The location of the resort is located on a beautiful beach with a perfect spot to watch the morning sunrises. The grounds are beautiful and sparling. The rooms are located in two locations. The ones closer to the pool and lobby and the main breakfast and lunch restaurant. Those buildings form a U shape connecting with the lobby. Those rooms are outdated but nicely located. The rooms outside that location are closer to the other restaurants and while not as close to the pool and the beach, they are newer and have an updated feel and are still within a short distance from the pool and the beach. The food was delicious at every place we went to. It would be hard to pick a favorite place. The TRS Lobby is a luxurious place to relax in the evenings. With excellent drinks at the lobby bar and musical entertainment. What makes this resort amazing is the service. The staff are amazing from check in to check out. Our butler's Meldy and Jean were very helpful in assisting with any of our needs the whole trip. At the beach restaurant, Heilos, Angela and Stephanie remembered our names and even our room number and welcomed us warmly each day. At the TRS swim up bar Yeyro and Angelo served us drinks each day, remembered our orders and interacted with the guests in a way that made each day in the pool fun. The staff working the pool was amazing as well. Dolores and Eiln checked in on us very often making sure our drinks were always refilled and bringing us food from the grill if we ordered that. Dolores even remembered us from our previous visit last year. Everyone always had a smile on their face and would stop anything they were doing to answer a question. We recommend the TRS/Grand Palladium brand to all our friends and family. This is our 12th visit to one of their resorts. The service is always amazing, the resorts offer a luxury experience that is consistent across their brand. Especially the TRS resorts.

We had a wonderful stay at TRS Turquesa in the Dominican Republic. The location is fantastic, right along the ocean, with beautiful grounds that are kept serene and well maintained. The rooms were clean and the pool was easily accessible, even after a heavy rain when everything stayed spotless and usable. While the rooms could use a bit of updating and maintenance, the amenities were adequate and comfortable. The service was truly the highlight of our trip. Our butlers, Manuel and Sterling, were attentive and handled every request with ease. At the pool, Fairney was one of the best servers we’ve ever had—an absolute highlight of the week. In the lobby bar, Adames was our go-to bartender and was excellent, and Yeandra stood out as a fantastic waitress with warm, friendly service. Our favorite restaurant by far was Kusko, where Wilkins took great care of us. The food was fresh and delicious (though I’d skip dessert), and the atmosphere was perfect. From start to finish, the staff made our experience memorable. Even at departure, Christobal was a delight, helping us with our luggage and driving us to meet our transportation to the airport. Overall, TRS Turquesa delivered a relaxing and enjoyable vacation, thanks to its beautiful setting and the incredible people who work there.

⭐️ 3.5/5 – Mixed Experience at TRS Turquesa We stayed at TRS Turquesa for 10 days (Sept 23–Oct 3) and while there were definitely highlights, several issues made the experience less than perfect. First, we had to move rooms twice — the first room was very dated with yellow stains in the bathtub, and the second had broken AC. The third room was much better, but these issues early on definitely affected the start of our trip. To their credit, the front desk and butler team handled the changes professionally after some back and forth, though it did take effort. Service-wise, the staff were mostly wonderful — special thanks to Felix and Cristobal (drivers), Jesus at Helios for breakfast, and Luis at the front desk for their friendliness and professionalism. My second butler in Block 51 was excellent and really made a difference, though my first butler was not as attentive. Food across the resort was quite good with plenty of variety. We especially enjoyed La Bohème and the Indian restaurant — both worth a visit. The pool area was another highlight and probably the best part of our stay. That said, there are some areas that could be improved. Bartenders were generally not very friendly, and there were too many sales pitches from spa staff and travel service reps. We also got roped into a 5-hour presentation that we’d strongly suggest skipping. The constant push for tips and upsells throughout the resort was frustrating at times. Overall, we did enjoy the trip and appreciated the resort’s amenities and lovely staff, but the room issues, upselling, and inconsistent service make it unlikely that we’d stay here again.

My partner and I came on holiday to the TRS Turquesa for 2 weeks on a much needed break. The facilities and staff are incredible, we have felt so very pampered and could not have had more done for us. My partner even proposed and our Butler Meldy and Cesareo could not have gone out of their way to make it more special. Making sure that our room was dressed with petals when we got back. No task or request was too big. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and their team to anyone. Thank you for making our special break unforgettable. ✨♥️

We had the best time ever!! Norielis was our butler. She was amazing and did her best to try and solve our problems. Our only problem was Netflix kept re-booting, but Norielis did her best to try and fix that was not her problem. Jesus was the best part of your entertainment crew! So much fun and got everyone to participate! Thanks for the fun times.
