We stayed here for a week and had such a fantastic experience. The hotel itself was amazing—clean, modern, and really well looked after. Our room was lovely and very comfortable, and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly throughout our stay. The food was lovely with a great selection every day, so there was always something for everyone. The entertainment in the hotel was also brilliant and gave us something fun to look forward to each evening. Overall, we genuinely couldn’t fault the hotel. We had an amazing week and can’t wait to go back. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Stayed for 2 weeks, we had a top floor romance room, which in winter is well worth the upgrade as it has evening sun and fantastic views. We could also listen to the music in cafe del Mar or shows by the pool. We enjoyed the huge jacuzzi and they left us some cava and chocolates 💕 Great pool areas, well maintained and friendly staff and animation team. My only issue is the sun bed situation, it’s beyond a joke, they try their best but it’s completely reserved by 8am ! The poor guy then goes around wasting paper with a written note, he then takes towels off, but then places them on a table next to the bed.. yep then whoever comes back to their moved items has an argument with the person who “ Took their bed” As we booked exclusive upgrade we could book daily beds on the rooftop - there is no shade but stunning views, it’s a shame as we just felt out of it, there is even a nice section of double beds downstairs by the exclusive lounge but again this was taken daily. I normally start work at 8am so I needed a rest and just couldn’t deal with the embarrassing sun bed wars.. Half board exclusive came with a drinks lounge, this was nice with beer on tap and premium drinks from 10-6 the snacks were pretty poor and heavily picked over. They have such a nice selection at breakfast and dinner of meat/ cheese etc I’m not sure why it’s not utilised in the lounge? Meals were fine, they are catering to a large crowd, we felt there was a large selection at both and it was well managed and very clean, the food could have been a hotter temperature is my only complaint .The Santa grill was a nice change in with our package. The pool bar food was nice as was cafe Del Mar at extra cost. The night time lounge was comfy and good drinks prices. We felt the hotel really make efforts to entertain guests throughout the day and in the evening. Highlights are the staff, in all areas of the hotel , especially when we had storm Claudia they tried especially hard to look after everyone and keep the water at bay ! Given the location of the hotel, and facilities,adults only, we would definitely return , just a few small changes would make it perfect 🤩 Thank you for a fantastic holiday 💕☀️

Frequent visitor to Tenerife but first time at the Tigotan. Location is ideal — about a 10-minute walk to the Golden Mile and only a short stroll to the beachfront. The grounds and pool area are beautiful. One thing I really liked is their rule on sunbed reservations: if you leave towels out before 10am and don’t return within 30 minutes, they’re removed. It actually works, and it means there are always beds available. We stayed half board. Food is plentiful and you’ll always find something to eat. There isn’t a huge amount of variation, but it has everything you need to make a decent meal. We booked a comfort room (025). Rooms are lovely and clean with a good hairdryer, toiletries, and daily maid service keeping everything spotless. Only one issue — the lower ground comfort rooms seem to have the sewage pipes from the upper floors running near the air-con area. You can hear every flush and shower from above. It wasn’t a massive problem for a short stay, but if I was staying more than 3 nights I would’ve upgraded or asked to move. Aside from that, it was a fab stay and I’d definitely return. Rooftop cocktails were delicious, and you can use the rooftop pool too — just note that the loungers up there need to be reserved and require a drinks package.

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Tigotan, and a huge part of that was thanks to the incredible animation! Anna and Michael you truly made our holiday unforgettable Michael brought so much fun and energy to every activity! And Anna, Her sangria workshop was not only delicious but also so much fun! We’re going to try it at home as well Together, Anna and Michael added that extra sparkle to our trip. We appreciate you! The food was absolutely amazing, and the service was incredibly quick when it came to drinks. The chefs were always smiling and clearly enjoyed working at the grill, which made the experience even better. We can’t wait to come back! 🍹✨

A beautiful hotel, I felt particularly safe as a solo traveller. The food was fantastic, excellent selection & choice for everyone’s taste, the bed very comfortable, rooms are huge. The shower is fab! The best part of the hotel is the staff, cliche I know, but the lovely girls & guys in cafe del mar, Ana and the lovely staff in the restaurant, Fernando and the wonderful people on the reception really made this a beautiful trip. Omg I can’t forget the entertainment staff, just wow!! I never felt lonely or alone, I can’t wait to come back
