It is always so elegant here! The rooms have recently been updated. They have much better electrical outlets for devices. The decor has been updated and feels a bit more modern. I love the two level rooms with a spacious bathroom. I was impressed with the connection to the Sphere. It made it very easy to get there. All interactions with employees was fine as they were friendly and helpful.

I booked my stay in advance and specifically reserved an Executive Suite by calling the hotel directly. This was very important for us because we were traveling with a child. When we arrived, the front desk told us that this room was not available and that they would give us a cheaper, completely different room instead. I explained that I know exactly what I booked and that this was NOT the room I reserved or needed. They went to speak with a manager and came back saying there was nothing they could do. Since it was New Year’s Eve, I had no choice — I couldn’t drive back to Los Angeles with my family — so I accepted the room. The room was terrible and absolutely not what we paid for. It completely ruined our New Year’s holiday and our family experience. This situation showed a total lack of professionalism and honesty. I am extremely disappointed with this hotel and do NOT recommend booking here during holidays. They overpromise, underdeliver, and leave families with no real options. If anyone else experienced something similar, please leave a comment under this review.

The Venetian is an impressive resort overall and definitely delivers on the classic Vegas experience. The property is beautiful, clean, and incredibly well maintained, with stunning architecture and spacious rooms. Just walking through the resort feels like an attraction on its own. The food options are a big highlight — tons of variety and quality restaurants ranging from casual to upscale. Everything I tried was solid, and there’s no shortage of places to eat no matter what you’re in the mood for. The staff also deserves credit. From check-in to housekeeping, everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, which made the stay feel smooth and welcoming. The main downside is the pricing. Almost everything comes with a dollar sign attached, and it adds up fast — food, drinks, resort fees, and little extras throughout the property. It’s not unexpected for Vegas, but it definitely feels noticeable here. Overall, a great resort with excellent amenities and service, just be prepared for premium pricing across the board.

We love it at the Venetian! The staff are so friendly and upbeat - they make us feel like they’re so happy to see us. We feel like winners the entire time we stay here - no matter who we are interacting with. The Venetian rewards program is awesome - we enjoyed meeting Marcel, who was very helpful and kind. The security department is incredible, as well - I left my iPhone at a slot machine, realized it about 30 minutes later, and by the time we got to the security desk, it was already turned in. We felt like everyone at the Venetian, whether cleaning crew, housekeeping, security, restaurant staff, rewards staff, etc. truly looks out for their guests to make sure they have a positive experience. Can’t wait to come back!!

We are very pleased for their stay here. Again. Rooms are huge, you’re center strip, and everything is at your fingertips. The staff is very accommodating to its guests and everything is kept to a high standard. We were especially pleased with housekeeping. If I have one quibble it would be that I’m shocked a room of this caliber, particularly after a major renovation, does not have a better system capable of shutting off the lights from bedside.
