Excellent hotel. We stayed in a family suite, with our two kids (5 and 7 yr old) and had a wonderful time. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Premises is very well maintained. Beautiful pool and beach right there. Really great gym with a squat rack, cable machine, everything you need. Kids club was included in the price of the room and the kids really enjoyed it and gave my wife and I some time off for a few hours every day, most of the time when I went to pick the kids up they didn’t want to leave! Breakfast was fantastic, incredible range of western and Asian breakfast food, and barista made coffee all included.

I had an incredible experience staying at the Westin Resort Nusa Dua Bali. The weather was perfect during my week-long visit in the middle of October. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially the Ambassador Agung Yatmika, who provided me with all the necessary information and had a great conversation with me. As a Platinum member, I was delighted to learn that they had Happy Hours on Thursdays, which I thoroughly enjoyed. They also upgraded my room to a more spacious and modern one, and the area was beautifully designed. The resort boasts numerous swimming pools and breathtaking sunrises. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this resort to all Marriott members. It’s conveniently located near the airport, with a 30-35 minute drive during rush hour. Grab taxis are quite reasonable, with fares ranging from $10 to $15.

I’ve just finished an incredible two-day stay at The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, and honestly, this is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at — and I’ve been travelling for years. I was upgraded to the two-bedroom apartment, around 144 sqm, super new, spotless, beautifully designed, and overlooking the gardens. Easily one of the biggest and best rooms I’ve ever had. The hotel itself is done right. Beautiful beachfront location, and you can walk along the water to other properties. The gym is massive — one of the biggest hotel gyms I’ve ever seen — and genuinely one of the reasons I’d return. Spa, sauna, and steam room were excellent, and the staff there were great. Special mention to Komang and Santi at the spa for the hospitality. Breakfast was spot on. The chefs were excellent and catered perfectly to my allergies, even preparing grilled salmon fresh for me. Coffee was made properly on a real manual machine — high quality. The Italian restaurant Prego is a standout. The Italian chef cooks a perfect steak every time, top quality, and the service there is amazing. Michele was great. Service across the hotel is what pushed this stay over the top. Shelly from Guest Relations was fantastic — always checked in on me and made sure everything was taken care of. Marco gave me an excellent introduction to the hotel and made me feel welcome right from the start. Arya at the lobby lounge makes great coffee and gave me a great intro to the hotel as well. Agus from baggage was super helpful. Bayu at the gym — great guy and great conversation. And the breakfast and spa teams were all superb. The GM communicated with me by email and was also excellent. You can really see strong leadership from the top down. I was only here for two days, but honestly, I wish I booked another ten nights. The property is beautiful, the room was incredible, the staff make it feel like home, and everything is done at a very high standard. I’ll definitely be back. Super impressive hotel. And a massive thank you to the housekeeping team — the people who prepared the room before my arrival and the team who cleaned it daily. They did an incredible job and deserve a special shout-out for keeping everything perfect. Also the guys at Prego, the pastry head chef and the Italian Chef , amazing! Will get me coming back to the hotel , also gym is 10 out of 10

We stayed at The Westin Resort in Nusa Dua last month for a family reunion, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The resort has a warm, welcoming vibe, and the hospitality and friendliness of the staff truly stood out. Everyone we interacted with was attentive and kind. We dined at all of the on-site restaurants and enjoyed each one. We had breakfast at The Seasonal Tastes every day of our stay, and the buffet offered a wide selection of delicious food. The atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming each morning, and the staff were attentive and efficient. A special mention goes to Suama, who checked in with us regularly at breakfast to ensure everything was to our satisfaction and provided genuinely warm, thoughtful service. Another special mention goes to Septa, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. We were in the premium building, and our room was clean, spacious, and perfect for my family. When we mentioned an issue with the shower drainage, Septa immediately offered to move us to another room, even taking the time to show us the alternative so we could decide. Since we only had one full day left, we chose to stay in our original room. Septa and the team did their best to resolve the issue, and we were happy with the solution. Overall, our stay was exceptional, and we’re grateful for the incredible service that made our trip even more memorable. We would happily return!

After a few visits in the passed years still truly enthousiastic about this resort. Lobby, facilities, venue, resto and employees all to satisfaction. Attended the G20 with Chef Marinka and Chef Vindex events, which made together with chef Salvo a unique highly tasty experience. Employees skilled and trained, great to work with as well being served by. A special thanks to team including Yuli, Lian, Sri, Setia and Tari. A review late in time but still applicable. Looking forward to many new moments to come at Westin and together with Westin Team.
