This was the undisputed highlight of our trip to Dubai Top-notch in every way for our family vacation. Our only disappointment was that we didn’t stay longer. Several interesting activities for the whole family, stunning location with plenty of wildlife, a magical setting, and absolutely stunning tents with warm private pools (really appreciated the warm water temperature!). Great service at every step of the way. I almost cried when we left, although maybe that was also because I locked the keys in the car. ;) This hotel experience is in my top five all time, and trust me I have stayed at some very very nice places. Would recommend it in a heartbeat for anyone visiting Dubai. It is such a special place and a welcome, serene change from the craziness in Dubai itself.

Wonderful Desert Experience We stayed one night in the two bedroom Desert View Villa. The first impression when we stepped into the villa was stunning, it was not the luxury of the villa but the structure and design of the villa that blended so well with the surrounding desert environment. There is a desert dune in the backyard of the villa, so we enjoyed the private pool (warm water) while admiring the stunning desert landscape. The food was served in our unit and tasted very good and exceeded our expectations. We had a wildlife feeding activity in the afternoon and it was a great experience. Special thanks to the driver Mr. Javaid, he did a great job. All staff at the resort are very friendly and nice. Thumbs up to our butler Mr. Anup who was very professional and caring and went extra mile to make sure our stay was perfect. The only regret was that due to the cloudy weather that night, we were unable to do the stargazing activity which we were looking forward to. Overall, Our whole family enjoyed our stay and thank you all for your warm hospitality and best service. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a desert experience.

It was a truly amazing experience! I went there with my boyfriend on January 13 2024 and it was really pure magic for both of us, thanks to this hotel we are better than ever before. Special thanks to Pablo our lovely buggy driver who was very caring and attentive and that receptionist/ reservations guy (don’t remember his name) who upgraded us to our villa 412 to make it a memorable experience. We are looking forward to go back soon to revive that amazing experience and feelings that arose. Thank you Ritz and the whole hotel team for making our time very special and our stay super pleasant together

An amazing resort destination for our family. We stayed in a beautiful 2 bedroom visit and this has been the nicest thing I have done in Dubai in over 6 months. The Rainforest Spa was great, as well as all the restaurants and especially the family BBQ was a hit with the live music and traditional dancing. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful - I cannot remember all of the names but Pablo, Akshay, Cristian, Bablu (guy in the animal zone) and so many others made our stay so pleasant. Thank you so much, we will be back in a few months.
