Such an awesome place. Highly recommend the tented rooms over looking endless desert with animals wandering and a private pool. Beautiful! Riding camels was so fun and the falconry show was amazing. Pablo was on point as were all of the other staff. Outstanding customer service. So glad we made last minute plan changes and did our last night in Dubai at this desert resort.

The hotel was an amazing experience. The ladies and gentlemen of Ritz Carlton went above and beyond to make the stay special. Right from the check-in, Akshay made us feel welcome and was very quick to guide us to the room. A very smooth checkin experience. Niraj was very friendly and gave some great recommendations while dropping us to the room. Fred who was the guide of the nature drive was especially awesome, and made the trip even more memorable. Breakfast was another highlight, very friendly team! While not all names have been mentioned, all staff were very pleasant and friendly.

What a luxurious experience I had on the weekend❤️‍🔥 staying at 5 star hotel in the middle of the desert 🏜️ 🐪 The staff is a top notch, the villas are big enough, especially a bathroom. You can even dance there. From the moment you stepped inside this hotel you feel yourself like a queen. Everyone and everything there are for you only.

EXCELLENT staff wow this entire customer service really blew us away- from every employee knowing our names, to their incredible generous attitudes we are absolutely stunned by our experience here.
