Had a lovely stay at The Waters in the swim up room 1331. It was a perfect location with sun on the veranda all day. The room was spacious and clean with a large bathroom and excellent air conditioning which was needed frequently. Staff were so friendly and very attentive. I asked for an additional topper mattress as I found the bed too firm and it arrived that day and made the bed very comfortable. The pool was amazing and I found the resort very quiet and calming, especially when you consider how close it was to the vibrant town centre. The only area I felt needed improving was at breakfast time. Didn’t really enjoy the experience as it seemed too chaotic. More like a canteen. Food itself was good but it took ages queuing for the coffee machine or buffet table. I appreciate there are peak times when it gets busy but we stayed at another hotel the week before and they seemed to manage it much better even bringing coffee and tea to the table for the first drink. We tried to avoid peak times but still queued at the coffee machine. It’s only a minor iritation and wouldn’t stop us recommending the hotel to family and friends.

It's amazing place and all the staff is just amazing. The rooms with pool access is just amazing. We loved it every minute here. The staff really friendly and will try to accommodate you as they can. I call them superheroes this hotel definetly deserves 5* my special thank you is to Sandy at reception she is amazing, another special thank you is Mile/o (Girl) & Martin 8 who are at the splash bar made our amazing cocktails 😍 Really amazing place to stay would love to extend our stay here if they were not fully booked 🙏 🙏 🙏

We had a lovely 3-night stay at The Waters in an excellent, comfortable pool access room. The grounds were exceptionally well maintained, the staff were super friendly and helpful, and they were even on hand to assist with calling a 24-hour pharmacy at 4am. The breakfast was one of the best we experienced on our trip to Thailand, and the location is perfect. Oh, and there are 9 swimming pools! Easy recommendation.

What a fab place, we paid extra for swim up rooms but worth it if you can afford too. Plenty of other sunbed/pool areas, 2 bars and main restaurant where breakfast served and is an Italian bistro each evening. Daily maid service, free bottled water daily, usual towel/bed linen changes and just very luxurious. Breakfast is varied and plentiful, staff adorable and lovely lady at reception for trips, just like having your own concierge.

Booked this hotel via TUI as a package holiday on a B&B basis. Overall it was good value. The staff are so pleasant and helpful. The resort was well laid out with several pools and plenty of sunbeds. The breakfast was adequate but nothing special. The location was excellent, close to the beach and shops and restaurants. The areas around the pool were quiet, perfect for a relaxing holiday, We didn't use many of the facilities but everywhere was clean and tidy. Some of the rooms are in the "Bay block" and don't have the same feel as the "Waters wing" rooms in other areas so check what you are booking if you want a nice pool view. TUI were quite misleading on this issue! The free Wi-Fi worked well until you moved out of range, you then needed to re-enter your details to reconnect which was a bit of a pain. Overall an excellent hotel and I would certainly return.
