From the moment we stepped into the lobby, I knew this stay at The Venetian would be unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. A year might not be enough time to enjoy everything this resort has to offer. Between the incredible shopping, endless dining options, the Sphere, and even the small amount of time we spent in the casino, I was completely awestruck. Our room was immaculate. I was briefly disappointed that it didn’t face the Sphere—especially since it was showing my favorite movie, *The Wizard of Oz*, which was the reason for our trip and my one request. But that feeling quickly faded. The room itself was stunning. Little touches, like the closet lighting and the steps leading down into the living room, made me feel like I was in an elegant movie scene. We also ate at a Mexican restaurant by the boats, and it was such a lovely experience. The host sang Italian songs, adding a charming and unexpected touch to the meal. All other hotels will be compared to this one from now on. The Venetian set a new standard for us.

I recently stayed at The Palazzo from Monday through Thursday during AWS re:Invent, and the experience exceeded all expectations. My suite on the 12th floor (923) offered spectacular views of the Las Vegas Strip that made every moment memorable. The service throughout my stay was exceptional. The staff was attentive, professional, and went out of their way to ensure my comfort. From check-in to check-out, every interaction was smooth and welcoming. The suite itself was spacious, impeccably clean, and provided the perfect retreat after long conference days. The location was ideal for attending re:Invent, with convenient access to everything I needed. I highly recommend The Palazzo for both business and leisure travelers. The combination of luxurious accommodations, stunning views, and top-tier service makes it a standout choice on the Strip. Would definitely stay here again on my next Vegas visit!

I have stayed at the Venetian several times, mostly with adults. One time it was just my 10 year-old granddaughter and me. There was no gambling on that trip but we had a great time. This is where she chose to go for her vacation with me. She had the best time of her life. We felt very safe, went to several shows, great food, and very clean room. The staff is always nice, check in and check out easy, taxi/Uber convenient, easy to get to any show, so many restaurants. You never have to leave to eat. I just don’t know of anything more you could ask for from a resort. I love The Venetian.

This is the place to stay on the strip in Vegas! Every room is a suite, and it has biggest casino floor. The basic room here is better than some premium rooms at other resorts. We've stayed 5 times in the last few years and it gets better everytime. I recommend upgrading to prestige for a better experience. Sign up for the rewards program, game with your player card and you're likely to get offers for free stays. I've been invited to 2 slots tournaments this year and even got 20th place last time (out of almost 1,000 people). Pricing is competitive with other strip casinos, but the value for the money is so much better here. The Ventian side just renovated their rooms so everything is fresh and new. Now, if I could just win a grand jackpot. We've already booked our next trip for January. My only complaint is that I wish there were more mid range dining options to choose from. Seems like its either super fancy or super cheap with not much in between except Grand Lux.

I’ve stayed at the Venetian a handful of times for personal trips and for over a decade during AWS re:Invent. Almost every stay has come with the same issue: trying to “convince” someone to accommodate a simple ADA request. They’ve always been willing to provide a medical fridge, which I appreciate, but the real problem has been getting support to freeze my ice packs so I can travel home safely with my medication. Year after year, when I’ve asked the Front Desk for help, I’ve been told "no" and had to escalate to the FOM (front office manager) and then found myself having to justify this basic request. I’m not asking anyone to refrigerate my medication. I just need them to freeze the ice packs that the in-room fridge can’t handle. If the hotel can support my ADA needs during my stay, how is it so difficult to support them at my departure? The main reason I’m writing this review is to give Boston his well-deserved accolade. Despite an initial misunderstanding, he actually took the time to listen, understand what I needed, and unlike every prior experience, he didn’t push back. He immediately went to his manager to find a solution. He returned with an answer, offered it without any ego, and then went a step further by letting me know he’d be on shift the next day so I could find him directly. He showed maturity, empathy, and the level of hospitality I expect from a five-star hotel. So a huge shoutout and thank you to Boston for making this the easiest ADA request I’ve had to deal with in the past decade.
