Beautiful resort. The rooms are spacious and well-designed. The food at the restaurants is actually very good - probably some of the best Thai food that we had on our vacation. The service is top-notch. And the private white sand beach is unbeatable. My only criticism is that happy hour is unusually only one hour. So everyone is ordering drinks and service is negatively affected during that time.

My wife chooses this hotel for our anniversary & my birthday. It was really nice hotel with the beach on our doorstep. The only downside for me was the room was a little small to what I am used & lots off stairs . How ever they do provide a buggy service . We mainly eat at the Thai restaurant which was my favourite. The service was fantastic & food was amazing. Pool side bar was very friendly & efficient as well. The location of the hotel might be a little away from the town but in return we get peace and quiet secluded beach which we very much enjoyed. All the employees here are friendly and helpful. Pro Staff very friendly & efficient House keeping Amazing Pool side bar staff was great Thai restaurant staff was fantastic Buggy service provide to your room front hotel Provided a room for us to freshen up as we checked out at 12pm and flight was much later. Con For breakfast there was very limited halal option and they used the same spatular to cook my omelette as well bacon. This needs to change due to people religious beliefs.

Amazing Resort with some notes to be made. Total: 8.5/10 Location: 9.5/10 very well located in Surin, only issue is that there are many stairs around the hotel, which can be uncomfortable considering the heat; although awesome golf carts service on request to take you around. Beach: 10/10 amazing private beach, beautiful sea, professional stuff and bar service. Rooms: 8/10 very nice design, super spacious, full of amenities for guest to use. Although, unpleasant acoustic and the AC is too loud which sometimes bothers. Spa: 5/10 super overpriced for the quality! average service and menu selection. Services: 8.5/10 very well organised, many events and activity for all ages. it’s not an adult only, so many kids were present. Breakfast: 9/10 a very nice variety of food sweet and salty with amazing juices and pancakes. Restaurants: 8/10 there are two restaurants, the thai one is average the international one is good with a variety of choices. Staff: 10/10 everyone super kind and always ready to help!! Only barrier sometimes was the communication in English.

Location 5/5 Absolutely beautiful resort on one of the most gorgeous beaches I've ever seen. Very secluded, quiet and private. Room 4/5 Stayed in ocean front suite #345. It was very spacious with a large private patio and an amazing view. My only criticism is the bed was very firm (which was solved by adding a topper from the sleep menu) and the pillows were very soft and flat. I tried the other pillow options and in the 3rd night finally found something that worked. Maybe it's just me but I found the initial setup very uncomfortable, which is odd since I've not had this issue in other nice hotels. Food 4/5 The breakfast buffet was very good with a big variety of choices. We tried all the other restaurants and the food and service were very good. And the food manager Poo was lovely. My only callout is that the drinks were a bit weak (I doubt there was a full shot). Service 5/5 Excellent service, very attentive and helpful. The management goes out of their way to ensure everything is perfect. We couldn't have asked for more.

The staff were so friendly and we were able to order the food we wanted for breakfast. It was great to enjoy breakfast while looking at the great view! A cold glass of beer while watching the sunset from the front of the sea was so perfect! It was disappointing that there were not many restaurants inside the resort! We walked for 5 minutes outside the resort and went to Surin Beach with convenience stores and various restaurants to enjoy street food! We plan to come again next year!! It was a perfect resort for everything!!
