This stay was absolutely amazing and the room was one of the best upgrades I ever got with Marriott. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our check in experience with Komgkwan was phenomenal. We tried the afternoon floating tea set and it was a great experience. The only downside was the hot water that came in a pot also used for coffee so the water didn’t taste so good. The hors d’oeuvres were delicious and plentiful. The beach is really nice and feels very private. We couldn’t do the romantic beach dinner as it was already booked for both nights we were staying, but we saw the set up and it seemed to be a wonderful experience.

We stayed at this property from November 11 to 16. We were somewhat apprehensive due to the reviews, but our stay turned out great. The property is getting old and although I think it is well maintained some areas are in need of refurbishment. The staff was great, attentive and very sociable. They granted our Nightly Upgrade Award and request for a room close to the Horizon Pool. This meant no walking the slopes and waiting for buggies. Especially a shout out to Mook at the reception desk to navigate out check in at a very busy time, and Tent for the morning run with Run Westin and the attentive service at the beach! While it is secluded the location is great if you are joining tours to the Phi Phi Islands and Phang Nga Bay as the piers are close by. For the Phi Phi Islands we were picked up last and dropped off first, short 10 minute drive. For Phang Nga Bay we had a private service as all other tour guests stayed on the West side of Phuket. Our trip was 25 minutes while other guests were told it could take two hours due to traffic. This was a great plus for me! Even though the location is secluded there is a great restaurant nearby, Green Bar. Reasonably priced amazing food and friendly people! Overall, I am very happy with how the stay turned out and sad to leave. Thank you very much for all the staff at the Westin for the amazing experience!

Service was great! Smiles all the time and everyone provided assistance when needed all of the front door staff and bartenders were excellent. Ploy was extremely helpful and attentive. The food was good with lots of variety. The lighting in the rooms could be a bit brighter however they were clean and roomy. The location is for relaxing away from the hustle but only 20 minutes by taxi to old Town and the mall. I highly recommend. Private small beach kayaking And some daily activities available. Small private rocky beach.Tips bring a universal plug, sunscreen, small bills to tip and mosquito spray.wsyer shoes

I highly recmnd this hotel’. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. I came for my birthday and the team went above and beyond to make it special, including fulfilling my special request. The staff were friendly, attentive, and professional. The room was spotless and comfortable, and the facilities were well-kept. I really appreciate the excellent service. 🇹🇭 Over all good experience 😌 but not the best. 🇹🇭 It tried the sea food platter at the Italian restaurant 😋 😀 it's amazing 👏 🤩. 🇹🇭 Room clean of course and house keeping services is good as well. 🇹🇭 Landry services was really slow and not fast and committed to delivery time. 🇹🇭 Dining 🍽 🍽 🍽 in Room services was slow, food is not hot. That was bad experience. 🇹🇭 Rooms have no direct access to beach only beach views really beautiful view though. 🇹🇭 they give bottles of water 💧 during your stay and no need to buy. 🇹🇭 the location and place is for relaxing 😌 😎 👌 only few days more than enough. 🤩 😉 enjoy, special thanks to all staffs and Zina and few improvements on services will make it great place to visit next time.
