A delayed flight voucher brought us to this accommodation. American Airlines sent about 50 passengers on buses to this accommodation with vouchers, all at once. Service: the staff was fantastic, even with 50 people shuttling in all at once. The process was streamlined by Soco. The bartender at the pool was a fun time. The staff in the restaurant were kind and accommodating for an unplanned vegan customer. They made sure to make a separate plate for each meal and were very aware of vegan diets. The food was delicious for the non-vegan customer as well. Service is what redeems this accommodation. Rooms: we were given a ground floor room by the pool. The location of the room was great. The room itself was awful. One of the pillows on the bed were visibly moldy and smelled. The paintings and ceilings in the room were also moldy. The towels were stained or not clean. This was the type of hotel where you wear shower shoes. Location/atmosphere: the location of the hotel was near a lot of restaurants and night life. Music played all through the night. We were able to sleep through the music but if you’re looking for night life this might be your place. The hotel itself is quiet and the people that stay bring a relaxing atmosphere. It is all inclusive but many people seemed to walk off resort for dinner. The food nearby seems to be diverse and someone would be able to eat a different place each day. If we would have had to stay another night on airline vouchers we would have spent our own money to find a nicer accommodation but for one night it was a safe place to stay.

My wife and I went on a trip to St. Lucia in January 2025. We stayed at Soco house and truly enjoyed our stay. The all-inclusive package was great with really good food. Chef Cameron did a fantastic job with every meal menu selection and execution. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and overlooked the pool. The bartenders did a fantastic job with cocktails and cooler preps to take to Reduit Beach, which is a 3 minute walk from the resort. On the beach, it was a totally perfect experience. THE ONE and Miss Valerie took care of us every day with setting up lounge seats and umbrellas. THE ONE also set us up with true St. Lucia excursions and Friday Night street party taxi trips. The ONE turned out to be a one stop shop to all needs of what you would need on a trip or on the beach. This includes consultation on where to go, what to do, where to eat and also, what to listen to if you have your speakers and spotify! At the end of the trip we got to learn the he is a local artist who makes his own music too! He truly made a memorable impact to our trip and made us wanna come back. Our next trip to this gorgeous island is certainly going to be at Soco House and Reduit Beach.

This is a unique 4 star hotel that won't disappoint if you remember a few key things: -this is not a five star resort, therefore not everything is going to be perfect. But they come pretty close and the price point is an excellent value. You're not going to get Michelin star meals but the food is very good. It's also table service and made to order which means you may have to wait for your food but never overly long. -this is an island nation where everything is expensive and difficult to import. I have read complaints about the loungers being dirty but they were pressure washed every night, they are just a bit stained from lots of use....hence four star, not five star. The beach chairs and umbrellas have definitely seen better days but who cares? They work and the beach is amazing. Swapping out a chair or lounger is not as easy or as cheap as it is on the mainland. While we were there, we witnessed near-constant sweeping and glass cleaning in the lobby, railings being repainted, pressure washing of the pool deck and countless other signs of excellent upkeep. Our shower could have used a bit of love but it was clean and so was everything else. We met so many lovely people during our stay and the quiet, relaxed vibe was perfect for our holiday. We truly relaxed.

Overall good hotel. Nice little pool, good bar, fantastic service from everyone who works there. 3 minute walk from an amazing beach and within 10 minute walk of a lot of good restaurants. The meals we had were all decent. Nothing fantastic, but solid. A lot of reviewers complained about wait times, we never had an issue with this: we always got our food within 30 minutes of sitting down. Our air conditioner leaked pretty bad the first night and left a huge puddle on the floor, it took a bit the next day to get someone to take a look and fix it, like until early afternoon, but that was probably the biggest issue we had. Other than that we enjoyed our time here and thought it was good value for the money.

We loved every moment. They did their very best too take care of us and all of our needs. It was our home away from home. The food was extremely good. It could rival any five star resort. If you are looking for something quiet, it’s absolutely perfect. Location is actually perfect as well. You can walk to so many places, but you are not bothered by the noise of over activity.
