We’ve stayed at this hotel a few times before, so we already knew it was good, but today’s experience really stood out in a different way. Me and my 4-year-old daughter came for a pool day (not even staying overnight), and honestly I wasn’t expecting this level of service from a day pass at all. Overall, such a simple day turned into a really special experience! My daughter is amazed and already wants to go back, and we definitely will very soon. A special mention to Karim, the security manager, who went completely out of his way to make our day memorable. He extended the route while driving our buggy just to show my daughter around and explained the gazelles, oryx, and camels, which she absolutely loved. He was so kind and attentive the whole time — even helping us all the way from the pool back to our car, carrying our bags, opening doors, and making everything feel effortless. The little details meant a lot. Even the welcome macaron at the entrance was a lovely touch, and when my daughter didn’t want it, he kindly changed the flavour without any fuss. Also a lovely moment from Ms Reem in the Kidz Club, who even brought my daughter to me by buggy instead of me going there - such a kind and thoughtful gesture. The pool staff were also amazing throughout the day — really friendly and attentive. You could tell the service was genuinely warm and attentive from everyone we interacted with. Thank you Kubra

Had a great weekend getaway in this beautiful place in the dessert! Surrounded by nature animals and peace. We stayed just one night but the resort totally “took” our hearts that we wished to stay more and we are definitely coming back. Very luxurious villas with private pool (we did have a little accident by the pool as the drainage part around the pool broke once my husband step on it when getting out of the pool). Overall we have great time in the resort as we stayed just short period we were assted by a very nice buggie driver Pablo who was very kind and welcoming and took care of us the while stay.

Visited this hotel with my family for the weekend. The hotel is very secluded and serene in its own way. The isolation from the city in the desert is calming. Service is excellent, as expected for the price you are paying for the villa’s. I would like to specifically thank Mr.MAAZ from house keeping team, who promptly sorted out the issues in my villa. I would also like to personally thank and appreciate the service provided by mr.Hein. He was very attentive to my kids during breakfast on both days.

A special thank you to Saber and Moon at Kahila, who made our daily breakfast experience truly exceptional. Their attention to detail, warm hospitality, and willingness to accommodate every request did not go unnoticed. They especially spoiled our one-year-old with fresh fruit every morning, which was such a thoughtful touch and greatly appreciated. Saber and Moon consistently went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and their outstanding service was one of the highlights of our stay. Thank you for making our family vacation so memorable.

We visited this place for a Sunday breakfast, and the entire experience was absolutely exceptional. The property itself is breathtaking — a luxurious oasis beautifully surrounded by the desert, offering a serene and elegant atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The breakfast buffet was limited in selection, but every dish was thoughtfully curated and incredibly delicious. I personally loved the champagne and the Bloody Mary cocktails, which added a refined touch to the whole experience. What truly elevated our visit was the impeccable hospitality. The staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, while the service was flawless throughout. Every detail reflected sophistication and professionalism. This was a truly memorable and luxurious breakfast experience, and we will definitely be returning again. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy a peaceful and elegant escape.
