My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. The resort is beautiful and team members wonderful. Located right on the beach with hills behind, we had gorgeous views all around. The food and amenities and all high end, room service is quick and offers complementary breakfast brought to your room each morning if requested. Our room had a private swimming pool that made watching the sunset and ride a dream. It’s located in a convent area that made traveling to other areas like Old Phuket and other islands easy. Right outside of the resort are shops and other places to eat and explore, which we did a few times. The resort also offers excursions.

I had booked this hotel as part of my honeymoon trip. Unfortunately, due to an issue with my travel agent, I was unable to travel. I immediately informed the hotel through the agent, and at first I was told that they agreed by phone to postpone my booking. However, when the follow-up was made, the hotel refused both postponement and refund, even though one of the other hotels I booked (also non-refundable) kindly offered a refund. I fully understand that bookings may be non-refundable, but I believe special circumstances like this deserve some flexibility — especially for guests who are traveling for such an important occasion. I hope management will reconsider their position, as resolving this fairly would reflect positively on the hotel’s customer service and hospitality.

I had an incredible experience at The Shore Hotel. I stayed in one of the private villas, which offered a stunning view and a peaceful, luxurious atmosphere perfect for relaxation. The service was flawless from start to finish. Every staff member I interacted with was extremely polite, attentive, and professional, which truly elevated the overall experience. This property exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high end, tranquil escape with top tier service and unforgettable views.

Our stay at The Shore Phuket was absolutely dreamy! 🌴✨ The villa was beyond stunning, with breathtaking views and a private pool that felt like paradise. The service was exceptional — the staff went above and beyond to make everything perfect, always welcoming us with warm smiles and genuine care. Everything about this place was magical and exceeded our expectations. Truly the perfect romantic getaway — unforgettable and worth every moment!”

The room view was stunning and very relaxing. The bathroom had a bidet hose, which is a nice touch. The resort is a bit remote, but there are a few nearby shops — just be cautious with pricing. Breakfast was very limited and mostly not suitable for halal diets. The on-site restaurants offer variety, but the food quality was below expectations. Service was also slow at times, likely due to the high number of guests. I recommend booking the room without breakfast, and I hope to see improvements in food and service in the future.
