I recently had the pleasure of visiting a fantastic cigar bar at St. Regis where I experienced top-notch customer service from the staff, especially Faisal. The ambiance of the bar was sophisticated and elegant, creating the perfect setting for enjoying a fine cigar. Faisal's attention to detail and exceptional service truly enhanced my experience. He was knowledgeable about the different cigar options and helped me choose one that suited my taste perfectly. His friendly demeanor and professionalism made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. Overall, my visit to the cigar bar at St. Regis was a memorable one, thanks to the excellent customer service provided by Faisal. If you're looking for a refined and enjoyable cigar experience, I highly recommend paying a visit to this establishment.

It is stated on the website that this hotel has a private beach . No mention to the fact you need to take a car, do a 10 min ride with the car, arrive in an underground parking lot, take an elevator 200 mt under the sun and finally arrive at a beach club that is not exclusive for your guests. This means it is crowded and it isn't guaranteed to give hotel guest a seat .  In addition the sea is not clean because of the frequent transit of boats considering the beach overlooks the entrance and exit of a small harbour . Finally you have shuttles to and from the beach once in an hour so that the guest has to wait 1 hour to be able to return to the hotel Service in general quite poor and above teh standrad of st regis hotel .

This was my second time staying at the hotel and I got to say that this will be a stable place to stay in every time I visit Dubai. The staff are friendly and respectful and the over all amenities are great. The attached mall is a huge plus as you basically don’t need to go anywhere else if you want. Also great location to near by beach clubs within walking distance. I would say that one thing that I view as negative is that there isn’t an option to request housing keeping before you go out unless you call the front desk. I stayed in hotels where they have a button next to the do not disturb for making up the room which is great and convenient. I left my room a couple of times and got back to it in the same condition. So please consider adding that option. Thanks for a memorable stay and look forward to seeing you again soon!!
