Amazing hotel with wonderful quiet beach, tropical gardens, fantastic staff, 2 big pools, activity centre with bicycles and kayaks and anything else you wish for. Shuttle bus to nearby town/touristic beach is also available and handy (we got ours booked no problem 1 day in advance). The villas with access to the pool are amazing. The breakfast was amazing and so full of choice, every day different dishes. There also have live music on some nights which was so nice. Special thanks to Beer from breakfast for making our stay special and arranging a last minute birthday cake for my husband on our last day. It made our stay very memorable. We would highly recommend to everyone and would come back if we could. It is a very nice 5* hotel truly caring for their guests.

This is not quite a 5 star hotel. Not that it's bad but it's in it's infancy. Service is friendly but not polished. Amenities are standard. Rooms are pleasant but not outstanding. One thing they have got a handle on is the pricing. They know how to charge for imaginary 5 star service/products. 🤣 We had a late flight and requested a late check out. Without checking a single system the receptionist immediately advised me this was not possible but they could allow us a shower room to freshen up in. It came across as company policy. Overall, a pleasant stay, a very comfortable bed but not one I would return to.

Clean room, nice facilities and good location. The place is a few minutes drive away from the night market. Our group enjoyed the stay. Breakfast was generous and plenty of options. We did not have a chance to swim in the pool. The bar at the pool looks nice and inviting.

The hotel really needs to take care of the stinky air conditioning in the rooms. The air in the room had a strong moldy / musty odor coming from the AC. Clearly the airconditioner was never cleaned neither the filters were ever replaced or washed. Other than this - great hotel with excellent kitchen.

Stayed here for a couple days. The stay was alright, but it didnt feel like a 5 star hotel to me. 1. The door seals of the toilet and bathroom kept falling off. I had to reattach them multiple times (See picture) 2. Pretty much all of the cushions on the pool lounge chairs were dirty. (Picture) 3. I wanted to call the reception to order room service ten minutes before in room dining closed. Nobody picked up (i called three times). 30 minutes later they called back but at that time ordering room service wasnt possible anymore. 4. The cleaners didnt restock the things we took from the minibar. Even one of the free waters which we finished 90% was just put back into its place instead of replaced. 5. There was no remote for the AC, we had to walk to room entrance to adjust it. 6. The outlets on both sides of the bed were not working properly. If the plug was moved slightly it would stop working. One time when plugging in my charger sparks came out of the plug. 7. No Netflix on the tv 8. One time one of the poolbar employees took my beer even though it wasnt finished and it hadnt been long since it was ordered. I was lying right next to it and he didn’t even ask if i wanted to keep it. Also one has to order at the poolbar, nobody is coming to ask if you want something. The food was mediocre. Most of the staff were friendly and kind. The beach wasnt very clean. There arent many restaurants near. Grab delivery drivers are not allowed to get into the premises so if you order something you need to walk all the way to the security guard. All of these make a 5 star rating impossible.
