We had a bit of a bumpy start to our holiday, but the staff at Theo Sunset Bay Hotel were exceptional and quickly turned things around for us. The hotel itself is very clean, with plenty of quiet areas to relax, sunbathe, and take in the beautiful sea views. The location overlooking the bay is stunning, and the sunsets each evening were amazing. Coral Bay is only a short distance north and well worth a visit. The food was delicious with lots of choice throughout our stay. Breakfast in particular was excellent — bacon, beans, sausages, fruit, cereals, and a great selection of breads every morning. We were spoilt for choice. The bar served everything you could want, including locally made Cypriot ciders, which was a nice touch. There was entertainment on each night, which added to the atmosphere, and the housekeeping team were outstanding throughout our stay. There are also plenty of restaurants and mini markets nearby. We did have a hire car, which made it easy to explore the surrounding area. Overall, despite the rocky start, we had a lovely stay and would happily return.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Perfect place to relax! The hotel has a beautiful location right by the sea, with stunning sunsets you can enjoy directly from the terrace. The rooms are clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff are extremely friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast and dinner offer a great variety of fresh and tasty food. The pool area is clean and peaceful – ideal for relaxing. The location is great, close to Paphos but quiet enough for a truly restful stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a calm and quality holiday in Cyprus! 🌅🇨🇾

Great view from restaurant and pool. Food is ok. Everything else is not ok. Water in the pool is cold. Nesrest beach is not near. It is dirty, with stones, not usable for smimming. Wifi is either not working or very low signal. Rooms are clean but need repair. There is a smell in bathroom.

Beautiful view over the bay, but everything else was a disappointment. Several room facilities were broken (coffee machine, safe, toilet seat) and, despite reporting them many times, nothing was fixed. Walls are paper-thin, staff are unfriendly and condescending, and towels are only changed every three days. The buffet food is awful tasteless, repetitive and even the à la carte restaurant is no better. Guests on half-board are treated very differently from all-inclusive guests, which makes the stay unpleasant and unfair. The hotel is also far from the city, with only buses or overpriced taxis to get around. Definitely not worth the price.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality. A special thanks goes to Olga and Helena, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable. Their kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism made a lasting impression. The entire staff – from the waiters and bartenders to the housekeeping team – were incredibly friendly, cheerful, and always ready to help. They created a relaxed and positive atmosphere that added great value to our holiday. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel facilities was impeccable and greatly appreciated. The food was excellent – varied, flavorful, and always fresh. We especially appreciated the fact that nothing ever ran out and the selection was rich and suitable for both adults and children. I wholeheartedly recommend Theo Sunset Bay Hotel to anyone looking for a carefree holiday with beautiful views, outstanding service, and warm-hearted staff. Thank you to the whole team for such a wonderful experience – we will gladly return!
