We had a wonderful relaxing stay at The Westin Siray Bay. The resort is built into the hillside, which means the ocean views from the rooms and infinity pools are absolutely stunning. Because it is quite steep, you do rely on the buggy service to get around, but the staff were always friendly and helpful with this. The breakfast buffet at Seasonal Tastes was a highlight with a huge variety of options. It’s a bit away from the hustle of Patong, which we loved for the peace and quiet, but it’s still close enough to Phuket Town for a quick trip. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway!

The views from the Westin Siray Bay Resort are very pretty, but this hotel has been sadly neglected and is direly in need of upgrade. Our room smelled faintly of sewage (or something off). The bathroom sink was cracked, and the sofa was so uncomfortable it made no sense to have it in the room. From our balcony all we could see was damaged roofs of the buildings around us. We tried to play pingpong but most of the lightbulbs in the games room were not working and the ping pong table had a broken net, making it impossible to have a game. The staff at the resort are friendly, the breakfast is enjoyable and fresh, but the resort itself has aged and it's not being cared for the way it should be. Once you're at the resort, unless you have a vehicle, you don't have a ton of options to get around as the location is fairly remote. Westin has a shuttle that goes to Patong Beach and to Old Town, which is a nice bonus to get guests off the property, but on property, there's not a whole lot to do. We walked along the beach at low tide to the gypsy village, where there was garbage ALL OVER the beach (pretty depressing). The resort has three pools but hardly any pool chairs for guests to sit on. We were supposed to stay five nights but cut the stay short after two in favor of a different property. Lots of work needed here before this property can claim the Westin name with pride.

This stay was absolutely amazing and the room was one of the best upgrades I ever got with Marriott. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our check in experience with Komgkwan was phenomenal. We tried the afternoon floating tea set and it was a great experience. The only downside was the hot water that came in a pot also used for coffee so the water didn’t taste so good. The hors d’oeuvres were delicious and plentiful. The beach is really nice and feels very private. We couldn’t do the romantic beach dinner as it was already booked for both nights we were staying, but we saw the set up and it seemed to be a wonderful experience.

The hotel itself is really nice. It is a nice property with a A+ location. However, the hotel need some renovations and maintenance. Our room was spacious and attractive with a beautiful view but felt outdated. Furniture looked worned and shower floor needed some thoroughly cleaning. We also experienced a clogged shower drain. Overall, the hotel could benefit from fresh paint some general maintenance. Beaides that, the hotel staff was very kind and attentive.

Excellent Stay and Truly Exceptional Service at The Westin Phuket! We recently had a fantastic stay at The Westin in Phuket and wanted to highlight the truly outstanding service provided by the staff. From the moment we arrived, the welcome was warm and genuine. A special thank you to Piano for her incredibly friendly welcome and for taking the time to share helpful tips for exploring the area—it really set a positive tone for our entire trip. The room itself was beautiful, very clean, and extremely comfortable. We especially loved the feature of the semi-private attached pool, which provided a relaxing and exclusive experience. The views of the bay from the hotel are absolutely stunning and a joy to wake up to. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety of delicious options to start the day. However, the team truly went above and beyond when we made a mistake on our departure day. We realized we had forgotten an essential item in our room after we were already on the way to the airport. Thanks to the immediate and rapid help of Gae, the forgotten item was quickly located and brought out to us, saving us a massive amount of stress and delay. This level of dedicated service is truly exceptional and deeply appreciated. Thank you to the entire staff at The Westin Phuket for making our vacation so memorable and stress-free. We highly recommend this beautiful hotel!
