Probably one of the best Marriott properties in the whole world. Located in the Al Wadi Desert, with beautiful views and friendly animals, I highly recommend to stay in this property. The villas are spacious and spotless, with a nice heated private pool. the view from the pool is spectacular. The staff is extremely professional and friendly, from the buggy drivers that take you around with a smile to the housekeeping staff that do wonderful job. We tried one of the casual restaurants and the food was delicious, great service and great value. The service from Gail and Rhoit made our experience even better. We received a very warm welcome by Mohkhtar and a very good check in experience by Vikshay. We arrived slightly early but they clearly went above and beyond to prepare the room for us as fast as possible. Yakub, was super professional. Drove us directly to our villa and took care of all of our luggage. He also provided us with all the information we needed about the villa. They also supplied for us a very well maintained bicycle. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and fresh. Highly recommended, thank you for a memorable stay!

I have stayed at many hotels, but this was truly one of the most impressive experiences. The unique atmosphere of this desert hotel, set on a vast and expansive property, is simply stunning. It is peaceful, quiet, and beautifully connected with nature. During our two-night stay, the staff were incredibly kind and made us feel completely relaxed. Special thanks to Basma for taking such thoughtful care of us from beginning to end, Pablo, the cheerful Filipino buggy driver, Hassan at Zuma restaurant, and Jessman from Kaheela, whose food recommendations — along with the mimosa drink — were absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this hotel as a memorable and comfortable place to stay, especially for a first trip to Dubai. Thank you everyone!

My partner and I recently stayed here for a winter getaway, and the property itself is absolutely "crazy good." The atmosphere is magical, especially during sunset, and seeing the gazelles wandering plentifully during our walks was a highlight of the trip. The room was spotless, and the staff were generally very warm and friendly. We also loved the private pool—it was temperature-controlled and lovely for a swim even in the cold winter evenings. However, for a resort at this price point where you expect top-tier luxury and privacy, there were a few misses. We encountered some maintenance issues, specifically with the bathroom drainage and the pool curtains not functioning 100%. More importantly, we felt the privacy could be improved. We received calls in the middle of the night to check on our room service satisfaction, which was intrusive when we just wanted to be left alone. It would also be a huge upgrade if the team could communicate via WhatsApp rather than calling the room phone; it feels much more modern and less disruptive for guests looking to disconnect. Overall, a beautiful, magical stay that just needs a few tweaks in maintenance and communication to be perfect.

honestly this hotel is so extremely underwhelming. I'm supposed to come here to feel relaxed but instead I am frustrated by so many things. marriott status here basically means nothing. I'm paying 3x here compared to other resorts which are nicer, have better service, and basically better everything. they even gave me a room that was cheaper than the room I booked. it's so messed up. - my shower drains super slow that the water gathers. I asked them to fix it I'm not sure if they even tried to. - twice the restaurants got my order wrong. - at breakfast I ordered my food at 1030. by 11am nothing arrived and I asked 5 staff to check on it. I finally got my food at 1120am after breakfast was already closed. - the gym is really dirty - looks like they haven't cleaned it in years especially the water marks from all the sweat on the ground. - they charge for absolutely everything. no outside food allowed. must eat their mid food that's overpriced and not good. - they don't reply to me on the Marriott messaging app. twice they said they'd get back to me but they didn't. I've asked for things that they said they'd bring but they didn't. - most things are actually quite old and not renovated especially the bathrooms. - the buggies take 15 mins to arrive. you're better off walking. the only plus of this resort is the beautiful view and nature.

A great place excluded from the usual noise and buildings of the city. The resort has views of the sprawling desert, and the sunset is especially nice here. Villas have a private pool, with a huge bathroom. The facilities nearby are also very useful, and the restaurants are delicious. And most of all, the staff are accommodating and help fulfill my wants and needs. The service was unsatisfactory, though. They had taken out my family’s luggage without our knowledge, making us very worried.
