We had a wonderful Iftar experience at The WB Abu Dhabi. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and perfectly suited for a special Ramadan evening. The setting was beautiful and calm, making it a lovely place to gather with family and friends. The Iftar buffet was excellent—a great variety of dishes, all fresh, flavorful, and very well presented. Every detail showed care and quality, and the desserts were especially delicious. What truly made the evening stand out was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. Everyone was attentive, friendly, and professional. A special thank you to Mr. Amine Hadad, whose positive energy, kindness, and genuine smile made our experience even more memorable. He went above and beyond to ensure guests felt comfortable and welcomed. Overall, it was a fantastic Iftar experience. I highly recommend The WB Abu Dhabi for anyone looking for a warm atmosphere, great food, and outstanding service during Ramadan.

A Heartfelt Thank You to the Incredible Staff🙏🏻 My family and I will always be deeply grateful to the incredible staff at The WB Abu Dhabi. My father was unexpectedly stranded in Abu Dhabi from February 28 to March 5 due to sudden flight suspensions amid the tense Israel–Iran–US conflict situation in the region. What was already a stressful and frightening situation for our family could have been much worse if it wasn’t for the extraordinary kindness shown by the staff of this hotel. From the reception team who constantly helped him with information and reassurance, to the kitchen staff and servers who took care of him with warmth at every meal, to the housekeeping team who maintained everything perfectly and always checked in with genuine care — every single person went above and beyond. Even the taxi drivers arranged through the hotel were incredibly supportive and helpful. What truly stood out was not just the service, but the humanity and compassion behind it. My father was far from home during a very uncertain time, yet the entire team made sure he felt safe, comfortable, and respected every single day. Because of your kindness, a very stressful experience became something filled with reassurance and care. Today, by God’s grace, my father has safely returned home to Mumbai, and our family will never forget how your team treated him like one of their own. Thank you to every member of The WB Abu Dhabi team for your kindness, humility, and incredible hospitality. You turned a difficult situation into something we will always remember with gratitude. 🙏🧿💘

We had a wonderful stay, made exceptional by the front office team. Riya at the desk was absolutely outstanding — she remembered everything we had mentioned to her days earlier, completely unprompted and without us needing to explain anything again. That level of attention to detail is rare and made us feel genuinely cared for. Outside, Maurice and Elizabeth were equally impressive. Both were nothing but helpful, explaining everything patiently and with the utmost friendliness. Their warm, professional approach made every interaction a pleasure. This hotel is clearly doing something right when it comes to staff selection and training. An outstanding front office team that truly elevates the entire stay. Highly recommended.

We just flew home from Abu Dhabi after several days of missiles threats in the city. We spent this period at the WB Hotel and we feel the need to praise the entire staff for doing their best to ease the tension and ensure our needs in such difficult times were met. Always kind, helpful and understanding. They exceeded our expectations and really made a difference to us and our children. Well done, keep up the good work and be safe.
