One of the best hotels by far. Beautiful lobby, very nice rooms. We felt surrounded by comfort and care. Everything was very clean, great beauty products provided. We came for our anniversary, and got a lovely cake from hotel ❤️ Every evening we had our bed done with a little surprise attention (chocolates)☺️ by the way, the mattress, blanket and pillows - are heaven. Pool is great! Big, not too warm, beds are soft and comfy.

A very nice hotel! Super friendly and helpful staff; providing an outstanding service. They accommodated all our requests with pleasure making our stay exceptional. Room are super nice, elegant, comfortable; spacious and super clean. Location is perfect with plenty of fine dining options, shopping, pool, etc.

Love this Hotel! The most amazing service! People working are very down to earth! Massage in the spa was just incredible and little pool near the restaurant has a nice view and great atmosphere. Nahil Mall is super convenient for shopping so you don’t have to leave the building if it is too hot.

Maybe the best hotel experience we've ever had. We stayed in Dubai for a week and found the hotel to be perfectly located at the base of The Palm Jumeriah. However, what so impressed us both was the attention to detail from start to finish. In particular, the housekeeping and room service was next-level; beyond cleaning our rooms immaculately each day the staff left little gifts for my wife which brought a huge smile to both our faces. The breakfast spread was a highlight of each day while the amenities like the pool, gym, and spa are fantastic. Even though the famous skypool atop the hotel is owned by another company, it was nice to have that so accessible because it really is the most amazing poolside experience we've ever had (you should definitely do it for sunset or sunrise). Couldn't recommend the hotel and the Regis staff more highly!
