Rooms - Large, spacious, beautiful and cozy room. Large balcony with pool view. Large shower. Very clean! Staff - Courteous service, shuttles to rooms if requested, helped us a lot. Hotel facilities - Huge and amazing pool, well-equipped and comfortable gym, good breakfast. Excellent location

Having stayed at the Waters twice in this month we thoroughly enjoyed our stay both times. The pool access room was great. All of the staff were extremely helpful friendly and courteous towards us during our stay. The breakfast and dining at the Amici Italian Restaurant was amazing. The Waters have everything you need for a quiet relaxing holiday. We would like to give a SPECIAL MENTION To The WONDERFUL CHITA for her assistance, her friendly happy helpful personality ensured our stay was Very enjoyable and relaxing. Chita is Certainly a GREAT ASSET To The Waters. We would not hesitate to recommend The Waters to others and we will certainly be returning to stay again. Cheers Susan&Barry Maher 🤗

We absolutely adored our stay. The waters has exceptional staff who looked after us extremely well. They are all a credit to the hotel and are always courteous and friendly. We had some requests that were acted on extremely well and very quickly. The maid June did a fantastic job of looking after us too. The breakfast was very good and they staff on the omelette station were very efficient. Bacon was very much overdone for us but the rest of the choice made up for this. Facilities are excellent with 7 pools, they are clean, refreshing and inviting. We were luckily upgraded to an upper pool access room from the Bay room due to refurbishment. The bed was super comfortable but actually was huge and sheets cleaned Almost daily. The staff sorted out a chair and cushion for my Dad and air con started leaking and was sorted out within a hour with a bowl of fruit sent up for the very slight inconvenience. This was a brilliant gesture. We were there 7 days and we absolutely lived the hotel and the location. We definitely aim to return.

A resort that exceeded our expectations in every way! We had a wonderful stay at this resort. The welcome was warm and genuine which set the tone for the entire visit. The service was attentive yet unobtrusive, with staff always ready to help with a smile. The location was excellent, offering both beautiful surroundings and convenient access to local activities. Overall, the highlight of our stay were the exceptional hospitality and the attention to detail that made everything effortless.

We loved everything about this resort. The pool access rooms are very modern and exceptionally clean with comfortable beds and crisp linens. The Waters Khao Lak have impeccably well maintained pools and gardens and the location is so convenient, only a 5 minute walk to local restaurants, shopping, and the market. The breakfast choices are plentiful and of good quality, as is the food in the hotel’s restaurant and main poolside bar. Special mention to Resort Manager Chita, who met us at the resort entrance after a long journey to discuss our booking needs to ensure our stay would meet our expectations, and to the beautiful reception staff, housekeeping, security and grounds people who greeted us with a warm welcome and a smile whenever we walked by. We would highly recommend this resort to all and will return next year.
