Me and my friends had an amazing experience here! From check-in to the buggy service, the villa, and the breakfast, everything was exceptional and truly five-star. A special thanks to all the staff who assisted us during our stay. Prerana at check-in was incredibly warm and welcoming, as was another lady at the reception whose name I unfortunately didn't catch. Their hospitality made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. A big thank you to your buggy driver, Shufiyan, who drove us around several times. He was very friendly, welcoming, and took the time to show us around our villa while explaining all the facilities. We were also pleasantly surprised with a special welcome amenity in our room, which was a lovely touch and greatly appreciated. The villa itself was beautiful, cozy, and had an amazing ambience. We loved having our own private pool, outdoor bathtub, sunbeds, and direct private beach access from the villa. Every request we made whether it was an ice bucket, a shaving kit, or even a complimentary cake for my friend, it was delivered promptly. Despite the property being so large, there was never any delay in service, which was truly impressive. Breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay. The staff surprised us with complimentary drinks and the most extraordinary French toast. This level of thoughtful hospitality is exactly what makes a stay memorable. Special thanks to the breakfast team, especially Aby, Jaiz, Moi, and Su. (I sincerely apologize if I've misspelled any names or missed someone.) The combination of à la carte and buffet breakfast is also a fantastic concept. Another special thanks to buggy driver Mario for his warm hospitality and friendly service throughout our stay. Overall, the villa, private pool, and breakfast were outstanding, but what truly made our experience unforgettable was the exceptional staff. Every single team member was warm, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to providing outstanding hospitality. Thank you all for making our stay so memorable as we came to celebrate promotion of my partner and you guys made it definitely worth it. Thank you so much again to all the staffs, your warm welcoming, attentive service, smile, and dedication to give us best stay is truly appreciated. We can't wait to come back again

We had a truly wonderful stay at The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah Al Hamra Beach, and this is mainly because of their team’s positive performance and welcoming behaviour and hospitality 🩵🩵 A special mention to Mr. Ahmed at reception (on 9th June) who welcomed us warmly from the moment we arrived. His professionalism, friendly attitude, and excellent customer service made us feel very welcomed to start with. We would also like to thank Mr. Sofian, who was incredibly helpful throughout our visit. He was always approachable, attentive, and willing to assist with anything we needed, making our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Jyas at the restaurant for making our breakfast experience so special every day. His kindness and genuine care did not go unnoticed. Mr. Simon from Housekeeping also deserves recognition for the thoughtful way he prepared our room each day, he made us feel a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I recently stayed at The Ritz Carlton Al Hamra Beach and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. A special thank you to Miss Princy, who went above and beyond to assist us when I accidentally made a booking error. We were already in Ras Al Khaimah, and thanks to her flexibility, professionalism, and willingness to help, she was able to adjust our reservation and find our booking. She truly saved the day and made sure we didn’t have to leave disappointed. I would also like to commend the entire team. From the administrative staff to the buggy drivers and room service team, everyone was exceptional. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We stayed in the Al Shamil Room and thoroughly enjoyed it. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and well-maintained. We also loved spending time at the beach, which was peaceful, clean, and the perfect place to relax. We had a wonderful stay at Ritz Al Hamra and cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The Hotel Director, Damon, kindly surprised us by covering our lunch on arrival—a thoughtful gesture that we have never experienced at any hotel before. It immediately set the tone for what would be a truly memorable stay. The team at Shore House was outstanding. Aby, Su, Angelica, and the rest of the staff were warm, attentive, and delightful throughout our stay. The food was some of the best we have had, and every meal was a pleasure!! Housekeeping was also top-notch, with great attention to detail and impeccable service. A special thank you as well to Niraj, Mario, and Sufyan, who were always so polite and friendly whenever they drove us around the resort. What impressed us most was how personal the service felt. Everyone seemed to know our names, and even our teenager was amazed that staff members greeted him by name wherever we went. It made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued as guests. Overall, it was an amazing stay from start to finish. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so special—we will definitely be back!
