We ate at the Directors club tonight and I have to say it was amazing! Food was truly special and Jeni our server went out of her way to give us top notch service. She made sure our every need was met and made our little girls birthday so special. Such a good meal. We will definitely be back!!

Perfect Family Getaway – 10/10! We stayed here as a family with our child, and it was an unforgettable experience. The location is absolutely perfect — close to everything we needed, with easy access to nearby attractions. The hospitality and service were outstanding from the moment we arrived. Every staff member was warm, helpful, and genuinely friendly, especially when it came to interacting with children and the WB characters — our little one was thrilled! The hotel is truly one of the best in the UAE. The atmosphere is welcoming, the facilities are top-notch, and the swimming pools are fantastic — clean, spacious, and perfect for both kids and adults. We highly recommend this hotel for families looking for comfort, fun, and exceptional service. We’ll definitely be coming back,

We have just left the WB with a heavy heart. What a wonderful hotel. Every staff member seems to thoroughly enjoy and are proud of their vocation, seem invested in your enjoyment and wellbeing. The service is exceptional everywhere. A great pool (height is max 1m). The fact a park ticket is included everyday in your stay is ideal and you're right next to them. Also try the Amara restaurant next to the back entrance of the hotel (opp Warner Brothers), amazing authentic Lebanese food. Breakfast is excellent. Dinner is good but I'd go for breakfast over dinner if you have to choose for funds etc. I think paying as you go is better perhaps rather than booking a package for the whole stay so less pressure to wake up etc! The rooms are excellent with great amenities. What a great stay!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely loved my stay at the WB Hotel! The location is unbeatable with super easy access to the parks — perfect for anyone planning to visit. The hotel itself is beautiful and well-maintained, but what really stood out was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for families, couples, or anyone looking for a magical getaway right next to the action!

We had an awesome birthday dinner at Director's Club with our friends. Food was awesome and cooked to perfection, drinks were also great. And the service was impeccable, both Emilia and Tanpreet were so prompt, patient and accommodating to us. Too bad we didn't get to try the dry aged steak today as it is not ready, but we will definitely be coming for that soon!
