From the warm welcome upon arrival to the exceptional service throughout my stay, the staff at Westin Malta truly made it feel like home. Their friendliness and attentiveness exceeded all expectations. As a Marriott employee attending a workshop at the hotel, I was particularly impressed by the seamless experience. The workshop facilities were top-notch, catering superb, and the hotel amenities, including the spa and fitness center, were fantastic. Grateful for the unforgettable experience and highly recommend to others visiting Malta.

Excellent in all aspects. Enjoyed our stay at the 6th floor, 2 bedroom accomodation with breakfast. The staff, Sunny, Ahmed, and other staff managers frequently asked for feedback, and all staff assisted where they saw fit.

As a travel agent who travels a lot this is one of the most luxurious 5 star hotels I have stayed in.
Even though they did not respond to my initial email, when I go here the service was 5 star all round. I got a complimentary room upgrade and the experience so far has been nothing short of amazing.
The staff have all been amazing, the location is gorgeous and has lots around. The rooms are absolutely stunning and this is the first time I’m leaving a review for a hotel while I am still here. Breakfast was also really good. Would highly recommend.

Location great. Rooms are old. Definitely not worth the price you pay. Front desk also should learn to do better although I guess it depends on which person you get and the day overall. Had a horrible checkin experience where the staff did not manage to prepare a room until 3pm (I have never not been able to check in at 3pm). And rather than try to apologize for the mistake, some individuals at the front desk start getting an attitude. From all the westins I have seen in my life this was the absolute worst in terms of checkin and follow up service.
The rooms are fine but very old. Breakfast is acceptable. The scrambled eggs taste like garbage. Better let the cook make you some fresh eggs. Don't use the precooked one.
Location is exceptionally good.
Dive center connected to hotel is also convenient. The gym is extremely good with everything you need.
Overall very poor performance for that price.

We came as a group of friends and had such a fantastic luxurious experience!! Everything was so clean and beautiful!! The staff were so friendly, kind and always offering to help and we are extremely impressed with the service! We will definitely be back!!
