Fantastic stay at the Westin Cape Coral! Our suite was spacious and well appointed. Loved the veranda and the view. All the extras made it really special like the bikes, dolphin sunset cruise, boat trip to the beach at Fort Myers, and the kayaks. It truly is a resort with so many restaurant options within walking distance and the views of the marina. The staff was helpful and super friendly. Would definitely stay again!

We booked a short mid-week stay at the Westin Cape Coral hoping for a relaxing getaway. We primarily booked this hotel because they listed they have a spa. It turns out the spa is not a part of the hotel and they cannot make reservations for you. After calling the spa multiple times the week before our trip with no answer, and not being able to pre book anything online since their website has no booking capabilities (which is ridiculous in 2026), we were unable to book any spa services because they claimed they were fully booked by the time we arrived. This was a huge disappointment, as we would have likely booked another hotel that could better accommodate had we known. The first full day we spent at the pool, we noticed a lot of bees. They were bothering many of the guests but one of the staff said they won’t sting. They got so bad that we ended up moving to the other side of the pool hoping to find some reprieve. As we were moving, my mom got stung. We then learned from the bartending staff that it’s been a known and pervasive problem. We were even told the outdoor bar/restaurant had been closed a few days prior because it was so bad. Come to find out another guest was stung at the bar and his hand was very swollen. After the sting incident, they sent staff out to take our info and bring ice, cortisone and a bandaid. Unfortunately the sting quickly became infected and my mom had an allergic reaction, resulting in an urgent care visit and incurring additional expenses, which was not how we’d hope to spend part of our already very short 72 hour stay. Apart from poor management, the hotel complex is beautiful and several of the staff were kind - specifically Sonja, Kim and Grant. The room was nice as well, however, housekeeping was poor. Dishes were dirty in the cupboard, toilet paper wasn’t stocked, and they did not keep our towels replenished, which was frustrating since we had no towels to shower with after the day at the pool. It took quite a while to get them even after contacting the front desk, so we ended up missing the evening dolphin cruise. Overall, this was not up to par regarding the quality experience and customer service that I’ve had at other Marriott resorts and would expect from a Westin/Marriott hotel.

Small meeting of 16. Meeting space, food and AV were excellent! Feedback from the team was that the meeting was flawless and best one yet. Nicole S and Allie M made the arrangements for everything seem easy. With flight delays and cancellations, the staff was professional and accommodating. Meeting Food Service (I didn't get names, sorry) and AV (Elshad K) were well done. Room was clean, perfect space and great balcony view. Food was good, staff was professional and attentive. Judith T at the front desk was super helpful and provided excellent service. Dinner and bar at Marker 92 were great and accommodating. Looking forward to planning our next meeting at The Westin Cape Coral Resort!

Beautiful hotel right on the marina. The lobby is impressive. The staff was incredibley kind and accommodating. There are several restaurants downstairs that include the naughti mermaid & they have live music,a bar & food. The rooms are very nice with very nice accommodations, however the walls were a bit thin as we could hear our neighbors and they were not being overly loud. Beyond that spacious, nice clean room with a large ceiling & ceiling fan. The view from this property is breathtaking and I like that the balconies are so private. The beds are very comfortable here with higher end towels & bedding. Self parking is free here & easy to get to. Very nice stay & worth trying out.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The The Westin Cape Coral Resort at Marina Village truly exceeded our expectations! Nestled alongside the marina, our room with a balcony overlooking the water was spacious, beautifully furnished, and came with the plush “Heavenly” bedding we’ve come to expect. Highlights included lounging by the serene pool and fire-pit area, enjoying the on-site dining and shopping at the Marina Village, and easily accessing activities like kayaking or even a complimentary water taxi to the beach. The staff were warm, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. If I were to note anything, it’s that the resort is not directly on the beach, so plan accordingly if shoreline access is a must for you. But for marina views, upscale amenities and a tranquil ambiance, this resort is a top choice. Highly recommended!
