The best of the best hotels in the World! I cannot tell you how beautiful the place and rooms are. The pools are nice, but they should have an indoor pool for intense swimming. There is a pool at the top of the building, but I believe it's for the residences above the hotel. It would be nice. That aside, the attentiveness and professionalism of staff is top notch. Location is in a key popular area on Palm Jumeriah, but there's access to the metro and getting in and out is fairly easy. Overall, the St. Regis deserves 5 stars - maybe 7 if that's possible. I'm a life long customer of Marriott brands and cannot be more happy with the company for what they have done for me. Thank you St. Regis!

Love the ambiance and amazing service of the bar lounge. Nikko was so friendly and served our cocktails according to our taste and preferences. The other one Wihan was as much sweet as well. The cocktail I got was having too much ice in it and he was so nice bringing me the other one with less ice. Lovely place to spend a cozy evening with friends.

My recent stay at The St. Regis Dubai, The Palm was truly exceptional, and I can't recommend this hotel enough. The views from the hotel are absolutely breathtaking. Waking up and looking out over the Palm Jumeirah and the city skyline was a highlight every single day. Even better is the experience at the rooftop pool. While it's managed by a third party, the panoramic view you get of the Palm and the surrounding area from up there is completely worth it and made for some fantastic afternoons. Beyond the views, the hotel is spotless. My room was clean, beautifully kept, and a very nice size—spacious enough to feel truly comfortable. What really set this stay apart, though, was the service at the front desk, specifically from Catherina and Marina. They are the absolute best! Both of them are always smiling and ready to help with anything. I had a somewhat complicated request that required a bit of extra effort, and they handled the whole thing with patience and a positive attitude. They managed to figure it out seamlessly and genuinely made me feel valued and appreciated as a guest. The St. Regis Dubai, The Palm offers a luxurious setting, stunning views, and outstanding staff. I can't wait to return.

Stayed here for 3 nights in December 2025 between the Qatar and Abu Dhabi F1 GPs and overall really like the hotel. Starting with the highlights: Service is exceptional, everyone from the doormen to the restaurant staff is extremely kind, professional and courteous - particularly the staff at the breakfast stood out here. The rooms are also very nice: Decent size, very nice design, and of course very clean. We only had breakfast here, so can’t talk about the other restaurants and dinner option, but breakfast was truly amazing. There are so many buffet options and some egg dishes to order à la carte as well. So, rooms, service, breakfast are all great. When it comes to location, your mileage may vary. It really depends on what you’re looking for. The hotel is located right at the “stem” of The Palm. It’s next to The Palm Jumeirah Mall, which also has a monorail station that goes to the Atlantis/Aquaventure at the end of the palm. So that’s of course quite convenient. But at the same time, the hotel only occupies the lower 18 floors of the building and views aren’t great and often blocked. So if you think you might see the entire Palm from your room - you won’t. There are rooftop pools and observation decks available that give you a better view but also cost another $50-150 per person. If you’re in Dubai for sightseeing, you’ll also be quite far (~12 miles / ~20km) away from sights like Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, Museum of the Future, Dubai Creek, etc. So it really depends on what you’re looking for. All in all, very nice, modern, luxurious hotel. Would I stay here again? Depends on what I’m in town for.
