being upgraded when I visited. I hope the hotel updates the shower rooms in the near future also as they showing signs of wear & tear especially the shower as it had mould on the screen & the mirror which was rusting around the edges. The hotel didn't provide a kettle in the room and it would be good they are able to provide that soon. Breakfast was good and had a variety of foods. Overall very enjoyable stay.

How this hotel is rated 4 star is beyond me especially when you see other 4 stars on the beach front. They're world's apart. It's annoying that you have to pay 4 star tourist tax. I would rate this as a 2 star plus at best. The hotel is dated and in need of refurbishment. The bathroom in our room certainly needed a makeover. The bath towels were changed daily but every single towel each day was always frayed and some even had holes in them. I've thrown better ones away at home. Taps in bathroom sink and shower full of limescale and mould on the shower screen. Tea making facilities in the room were poor. Just a kettle and one small cup, in a double room. No tea bags, coffee, milk or sugar. The biggest problem with the hotel is the road that it's situated on. It looks terrible. It's disappointing that holiday companies don't show a photo of the front of the hotel, and I can see why they don't as it would have certainly put me off booking here. We were very unfortunate to be placed in a room on this road side and I can say we never had a decent nights sleep in the 2 weeks we were there. The road is extremely noisy all night long. People talking loudly. Cars coming and going, banging doors and beeping horns and motorbikes revving engines. These noises could go on until 5:30am. I complained at reception and requested to move rooms but they were not helpful at all and just said they were fully booked. Breakfast was very poor. I had to ask for coffee cups and spoons on a few ocassions. On a number of days they had no sliced bread for toast and when I asked each day for 3 days, I was told they were out of stock and would have it tomorrow, but they never did. Orange juice ran out a few times as did the milk and had wait for it to be stocked back up. Overall, not an enjoyable experience at breakfast. Overall not a pleasant experience and we will never return and wouldn't recommend.

We stayed at Tildi hotel for a few nights from the 14th December 2025. The hotel is reasonably priced and affordable. The location was perfect as you're next to everything you need - next door to a supermarket, round the corner from the cable carts, and just down the road from the beach, restaurants and the harbour. The room had plenty of storage, was very spacious, and had a good view. It had a fridge, air conditioning, etc. The walls were thin however and the double bed was just two singles pushed into one. Despite this I still slept well. The staff were lovely and accommodating which made us feel welcome for our first time in morocco. I would recommend this hotel, especially if you dont plan on spending the majority of your holiday in the hotel like you would with an all inclusive.
