I had an amazing time. The resort was beautiful and we had a lot of fun. But most of all are stay was amazing because of the butler name Francisco. He was very nice friendly and informative. He made are stay a pleasure. He treated us with great hospitality and respect. His knowledge of history was very insightful of how the country came to be and the relationship with it’s next neighbor Haiti.

It's been one of the best holidays resorts/hotels we've been to so far! This place is a little piece of heaven on earth. All the staff has been kind and helpful, amazing food and drinks. We've had the swim up junior suite and it was great. There are some bits that do need to be repaired / replaced but overall its been an amazing suite. Eury our butler has been always very helpful and kind and responded promptly to all our needs. He also prepared our room as a surprise for my birthday. It's been an amazing week and we're sad for leaving, but looking forward to come back at some point.

A special thank you to Francisco, our bottler, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He was attentive, professional, and genuinely cared about ensuring everything was perfect. His thoughtful service and warm attitude made a real difference in our visit.

Nice hotel overall - There were a few issues here and there but we had a great stay. Food and drinks were great. Booking for restaurants should be made simpler.. Found some dead roaches in our rooms one morning but this can't be helped in tropical areas. Make sure to join the cabaret/bingo activities, they're very entertaining shows.

We stayed three nights and it was the best experience we’ve had in customer service. The rooms were clean and the facilities well kept across the board. Our experience in the spa was amazing. The customer service and massage were top-notch. Our Butler Edwin was Johnny on the spot all the time. incredibly responsive and he enhanced our stay here tenfold. I can’t recommend TRS Turquesa high enough. My wife and I look forward to coming back.
