My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at the Westin Resort Nusa Dua for 4 nights in late February/early March, and we can honestly say it was one of the most relaxing and enjoyable experiences we’ve had. The resort itself is absolutely stunning — beautifully landscaped grounds, well-maintained facilities, and a private beach that is both serene and picturesque. We enjoyed walks along the shore and the walking path. Swimming in the pool quickly became one of our favorite parts of the day. The depth of the water on the adult side was deeper than expected so I recommend it if you are a good swimmer. What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, was the exceptional service. Every member of the staff we encountered was incredibly helpful, warm, and genuinely polite. We’d especially like to give a heartfelt thank you to the Manager, Nyoman Satryani, who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and memorable. Her personal attention and thoughtful gestures made all the difference and truly elevated our experience. We would absolutely stay at the Westin Nusa Dua again, and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious getaway in Bali.

My stay at The Westin Nusa Dua was everything I would expect from a 5-star resort. From the moment I arrived, the service, amenities, and overall atmosphere were top-tier. Every detail was thoughtfully designed to provide comfort, relaxation, and luxury. The breakfast deserves a special mention—it was magnificent. Extremely expansive with plentiful options to suit every taste, from Western classics to local favorites, fresh fruits, baked goods, and more The gym—hands down the best hotel gym I’ve ever experienced. It was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need: an impressive range of machines, free weights, functional training tools, and plenty of treadmills. Whether you're into cardio, strength training, or just space to do some mat exercises, it had all you needed. Another highlight was the use of bicycles to explore the beautiful beachfront boardwalk—such a fun and relaxing way to take in the scenery and enjoy the area around the resort. Honestly, I can't find a single complaint about this hotel. The rooms were spotless, the grounds beautifully maintained, and the staff attentive and professional. If you're heading to Bali and want a stress-free, high-end stay, Westin Nusa Dua is it.

Luxury and excellence define the Westin in Nusa Dua. From the stunning lobby filled with activities for both adults and children, to the small play area in the lobby that completely captivated our son, this hotel shines. The staff were exceptional—very helpful and attentive. Breakfast was incredible, offering a wide variety of fresh fruits and pastries. The kids' club was one of the largest we’ve encountered in Bali, staffed by attentive professionals and filled with engaging activities. A lovely feature was the opportunity to rent a gazebo by the beach for an entire day at just 150 IDR. We did face an issue with the ongoing construction. Initially, our rooms were located in the construction area, and the noise disrupted our day. However, the hotel compensated us generously by relocating us to quieter, more spacious rooms. That said, I would recommend reconsidering the rooms in the South Wing, even the refurbished ones. While beautifully decorated, they were poorly constructed—offering zero soundproofing, which compromised privacy as we could hear everything in adjacent rooms. One of our room doors even jammed, and the wood cracked, indicating low-quality materials despite the modern aesthetic. Despite these shortcomings, we still view this hotel as a top recommendation for a family vacation. Its strengths far outweigh the minor inconveniences, and we look forward to staying here again.

First class luxury resort with great services and friendly staff. Large pool area. Fantastic breakfast buffet. Rooms are spacious and clean and modern. Clean beach and great water. Kids club is a bit smaller than on the pictures and currently close to a building site. Half of the hotel is under renovation but there is hardly any noise or dust impact. Broad range of activities for nice weather (including Tennis) and rainy weather. A great place. A special mentioning for the Italian restaurant PREGO: thats maybe the best Italian restaurant in Bali. Amazing!

Spent 4 days with our family there and enjoyed it very much. Great service and beautiful facilities. Even with such a big size you dont feel bothered by other guests. Wide choice of nice restaurants.
