My recent stay at The St. Regis Dubai, The Palm was truly exceptional, and I can't recommend this hotel enough. The views from the hotel are absolutely breathtaking. Waking up and looking out over the Palm Jumeirah and the city skyline was a highlight every single day. Even better is the experience at the rooftop pool. While it's managed by a third party, the panoramic view you get of the Palm and the surrounding area from up there is completely worth it and made for some fantastic afternoons. Beyond the views, the hotel is spotless. My room was clean, beautifully kept, and a very nice size—spacious enough to feel truly comfortable. What really set this stay apart, though, was the service at the front desk, specifically from Catherina and Marina. They are the absolute best! Both of them are always smiling and ready to help with anything. I had a somewhat complicated request that required a bit of extra effort, and they handled the whole thing with patience and a positive attitude. They managed to figure it out seamlessly and genuinely made me feel valued and appreciated as a guest. The St. Regis Dubai, The Palm offers a luxurious setting, stunning views, and outstanding staff. I can't wait to return.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Everyone—from the valet team at the front to the room cleaners—was incredibly polite, kind, and professional. The service levels were consistently impressive throughout our stay. The rooms were not only very comfortable but also cleaned thoroughly each day, reflecting the hotel’s attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction. It’s rare to find such a combination of warmth, cleanliness, and professionalism all in one place. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-cared-for stay.

Amazing from start to finish. The only disappointment is I did not receive my promised AMEX Platinum complimentary room upgrade. Rooms are spacious with luxurious bathroom a deep bathtub. Every detail is taken care of. The butler team and the rest of the staff make your stay easy and enjoyable, while not being annoying. Little details like free coffee and tea time, premium amenities such as facial cleanser, or cool features like frosted glass for bathroom privacy make things interesting and fun. Highly recommend a stay here for at least 2-3 nights.

I had a wonderful stay at the St. Regis Hotel, Palm Jumeirah in Dubai. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, and the location on the Palm is truly perfect. What stood out the most, though, was the exceptional service from the staff. A very special thanks goes to our Butler, Pranit Bhojane, who took such great care of me and my son throughout our stay. He surprised us with a thoughtful gift of delicious dates and baklava in our room, which made our experience even more memorable. His kindness and attention to detail really made us feel at home. I would also like to thank Adeel in the lobby for his excellent service. He was always welcoming and extremely helpful, making our time at the hotel smooth and enjoyable. Overall, the combination of a clean and luxurious hotel, a great location, and such friendly and attentive staff made our stay truly special. I would highly recommend the St. Regis at the Palm Jumeirah to anyone visiting Dubai.

I regularly stay at the St. Regis during my trips to Dubai, and it continues to be a reliable and enjoyable choice. The location is one of its strongest advantages, with direct access to Nakheel Mall, making it easy to enjoy a wide variety of restaurants, cafés, and entertainment options without even leaving the property. In addition, excellent dining spots like Signor Sassi and SushiSamba are just next door, which adds even more convenience. The service is consistently attentive and professional, and I also appreciate the thoughtful details throughout the hotel. A highlight for me is the reliable air-conditioning—always pleasantly cool, which makes a real difference during the intense summer heat. The amenities are also of high quality, adding to the overall comfort of the stay. Breakfast is another standout. When included in the room rate, it truly feels like a treat, offering one of the most impressive spreads I’ve seen in Dubai. From Mediterranean to Asian to Western selections, the variety caters to all tastes. I particularly value the consideration for dietary needs, with clear options for allergies and even a dedicated gluten-free section. That said, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. The wall-mounted toilet flush button tends to get stuck, which can be inconvenient. Also, the wardrobe design isn’t ideal for longer clothing like dresses, abayas, or kandooras, as they don’t provide full-length hanging space. Overall, the St. Regis remains a top choice for me in Dubai—luxurious, convenient, and consistently well-run—with just a few small tweaks needed to make the experience even better.
