We had an outstanding stay at the St. Regis Abu Dhabi. Beautiful property and comfortable rooms, with great hospitality. The breakfast was my favorite of our entire stay in the Middle East, with excellent truffled eggs Benedict to order. Lobby bar had a great happy hour with snacks. Location was very walkable.

My stay was a beautiful surprise. What really stood out was the consistency across all service touchpoints. Compared to many hotels I’ve stayed in, every interaction with the staff felt effortless and genuinely polite, people proactively checked in on how my stay was going, even in small moments like sharing a lift, with a real sense that they cared about the experience being perfect. When I asked for a late check-out, there was no sense of “we’re doing you a favour” or discussion of extra costs, within seconds I was told it would be absolutely fine. The thoughtful complimentary details in the room, along with the quality and variety of the breakfast, were above what I usually find in similar hotels. Overall, it was a very pleasant surprise and truly surpassed my expectations. The décor speaks beautifully to the local culture, and even those who typically prefer more modern-style hotels would appreciate it. Quality well above expectations, and the location is perfect.

I would like to share my experience with the Iftar. I have visited three times, and each visit has been wonderful. The staff are truly amazing, and their hospitality is highly appreciated. I would especially like to thank Sandeep for his outstanding service and support. He demonstrated great professionalism and made the experience even more enjoyable.

Fabulous, luxurious accommodations. Excellent butler service. Great location. Nice beach club across the street (accessed via underground tunnel). Best breakfast buffet in Abu Dhabi. Upgraded because of hotel status. Love this hotel!

Staff 10/10 rooms ( I had a 1 bed suite free upgrade as not busy I felt , but still nice to offer) Hotel overall was lovely and hard to fault if you like traditional grand type decor , but silly as it sounds its what you expect now from the UAE so nothing out of the ordinary , location was a bit awkward as you have to use tunnel to go to beach and like many huge hotels its a mission to leave and actually quite confusing as you have elevators all over the place. Either way it was extremely nice and traditional , plus breakfast was superb however I probably wouldn't stay again as to big for a solo traveller on business and rather stay at something on the beach side or smaller. But dont let my view put you off as its a lovely hotel for the price vs other i looked at (paid £270 a night ish i think )
