I had a wonderful experience at TRS Turquesa Hotel, and a big part of that was the incredible staff. Kendry at the lobby bar was incredibly sweet, attentive, and welcoming, he truly made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Jesús was also fantastic, always friendly and attentive, making sure everything was perfect. At the pool bar, Nelly was amazing as well, so warm, energetic, and always serving with a smile. Their kindness, professionalism, and great attitude really elevated our stay and made it unforgettable. This level of service is what sets TRS Turquesa apart. I can’t wait to come back! Kendry keeping it up with the TRS!

We stayed at TRS Turquesa with our family and overall had a pleasant experience, though there were a few notable issues. I want to start by highlighting our butler, Eury. He was absolutely phenomenal. He was friendly, attentive, and always quick to help with any questions or concerns we had. He truly made a positive difference in our stay. For the most part, the resort staff were friendly. Some stood out more than others, but that’s pretty typical anywhere you go. The pool area was clean and well maintained, and the beach was also kept in good shape. It was nice having staff walking around regularly offering drinks from the bars. The food was hit or miss. The buffet experience was fairly mediocre. One evening we went right when the dinner buffet opened and most of the food was already lukewarm. Hot items were not hot and cold items were not cold, as if everything had been sitting out for a while. On the other hand, the à la carte restaurants that required reservations were much more enjoyable and noticeably better in quality. The biggest downsides of our stay were related to the room. There was a significant amount of mould in and around the shower and bathroom area, which caused a strong, unpleasant smell that lingered throughout the room and never fully went away. Our bar fridge was also always warm. Maintenance said it had been fixed, but we did not notice any real improvement. Additionally, the room was advertised as having two queen beds, but they were actually doubles. The mattresses were very poor quality. They were extremely soft and sunken in the middle, and we did not get a good night’s sleep during our stay. Overall, we did enjoy our time at the resort. However, for a property advertised as a 5-star resort, we expected more. We have had more comfortable and higher quality experiences elsewhere at a similar price point.

We had a fabulous experience. Kris, Francisco, juery and Angel made our stay very memorable. We went for my 60th birthday and when we came back from dinner one night Kris had balloons, and rose petals, cake and the tub filled for me.. They always answered our messages, made reservations, even helped my kids when their butler's didn't respond. Jerry was always making sure we had drinks at my swim up room. The food was good, and getting rides to other restaurants was easy. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. I would go back.

During our stay we interacted with many TRS staff, and sometimes the experience was very different depending on who it was. Some staff were ok, some were good, and a few were outstanding. We had the most amazing service by our butlers in building 55: Krisleidy, and Francisco; Kelvin the server at breakfast at Capricio, and at the premium poolside lounge area by Daihana, who made our days at the pool fun and enjoyable. It’s these people who really make a difference to resort guests and we appreciate how their bright smiles and positive attitudes really elevated our stay at the Turquesa.

Excellent location. Excellent, friendly staff, especially Nilsson, our Building 56 concierge. Many quiet pools for those who want quiet. Beautiful beach, great for walking. Well-kept, beautiful grounds. Large selection of mostly excellent restaurants. Mexican La Adelita needs menu upgrade. Our favorite restaurant was Helios, by the beach. Gym was very adequate; could use refreshing. Our room was a little dated with heavy, sticky, dark wooden closet doors but comfortable bed. Overall a very good experience. Glad we chose TRS Turquesa.
