We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. We arrived in the morning, and the receptionist kindly arranged an early check-in for us, which we truly appreciated after traveling. From the very beginning, everyone was incredibly attentive and made sure we were well taken care of throughout our stay. The room was absolutely perfect- comfortable, spotless, and beautifully prepared. Breakfast was also excellent, with plenty of choice and top-quality service. At check-out, Marry assisted us and was as warm and professional as everyone else we met. Highly recommended- we look forward to returning!

My experience at the Ritz was nothing short of extraordinary. This place took our hearts and was the highlight of our UAE trip. From the location to the moment you check in, you realize that this is a grand and lavish resort. Absolutely stunning balconies and rooms and views of the Grand Mosque. A special mention goes to Ira from the front desk, who went above and beyond to make our stay more memorable. Breakfast was amazing, and my overall experience was a 10/10. Definitely visiting again, thank you for the experience.

Absolutely loved our stay at The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi! From the moment we arrived, the beauty of the hotel was breathtaking. The attention to detail in the interior design is exceptional. The chandeliers, soaring ceilings, and elegant furnishings in the lobby created a truly awe-inspiring welcome. The rooms were equally impressive. Thoughtfully curated artwork and a supremely comfortable layout (even the couch!) made it feel luxurious and homey all at once. Our room was quiet and serene, thanks to excellent soundproofing (even with jet skis buzzing nearby, we couldn’t hear a thing.) The view was stunning, and the food? Absolutely delicious. But what truly set this stay apart was the service. The staff were outstanding; genuinely kind, incredibly attentive, and almost too helpful (if that’s even possible!). Hands down, the best hotel service I’ve experienced to date. Can’t wait to return!
