Absolutely loved staying at the waters. We had a late flight so arrived at 10pm but they have 24 hr front desk service. Was very impressed with the Bay Romance Room, ours had a private pool outside which could turn jets on for spa when we were only expecting a bathtub inside the room. Friendly and welcoming staff and room cleaned daily. Lots of main pools to choose and great poolside bar. Will definitely be back!

First time staying here and we loved it. Staff are absolutely amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Nothing was a problem. Pool access rooms are great. Breakfast is a variety of pretty much anything you want. Surrounded by so many great restaurants and bars. We found it peaceful as those with kids usually used the large pool. Exactly what we were looking for. Relaxing and quiet. Pricing was good considering the room we had. Khao Lak is the opposite of Patong. It’s slower and not so confronting. I would highly recommend this resort for people looking for a more laid back holiday.

We stayed for a week and everything was great. We had a Bay Romance room which is in the large block with a central pool (note this has an open bathroom with no privacy). The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The only issue was it’s closest to the road where a nearby bar has a band playing until midnight most nights. If I returned, I would probably book the pool access room. The buffet breakfast got busy but lots of food choices and staff were excellent.

We just spent 20 nights at this great resort. We were lucky enough to get a room in the brand new wing The water access room was so great with a great size patio with a big comfortable lounge chair as well as 2 sun beds. The room it’s self was lovely great big modern bathroom Every single staff member was so polite and friendly The resort was lovely and clean Breakfast was good with enough selections to choose from We would definitely recommend it for a stay and we will definitely be returning again

We loved our 10-night stay in a pool-front room. The staff were lovely and helpful, adding to our enjoyment. Our breakfast, lunch, dinners and pool bar were delicious. We loved the Italian food, especially the wood-fired pizzas and spare ribs. Looking forward to our next holiday.
