I will be honest, great place for a drink on occasions but staff is a huge downside, visited on my birthday with my friends with an all inclusive day package. We have been told they cannot give us snacks that are provided at the bar for another 2h and ordering the drinks took about half an hour. Towards the evening the staff at the beach was being a bit rude and denied us drinks despite us still having half an hour to go. At 6pm they treated us as strangers. Apart from that lovely area lovely drinks and vibes the pools are nicely positioned too

The Cove Rotana resort offers a mixed experience. While guest service, cleanliness, and staff friendliness score well, with ratings of 4 out of 5 each, the furniture and amenities in the hotel rooms are old and uncomfortable, earning a 2 out of 5. The food at the Cinnamon Restaurant is below average, receiving a 2 out of 5. The overall look and feel of the resort are wonderful and beautiful, with lush greenery and historic charm, earning a 4 out of 5. However, the activities and beach offerings are limited. The spa experience was disappointing, with a 1 out of 5 rating for being expensive and not meeting expectations. Overall, the value for money is below 3.

The resort is definitely worth 5 stars. We had an amazing time during Eid though the stay was quite pricey. The staff really made the trip fantastic especially the buggy drivers and the staff at the cinnamon restaurant. We hope to be back again.

Great place village like resort. Service was great and smooth. Staff were friendly and warm. We stayed for two nights for my husband’s birthday. We did a lot of photoshoots with my enlarging baby bump. Two large pools were excellent! A memorable stay and would surely recommend and hope to come back with friends and family!

It was honestly a great experience. I have been to many resorts before, but this one was the best of all. Outstanding hospitality, amazing food with loads of varieties and awesome location. When we went for a stroll inside the resort, for a moment I felt as if I am roaming on the streets of Venice or somewhere similar. It's a beautiful place for a staycation, very calm and serene. Highly recommended !! I just request the resort authority to offer good affordable deals, so that more and more people could enjoy staying at this place. I would definitely like visit again. Special thanks to all the staff members who use to work 24/7 to deliver the best.
