An amazing luxury hotel with great amenities, staff, and rooms The restaurant was great, the buffet has a lot of great options and their Italian dinner was very good We had a few problems with the quality of the room service though. We asked for shower towels explicitly and they took forever to get to our room, and after reminding the reception of our request 3 times and an hour of waiting we got beach towels instead. On another occasion we requested our room to be cleaned as we were in the room when the cleaning staff came by and they left a note asking to call reception if we want our room cleaned. We called the reception asking to get our room cleaned and no one came to clean it at any point during the day. Other than these occasions the service was very welcoming and nice and the overall experience was pretty luxurious.

Our first hotel upon arriving to Thailand for the first time - we were immediately made to feel so welcome and special. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. The hotel is extremely modern, well-equipped and clean. Our swim-up room was an absolute dream and my only regret is that we couldn’t spend more time utilising it! We found the Italian menu/theme surprising, but upon request the staff were able to cook us some thai food, as we were desperate to try it! The breakfast is excellent, with a great variety of options for all. Honestly I struggle to fault this place - very well done and thank you for making our experience special ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolutely loved staying at the waters. We had a late flight so arrived at 10pm but they have 24 hr front desk service. Was very impressed with the Bay Romance Room, ours had a private pool outside which could turn jets on for spa when we were only expecting a bathtub inside the room. Friendly and welcoming staff and room cleaned daily. Lots of main pools to choose and great poolside bar. Will definitely be back!

We’ve have just had the best 12 nights at the Waters. Nothing was too much trouble, staff were always available if needed. Our room was cleaned every day and our cleaner checked in with us every time to check what we needed. The breakfast was superb, with so much variety, and we didn’t need to eat until the evening. All the staff were a delight and we will definitely stay here again when we make it back to Thailand. Thank you for the most memorable of holidays.

Our stay at The Waters was absolutely fantastic! The staff were so warm & welcoming and extremely helpful in arranging any request. The facilities including our pool access room was just amazing. The resort was so clean and well maintained & is in an excellent location to nearby restaurants, massage services & shops. Overall, our stay was 10/10 so thank you!
