Accosted by staff as soon as you walk in the door trying to sell you promotions. Same staff could not tell you where the elevators were or the check in desk. Didn't even attempt to be helpful. They had no sense of what hospitality was. bathroom is so small the door just barely clears the toilet. Furnishings had scratches and chair ripped. Linens were stained and bed had obviously broken springs. 11:30pm on a Friday night as I walked through the casino you couldn't help but notice how lifeless and quiet it was there. Looked into the sky jump, couldn't get a straight answer as to how much it cost. Not a chance I'd entrust them with my life jumping off the building. Don't walk the neighborhood at night. Can't wait to leave here.

I am an out of towner, but my friend who lived in Vegas booked this hotel for all four of us to stay. We stayed in a newly renovated room with double queen beds. It was a wonderful experience. The only knock I had was needing things for our room and it taking a while. The customer service is amazing though. They really take care of their guests. I had a late flight. The staff was helpful in giving me a late check out, then letting me hang out by the pool. It’s a little off the strip, which I liked. I would absolutely come back to this hotel.

We had an awesome time our server. Katie was excellent. She was very attentive to my children while I was able to just enjoy relax from my day. The only issue arose after we left the pool area. Upon changing after the pool, I found out I was missing an outfit that I came to the pool with. I have been given the runaround trying to see if anybody can check on the outfit. I kept being referred to lost and found. We were not in town long. I was there when the lifeguard came down with what was left from the pool area on Mother's Day. The next day nobody could check or care because the pool was closed due to high winds. so I'm going to chuck it up as a loss. Customer service is not finder friendly. if you're looking for anything that you may have, they're going to do a generic roundabout of what is left over at the end of the day. I would come back, just minus any extra clothing I may have needed. Great time, great food and bevies. The end.

A hidden gem that pierces the sky. EVERY room I’ve had has been in good condition. NEW and Classic. If there is a problem they quickly switch you or offer a free upgrade without argument. The staff is welcoming and protective. I look like I’m a teenager so I get stopped a lot. I also was a victim of harassment by some unruly guests. Security immediately stepped in quickly banning them off property. I book through third party but still receive amazing service! I travel alone so safety isn’t an issue here. Love it 🥰

They are applying the 20 minute comp rule strictly here which isn’t surprising as the Trump era takes hold. Just being honest. Not broke but just caught off guard as I write this, it’s the first time I’ve experienced this. They basically are making it harder to sit down at a machine and enjoy yourself while gambling away hard earned money. It used to be drinks were flowing as long as you spending but now it’s if you stop gambling and send even a text or look at a notification they say if you stop it resets and you can’t order a drink. Just giving y’all a heads up as I’m for complete transparency.
