We loved our stay at the waters Khao Lak. Having so many options to swim in so many pools was amazing. The walk to the beach is so close and super easy to watch really beautiful sunsets. The only thing we will do next time is get a room where you can swim out to your own pool area. The staff were very helpful and very friendly and the food at the bar and restaurant was great. The swim up bar is definitely a highlight and getting a massage at the resort is a must super relaxing experience. We will definitely be back ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This place is huge, not to my taste, like an upmarket holiday camp, but the location is very convenient for the many, many restaurants, bars and night market, but a bit of a walk to the beach. We tried the Amici restaurant for a laugh, as we live in Italy and my partner is Italian, and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the Neapolitan style pizza. Breakfast spread had anything you could wish for, spoiled only by a few guests who snuck food out to eat later, made me ashamed to be a westerner. They don't like you staying too long at the Bubble Bar. The food wasn't good either. I had to send one dish back because it had raw eggplant in it. The Greek salad had 3 tiny bits of feta in it. Sad. The staff were mostly charming, except for one lady at reception, very untypical of the gracious, kind and honest Thai people I have met up to now. I didn't like the room assigned, so asked for an upgrade and was told the hotel was full, I had every intention of paying extra of course. When I pointed this out a direct pool access room miraculously became available. This is the type of room I would recommend. I left my (genuine!) Prada bag behind, and was on my way back to reclaim it when the hotel called me. I wish I'd got the name of the kind porter who ran to return it to me. So honest! I also forgot my purse in the room with expensive jewelry one day and it had not been touched. Bless you guys I hope it brings you good karma!

My partner and I stayed at The Waters in Khao Lak for one week and ended up extending our stay for an additional two nights due to my partner becoming unwell. Throughout our entire time there, the staff were incredibly accommodating and supportive. They helped us organise a new room with no stress at all, and we are especially grateful to Por, who went above and beyond to assist us during a difficult moment. The service was consistently excellent — from daily room cleaning to quick and reliable room service. The team also helped call taxis for us each day and were always available to answer any questions we had. The accommodation itself is very clean, comfortable, and has a welcoming, friendly atmosphere. We felt genuinely cared for from the moment we arrived. We would highly recommend The Waters to anyone visiting Khao Lak. Exceptional staff, lovely rooms, and truly outstanding service!

Absolutely loved staying at the waters. We had a late flight so arrived at 10pm but they have 24 hr front desk service. Was very impressed with the Bay Romance Room, ours had a private pool outside which could turn jets on for spa when we were only expecting a bathtub inside the room. Friendly and welcoming staff and room cleaned daily. Lots of main pools to choose and great poolside bar. Will definitely be back!

We’ve have just had the best 12 nights at the Waters. Nothing was too much trouble, staff were always available if needed. Our room was cleaned every day and our cleaner checked in with us every time to check what we needed. The breakfast was superb, with so much variety, and we didn’t need to eat until the evening. All the staff were a delight and we will definitely stay here again when we make it back to Thailand. Thank you for the most memorable of holidays.
