We have just returned from Theo sunset bay for a week. The views were nothing but spectacular, the staff were absolutely amazing. The food (all inclusive & bar) was fantastic. The daily water aerobics was great fun - Olivia you really are amazing. The guest relations manager Anastasia literally spent time getting to know the guests along with Olivia. To see such big smiles walking around the hotel each day was something I have never seen before. The only let down was the evening entertainment, Alexandra was fabulous massive hats off to her for getting all the guests involved with her energy. Olivia would run the daily activities around the hotel, even including wine tasting with cheese - that was lovely! We will be returning in September 2026. Thank you to all the staff for their welcoming and service with smiles. The room was cleaned everyday, our cleaner was such a lovely lady. The entire hotel was continuously cleaned, even the public toilets were always in tip top order. This hotel should be higher star rating than what it is. I would 100% recommend this to families.

Wonderful Stay at Theo Sunset Bay Hotel Our stay at Theo Sunset Bay Hotel was truly delightful and exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality. A special thanks goes to Olga and Helena, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable. Their kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism made a lasting impression. The entire staff – from the waiters and bartenders to the housekeeping team – were incredibly friendly, cheerful, and always ready to help. They created a relaxed and positive atmosphere that added great value to our holiday. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel facilities was impeccable and greatly appreciated. The food was excellent – varied, flavorful, and always fresh. We especially appreciated the fact that nothing ever ran out and the selection was rich and suitable for both adults and children. I wholeheartedly recommend Theo Sunset Bay Hotel to anyone looking for a carefree holiday with beautiful views, outstanding service, and warm-hearted staff. Thank you to the whole team for such a wonderful experience – we will gladly return!

Theo Sunset Bay is great! The location is beautiful, if you have a sea view room (highly recommend!!) you really can’t complain. We weren’t all inclusive and just had breakfast, however the drinks are more than reasonably priced if you are wanting a cocktail around the pool. It’s only a 10 minute drive from Coral Bay, which has a beautiful beach and a lively night life if that’s what you’re after. The rooms are more like apartments (depending on where you stay i’d guess) but ours was, it’s perfect for what you pay. I celebrated my birthday here and the staff were kind enough to send a bottle of fizz and some fruit to the room! I have absolutely loved my trip to Cyprus and felt comfortable around the hotel! 10/10 would recommend!!!

We booked here last minute because, short version we forgot to accommodate, so we took a chance as didn’t have lot of time to plan. And we were pleasantly surprised by are pick. Stunning pool and views. Staff super friendly. Food was very good for level of hotel (it’s not Mexico) but a lot better than a few 4/5 star hotels we’ve stayed at. Great location, we hired a car so was only 5 minutes for Coral bay, 15 minutes from Paphos harbour. (Wouldn’t want to walk it) Room clean and tidy, bit and spacious, great view out to see. 2 good pools, very chilled relaxed 5 day away.

An Amazing Stay – One of the Best Hotels We’ve Visited! We travel a lot, and this was definitely one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in. The check-in and check-out were incredibly fast, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a great atmosphere. We especially loved the presence of so many well-cared-for cats, which added a unique charm. The food was outstanding—delicious, diverse, and plentiful at every meal. Housekeeping was flawless, keeping our room spotless throughout our stay. Everything was perfect, and we would love to return. Highly recommended!
