We came here for a refreshing drink by the beach. The place looks great and the pool are is amazing. Everything is very clean and we really liked our stop here. They have a nice menu and the drinks are really good. You can easily spend the day here by the beach with their nice pool and lovely view. Overall great experience and is really recommended.

Best Ever Stay – Totally Worth the Price! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had the most amazing time during our stay here – truly the best ever resort experience and absolutely worth every penny. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable getaway! We stayed in a one-bedroom pool villa, and honestly, you can’t ask for more. The villa had everything – a private pool, jacuzzi, open shower – pure indulgence and comfort blended perfectly. From the moment we arrived, the welcome and hospitality were warm and exceptional. The team really goes the extra mile to make you feel special. One of the standout experiences was the complimentary afternoon tea, served directly in our villa. It’s the kind of luxury that makes you feel pampered in the best way possible. On one of the days, we had to leave early for an excursion, and they thoughtfully packed us a royal-style breakfast box at 2 AM! That level of service is rare and truly appreciated. Another big plus is the breakfast setup. Unlike most places, here you don’t have to rush – they serve à la carte breakfast till 2 PM, and everything we tried was absolutely top-notch. The direct beach access was a dream, and having dinner with a sunset view was a highlight of our trip. They even allowed a free photoshoot with our personal photographer, something many resorts don’t permit. Huge thanks to the team for being so accommodating! The location is spot-on – just a 2-minute walk to the best vegetarian restaurant “Beach Bowl”, and Seminyak Mall is within walking distance too. Only minor downside – we experienced a delay in food service once at Breeze Restaurant, but that’s honestly a small blip in an otherwise flawless stay. Also, the complimentary offerings – from thoughtful amenities to small surprises – were genuinely attractive and added to the overall value. If you're considering a stay here – just go for it. It’s everything you dream of in a tropical escape and more! 🌴✨

The resort is visually beautiful, and the sunset view is truly stunning. Beach access is smooth and easy, which is definitely a highlight. However, the overall experience was disappointing and far from what I expected from a resort of this level. •I requested a late check-out for at least 2 hours, and the staff claimed the hotel was fully booked. When I pointed out that there were empty rooms, they literally laughed and said, “They requested your exact room!” — which felt like clear dishonesty and lack of professionalism. It came across as careless and dismissive. •They also ruined some of my brand-new clothes through their laundry service. A few items came back with visible bleach stains, despite being recently purchased and in perfect condition. No apology or compensation was offered. •Breakfast service was extremely slow, taking over an hour to serve. The delay was consistent and frustrating, especially in the mornings. •The massage was way too rough and far from relaxing. The therapist felt untrained . I woke up the next day with pain and bruises, and couldn’t even enjoy the session while it was happening. •Housekeeping is limited to once a day, while in most other resorts I’ve stayed at, it’s done at least twice daily or on request. This made it harder to keep the room feeling fresh. •There’s no proper quality control on essentials — for example, the jacuzzi water was completely cold and was never fixed or checked. I love peaceful stays and beautiful locations, but unfortunately, the poor service and lack of attention to detail made it hard for me to leave feeling satisfied.

We thoroughly enjoyed part of our honeymoon here. The staff was phenomenal. We will definitely be back. We recommend ordering food cooked more thoroughly than you are used to. We did have "bali belly" the last day of our trip due to a slightly u dercooked burger. The staff spoke with us and tried to make it right, including having a licensed doctor cone to our room. We appreciated the level of care the staff had for myself and my husband. Did not deter us from coming back. The view of the beach for breakfast and the sound of waves during our massage were the best two parts.

A fantastic hotel! Definitely worth its 5 stars. Having stayed in many 5 star hotels around the world, this is a very good one. Staff are impressive, knowing what you need before you do. All very happy to help and greet you. Room make-up is done seamlessly whilst out of the room, or a convenient time is scheduled to ensure minimal disruption. Minibar is complimentary and restocked daily. My only feedback would be a turn down service. Breakfast there is a lot of choice and can have multiple dishes/drinks. Afternoon tea also OK. We stayed in One Bedroom Pool Villa and the room and pool are fantastic. Can actually swim in the pool rather than it just being for a cool down. There is no loungers in this room type, so we found ourselves at the main pool to sunbathe. This wasn’t an issue though as the staff came over to check what drinks we’d like. However there is 3 lots of outdoor seating at the villa with one being a comfy daybed. Airport pick up was smooth - a luxury vehicle with wide seats and water refreshments. Security at both the front entrance and on the beach. We arranged taxis separately and when they arrived to the lobby, hotel staff happy to help you in and help you exit. No feedback on the spa as we didn’t try. Overall, a wonderful fuss free stay - a relaxing experience.
