Amazing experience!! The service was phenomenal, all needs taken care of. Our butler, Edward was attentive and helpful and very friendly! Elin, was our server and bartender throughout our stay and she made the trip! So happy to help and great to be around! The entertainment staff, especially Kendall and Jesus, were so engaging and cheerful! Resort was clean and provided everything we needed for a great vacation! We will definitely be back!

We had an amazing stay at TRS Turquesa in Punta Cana. Everything about the experience was excellent. Our butler Edward was the absolute best. He was kind, generous, attentive, and made our trip feel effortless and special. The food across the resort was fabulous. We tried Helios by the beach, Kusko which serves Japanese and Peruvian fusion cuisine, La Boheme which offers beautiful French dishes, Capricho for international options, and El Dorado Steak House in the adjoining Palladium area. Every restaurant was delicious and the service was wonderful. The pools were amazing and always very clean. The drinks were great everywhere we went and the bartenders were friendly and fun. The maids kept our room spotless each day. We also had massages at the spa and they were incredible and very reasonably priced. Overall TRS Turquesa exceeded all of our expectations. The staff, the food, the relaxing atmosphere, and especially Edward made this an unforgettable vacation. I highly recommend this resort and I would happily return.

We really enjoyed our stay at TRS Turquesa. Some of the highlights were the ocean, the pools, and the service. The rooms were acceptable, but had some quirky features or needed minor maintenance. The Las Torres buffet was a really. The sit down à la carte restaurants were hit or miss. My two favorites were Kusko and Bhogali. Don’t expect to have fast service at the restaurants, it is more of a laid-back environment. Expect to spend a minimum of an hour. Our Butler, Jean, and Steven at the building 58 pool bar, both provided extraordinary service, were polite, and always had a smile. As a recommendation to the resort, I recommend more lunch options and even some quick grab and go food locations. Helios needs to change up their morning buffet options. 95% of the items were there every day. Some variety would be great.

This is our second time at Trs in 2 years and we absolutely loved it. The beach is amazing, the rooms are super nice, the food options are great but the service is the best part. All the staff is very nice and welcoming. Having your own butler is a big plus as they help you book excursions/activities and get you anything you need to make your stay better. Big shoutout to Rodney and Cesareo these guys were amazing. 10/10

We had a nice experience with Lloana our butler and Dhaena who was in the Premium Experience area by the beach on the pool. The other gentleman at the beach was Emmanuel, he was also very attentive to our needs. We overall enjoyed our stay. We did get looped into a Travel Club presentation, which we would have normally avoided. It was deceptive the way you get sucked in. Rule of thumbJust avoid anybody wearing the turquoise blue shirts. Otherwise, we had a great time. We did enjoy our speedboat excursion, which was our reward for sitting through the travel club presentation. The food in the el dorado restaurant was terrible. We had a really good steak during our romantic dinner.At the helios restaurant and Felix was our server, and he was really nice and attentive. Also, it was only about twenty five minutes from the airport. Lloana did a great job of setting up decorations for my husband's birthday.
