The St. Regis Dubai, The Palm

I checked into this hotel on December 20 for two nights. I arrived at the hotel around 8 PM. As a Marriott Ambassador member, I found that my room received no upgrade at all. I initially thought the hotel was fully booked, but later I checked the room availability on the app and saw that both deluxe rooms and suites were available—yet the hotel made no arrangements for me. Perhaps complimentary breakfast was the biggest “favor” they offered. Aside from the great location, I don’t recommend it for anything else. The breakfast was very poor, the rooms were very small compared to other hotels, and there wasn’t even enough space to put two suitcases.

My recent stay at The St. Regis Dubai, The Palm was truly exceptional, and I can't recommend this hotel enough. The views from the hotel are absolutely breathtaking. Waking up and looking out over the Palm Jumeirah and the city skyline was a highlight every single day. Even better is the experience at the rooftop pool. While it's managed by a third party, the panoramic view you get of the Palm and the surrounding area from up there is completely worth it and made for some fantastic afternoons. Beyond the views, the hotel is spotless. My room was clean, beautifully kept, and a very nice size—spacious enough to feel truly comfortable. What really set this stay apart, though, was the service at the front desk, specifically from Catherina and Marina. They are the absolute best! Both of them are always smiling and ready to help with anything. I had a somewhat complicated request that required a bit of extra effort, and they handled the whole thing with patience and a positive attitude. They managed to figure it out seamlessly and genuinely made me feel valued and appreciated as a guest. The St. Regis Dubai, The Palm offers a luxurious setting, stunning views, and outstanding staff. I can't wait to return.

The St. Regis Dubai, The Palm is a well-located hotel with a cozy and sophisticated structure. Service is clearly one of its strongest points: the receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful, and the butler welcomed us warmly, presenting the room while carefully explaining everything needed for our comfort. Most of our requests were handled perfectly. However, there were two serious issues during our stay: on one occasion, our room door was left open with no one inside, and on another, the bathroom was not cleaned despite a specific request. In addition, several guests experienced food poisoning, all sharing the fact that they had eaten at the hotel, which is concerning. The Kyma Beach Club Dubai is another highlight of the hotel. It is a beautiful and enjoyable place, especially for watching the sunset. It is worth scheduling a visit through the concierge, as the hotel provides transportation, although the walk to Kyma is also pleasant and not long. I believe that the food poisoning incidents and the lapses in room security and cleanliness may have been exceptions. Still, given these occurrences, we cannot say that our experience fully met a five-star standard.

Great spot for a casual bite and drinks. The fancy cocktails were creative and really well made, and the small bites were tasty and satisfying. Nice atmosphere and a fun place to hang out would definitely come back!

I would like to share my incredible experience at the St. Regis Dubai, The Palm. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the entire staff provided outstanding service throughout my stay. I also received truly exceptional, personalized attention from Marina, Ibrahim Mabrouk, and Igor — they went above and beyond in every way.
