It is a great place to stay. You have to try the pub restaurant. The nachos are amazing as well as the pizza, it was soft the next day. The rooms are OK, could be better, my room had a sewer smell in the sink, that's why I gave 4 stars, but other than that it was a nice room. Cool thing is security is pretty tight, your key card only allows you to go on your floor and there is a bell man named Jose who is super, cool, super informative and super professional so make sure to tip him, he is at the bell desk inside. Great place to stay I will return again soon.

We booked The Strat through Redtag and our hotel voucher said our resort fees were 32 99 per night. Upon arrival to the hotel we were told they were 49.99 usd a night- with the exchange rate this is a ludacris amount of money and feels like a money grab or hidden fee - we didn't use any of the resort amenities and the pool was closed... And then there was anothet 93.00 Cndn charge to my card and when I called them they said it was a system glitch- however it will take 5-7 business days to correct this. I would prefer the hotels roll the resort fee directly into the room cost or charge if you actually use the amenities. I think this information is important for Canadians who are told one thing at booking and charged 50% more. The rooms - we had no issues with our room- we did an upgrade upon arrival. Our room was spacious, it was clean, beautiful view of the mountains and the bed was very comfortable. The TV frequently didnt work and we couldn't access the free wi-fi. The Strat itself is very clean. The location is a bit sketchy. Lots of unfocused people and people clearly struggling with addiction or mental health - there were a few scenes on the walk to the bus stop or toward the strip that felt unsafe - I think this piece is impprtant for people to be aware of when booking there. All in all we enjoyed the room and we enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel but the unexpected fees left a sour taste.

The casino has HORRIBLE air conditioning system. If you're not a smoker or have sensitivity to smoke......you will do badly here. Customer service at the hotel was just as atrocious. I had to reach out to a manager. I was lucky to have spoken to "Frank" manager for casino. He was wonderful. I wish the rest of the staff could have provided the same. The "upgraded tower" was ok......nothing out of the ordinary that you would find in other hotels (small but clean overall.). The 3rd-party gift shops (Essential), actually charge for their bags LOL. Yes.... if you buy a candy bar...it will cost you .30 more. I spend too much money in Las Vegas to pay MORE for BAGS. CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP. I also had to shell out for parking and resort fee.... Next time I would rather pay more for hotel and not have to pay MORE for every other little thing. I will never return to the Strat...and I DON'T RECOMMEND. There are a million other nice and convenient options on the strip.

The location is ok. The room isn’t equipped well. The cafe machine didn’t work. I reported twice and got replaced, but the replaced one is even worse. The shower water is very slow. The rack of toilet paper is broken. House keeping doesn’t clean the floor at all. Hope the management can improve.

First time staying here. Stayed here for the location during EDC week, As one of the shuttles picks up across the street. Easy drive in as there is a self parking garage next door. 20$ a day. The hotel itself was quite nice. It had a few restaurants and a couple shops for souvenirs or random needs. The tower itself was cool and nice to go up. The rooms themselves were ok. Even with our “upgraded” room with a better view was just ok. Nothing special. The non basic room comes with a mini fridge which we needed so had to upgrade. The area we stayed was a little far from the front so took a little to walk out or back in. Staff were very nice and helpful. I appreciate all they did to make our stay nice. Everyone from the concierge to the parking attendant, everyone was so nice. I definitely would stay here again for my next stay for EDC.
