******Edwin, Kris & Francisco & Steven****** What a beautiful vacation, you have the best staff. Edwin, Kris, Francisco were our butlers. We felt so well taken care of while we were here & will definately will come back to your beautiful - grand hotel. Our room attedants kept our room clean, always smiling. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Steven was so helpful taking our bags to the desk all done with a smile. The restaurants & food was superb, I did not have a bad meal while here- lots of options for everyone. Lastly, to our wonderful bartendars who on the first day remembered which was our drink of choice. The grounds, beach, pools and washrooms in the restaurant were so clean. Thank you TRS Turquesa- Merry Christmas to all of your superstar employees.

This hotel is horrible..... try a different option. For this price you can go to excellence hotel- club, to Majestic or even melia level. I travel to Punta Cana 3 times a year, and this time I made a mistake to come to this hotel. You have to fight to get a space at the beach, buffets here has some serious issues. There are no vegetables and food options are very limited. Some staff members try to ignore you and you end up waiting at helios or capricho for a plate about 1 hour. If you are lucky and get a good chef, then you can eat, but if you order the same dish that you liked the next day, you might get garbage of a plate. I went for lunch at helios, the buffet was very poor and ordered a dish, well I think they brought me leftovers from others. Oh the funniest thing, I said that your stuff ignored me, and the butler told me "do you feel regularly ignored in your life"? This was the butler for the building 54, who was fired from excellence hotel and got hired here. So spend your money elsewhere, there are better hotels out there. This is a waste of money and energy.

Excellente experience! The resort was beautiful and our room was perfect. Our butler, Edward, took excellent care of us throughout the week, and all the pool and terrace activities each day were fun and engaging. Chic was a huge win, lots of fun. All the food we had was great, as well. All the hotel employees were welcoming and gracious. What's not to love?

We had an amazing stay at TRS Turquesa in Punta Cana. Everything about the experience was excellent. Our butler Edward was the absolute best. He was kind, generous, attentive, and made our trip feel effortless and special. The food across the resort was fabulous. We tried Helios by the beach, Kusko which serves Japanese and Peruvian fusion cuisine, La Boheme which offers beautiful French dishes, Capricho for international options, and El Dorado Steak House in the adjoining Palladium area. Every restaurant was delicious and the service was wonderful. The pools were amazing and always very clean. The drinks were great everywhere we went and the bartenders were friendly and fun. The maids kept our room spotless each day. We also had massages at the spa and they were incredible and very reasonably priced. Overall TRS Turquesa exceeded all of our expectations. The staff, the food, the relaxing atmosphere, and especially Edward made this an unforgettable vacation. I highly recommend this resort and I would happily return.

Amazing experience!! The service was phenomenal, all needs taken care of. Our butler, Edward was attentive and helpful and very friendly! Elin, was our server and bartender throughout our stay and she made the trip! So happy to help and great to be around! The entertainment staff, especially Kendall and Jesus, were so engaging and cheerful! Resort was clean and provided everything we needed for a great vacation! We will definitely be back!
