Very high quality hotel, very high level service, Luxurious and spacious rooms, the pool in the room is perfect, the shower is large with a strong water flow. If you want to go out and buy something from 7-Eleven, you can ask to be picked up by car from the hotel and it will be waiting for you too. A varied, and most importantly, delicious breakfast. Very comfortable bed, there is a wardrobe if that is important to you, space for luggage that will not get in the way. The hotel staff is very nice, helpful, and most importantly always with a smile on their face. also, their app has a wide selection of things to do, attractions to do, and a very, very wide and delicious variety of food. Highly recommend, I would love to come back here again.

Stayed here for our anniversary and it was a phenomenal experience! The villas are spotless, beautifully designed, and offer a good level of privacy. They provide everything you might need, and the service was outstanding. Loved the variety of halal breakfast options. The private infinity pool was always clean, and ordering amenities or services through the app made everything super convenient—no need to leave the room or call. Great location right by the beach, with a 7-Eleven, laundry, and pharmacy nearby. Highly recommend, - though a little more coverage around the pool area would make the villas feel even more private

The room was lovely spacious, comfortable, and equipped with high-quality linens that made for a pleasant stay. The food was good, yet the portions were surprisingly small and the prices quite high considering the location. Having stayed at several hotels throughout Thailand, we felt that the overall level of service here fell short of expectations. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the team of drivers who assisted guests around the resort. They were consistently kind, cheerful, and professional with special recognition to Jonny Lambordine for his outstanding attitude and helpfulness. However, we did not feel that guest experience was a true priority at this property. Certain details and interactions gave the impression that customer care was secondary. While the setting is beautiful, there are many hotels in Thailand that offer a warmer, more attentive service and better value for money.

An unforgettable stay at The Shore at Katathani! We stayed in villa 8916, which was truly romantic with stunning views, a beautiful atmosphere, excellent service, cleanliness, and a wonderful breakfast. During our entire stay we didn’t encounter any insects, except on the last day when we found some in the bathroom. We immediately called the staff and they came right away to clean and spray the villa thoroughly—very professional response. This resort is one of the most beautiful places in Phuket. It truly feels like your own private villa, and I would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommended!

I am loathe to write this review because this really is a Thailand hidden gem. I cannot fault anything from check in, the buggy boys (Johnny Lamborghini was our favourite), the stunning rooms, wonderful house keeping high quality on site dining and the functional and helpful app to order amenities. Did I mention the rooms and the infinity pools … the pictures do not do them justice ! This is now our hotel of choice for Thailand adventures it is quite simply - exceptional.
