From the point of check in to the point when we checked out it was a fantastic experience. Zheo done a great job. The small gestures really went a long way from free sunglasses cleaning by Ibrahim at the pool, welcome gifts and coffee upon check In to complimentary ice pops from Hashim to keeps us cool all contributed the 5 star rating. The staff were always friendly and attentive and would go over and beyond to help you from collecting your Uber eats deliver to booking you a cab. Shout out to Ibrahim and Salman who were extremely attentive and always welcomes us by name. The actual facilities were great too with both shallower kids pool to a bigger adult pool which increased in depth and a great kids club. Foodwise we were half board and had the options for a number of set menu from their Ala carte restaurants which we both Michelen select or buffet restaurant. I would personally recommend Li Jiang restaurant which served amazing Thai/Chinese food with a fantastic view of Sheikh Zayed Mosque. The rooms were clean and spacious and bathroom offered both shower and bath with ample space. I would highly recommend this hotel from a service and facilities perspective. Will definitely be back. Also massive shout out to luxury holiday to and Sufyan who really recommended and convince me to stay here - he was 100% right

A warm welcome as soon as we arrived and staff that understand the best experience comes from the small details being taken care of. The restaurants are all very good and both pools have good bars adjacent. The adult pool being the perfect size and never too busy. Rooms are well equipped and spacious with breakfast being a real show stopper. Travelling a lot for work means that a hotel breakfast is hit or miss. This however is the freshest and most varied breakfast I’ve ever had! Situated within 4 minutes of the grand mosque it’s an incredible stay.

Genuinely the best service and the best breakfast buffet I’ve ever had. I’ve been around the world to many many luxury hotels, but by far Ritz had the best quality breakfast, with the widest variety to the point I was actually overwhelmed with options. The architecture is mesmerizing, the hotel is filled with top notch restaurants and entertainment. They even had a little fancy tea stall in the lobby. Their staff will literally help you with anything you need, they are extremely well trained and know how to make their guests feel special. The experience is worth every penny!

Absolutely incredible experience at The Ritz-Carlton, Abu Dhabi! From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. Salmon greeted us at the door and instantly made us feel at home, impressively remembering our names right away – a small but thoughtful touch that truly stood out. A huge shoutout to Mandeep (aka Deadpool), who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was unforgettable. He surprised us with an incredible upgrade to our very first villa, making the entire experience even more luxurious than we could have imagined. The chocolates in the room and flower petals on the bed were a great touch! To top it off, Mandeep also arranged a complimentary breakfast for us the morning of our stay – truly going the extra mile! Every aspect of this hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff were consistently warm and attentive, the pool area was pristine and relaxing, and the all-you-can-eat breakfast spread was absolutely amazing. We also loved the gym and locker rooms – everything you could need for a perfect stay. We can’t recommend The Ritz-Carlton, Abu Dhabi, enough. We stayed for a seven nights’ holiday. We have been to the region before but never at The Ritz. We were incredibly impressed with all aspects for the hotel from food, to design/layout, amenities, but most of all the attentiveness of the staff. We wish we could remember the names of all the staff members during our stay as everyone we came across were exceptional. But to name a few, Rafiq at the pool always met us each morning and set up our lounge beds, always remembering where we liked to sit as well as checking in to make sure we were OK throughout the day. Another staff member at the pool, Janak, was exceptionally courteous and made our experience so much more elevated with his attention to us. Within the buffet restaurant, team member Aniket, always warmly greeted us each morning and evening we visited, made sure our needs were met and always guaranteed we never wanted for anything- he even very graciously gave us a fruit platter on our last day. We also dined at Forge, Mijana and Li Jiang, all three restaurants were incredible for half board choices with food and drink, but again, the staff are the key standouts for all three. Unfortunately, we did not catch the names of our specific wait staff but their attention, thoughtfulness and professionalism were unmatched. They made us feel extremely welcome and special during our dining experience and always went the extra mile to ensure we were well looked after. All in all, this was an incredible holiday and we will definitely be back, thank you!
