A beautifully curated stay with elegant details and seamless service. I stayed here for a short 2-night getaway and was genuinely impressed. The butler service, lobby ambiance, and sunset by the pool were standout moments. The room was spacious and stylish, though slightly dated in a few details, which is why I’m giving 4 stars. The location is scenic and quiet, but not fully walkable — taxis or private car are necessary for most destinations. Perfect for a relaxing couple’s stay or a quiet business trip with a touch of luxury.

We stayed at The St. Regis Hotel for our first visit to Abu Dhabi, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The room and hotel facilities were modern, impeccably clean, and maintained to a high standard. The beach and pool areas were fantastic—ideal for relaxation and family fun. What truly made our stay memorable, though, was the exceptional service from the staff. Everyone we encountered was warm and welcoming, creating a genuinely hospitable atmosphere throughout. Special mention goes to Nadeem at the front entrance, who greeted our son with open arms and a big smile every time—such a heartwarming gesture. The standout, however, was the butler service provided by Akhshay and his team. From thoughtful surprises like sweets, cakes, and fruit left in our room, to their 24/7 availability via WhatsApp for anything we needed—they made everything feel effortless and personal. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend St. Regis to other families. It’s a luxurious, family-friendly haven that we’d gladly return to.

Excellent service. All staff is very professional, friendly, fast response, always put smile on their face. As a guest we were treated as a valuable customer. A huge credit for Mr. Noe Noe who give us the best experience and room with great view. Bedroom is very nice, clean, and comfortable. We can ask free bottle water and coffee as per requested. Staff will come to give us welcome snacks direct to our room and will explain all features on the room. the hotel connected to the private beach which has a white sand and with a good view. Thank you to staff manager, Mr.Arimardan, who take care of the guest and remembering the guest name. Stay at st.regis will give us good memory and best experience. as a guest we will be treated like a king!
