From the moment we arrived the desk staff were professional, welcoming and helpful. Had a beautiful swim up room which was spacious, modern, well stocked and clean. Breakfast was well presented and good variety. Close by was a 7 eleven which was great to get snacks and drinks etc, beautiful authentic Thai restaurants to dine at, the Bang Niang market which was worth buying some bargains from. I must stress that the staff at The Waters went above and beyond their duties, they were always smiling, professional and helpful from the gardeners, cleaners, pool staff, waiters, chefs, drivers, desk staff to the managers thank you so much for making our stay wonderful. The amenities were spotless and having a pool access room was the best choice and were using the pool everyday. Could not recommend this hotel highly enough and will definitely return again. Thanks

Everything at the Waters in Khao Lak was very good and we enjoyed our relaxing stay there very much. we stayed there in mid May so the resort was quieter than it otherwise would be in peak season which was great as sometimes we would have an entire pool to ourselves and it wasn't not as busy and noisy around the resort in general. We stayed in a pool access room which was great as the poolside is literally right at your doorstep. The staff were always happy and helpful. There are so many places near the resort to eat and drink, you will never be stuck for choice. A 7/11 is across the road also. The Biang Niang night market is in easy walking distance as well.

Our first time in Thailand and couldn’t have picked a better hotel for the trip. We had a lower direct access swim up pool and it was perfect. The staff were so friendly and always willing to help. Breakfast had a wide range of choices and everything was fresh and hot. The location of the hotel is perfect and central. Couldn’t of wished for a better hotel 😊

I stayed at The Waters Resort for 10 days and thoroughly loved my stay. The reception staff were so warm, helpful and always willing to help and went above and beyond anytime I needed help. In fact, every staff member was exceptional and everyone always said hello with a huge smile. I loved the pools, the gym, the billard area and also that there were books one could read during your stay. It was great that one could use the showers complimentary once you had checked out and used the facilities before being picked up to go to the airport. The location was exceptional and close to the beach, restaurants and the market. I will be coming back.
