What an amazing hotel and absolutely worth every penny. The staff alone makes this hotel 5 stars. They work so hard, are so attentive, and just the most kind people. So many delicious restaurants within the hotel, extremely comfortable rooms, and every single pool is a great time. Highly recommend this hotel, but don’t expect to leave and explore - you’ll want to stay here forever.

Beautiful villas and villa lounge! I had the best shower head I have had at any hotels. The villas are beautiful with balcony going to the beautiful gardens. The entire property is so beautiful in pink. The beach club was superb and the landscape there is just so breathtaking!
I want to shout out to the amazing breakfast staff. I had an early tour so I showed up at 7:30 the breakfast start time. They knew I was in a hurry and was proactively asking for what I needed without me suggesting it! This level of service that anticipates guest needs is truly reflective of ritz Carlton standards.
The villa lounge is beautiful and its villa guests only. It sees the infinity pool overlooking the volcanic shoreline of Atlantic Ocean.
The gym is fabulous! Modern and full equipment.
Did I mention the pink architecture is picturesque everywhere? Just so beautiful. This is truly a resort experience.

Acoran welcomed us to the hotel & he was very friendly and shared some helpful tips about the hotel and the island. Then we ran into some car troubles and Carmen at the front desk went above and beyond to help us get it figured out. The staff is VERY friendly and super helpful from the front desk to housekeeping to valet and beach staff! We absolutely LOVED our stay here. The staff goes to the max to help you with any questions. The hotel is very clean and absolutely gorgeous. The private beach and natural pools were the cherry on top. But honestly the staff made it such a relaxing vacation. They really make you feel like a VIP!

Well, they did it again. This Ritz-Carlton is beyond fabulous. I mean, the facilities are great, the room was specious, and the beach is gorgeous! I think the greatest asset of this hotel is the staff. The gym is well equipped, but I think that having staff there was a beautiful addition. I would also mention Rolando from the beach. He was always so nice and helpful. We had a great massage and the Spa was super chill.
Others talked about breakfast, and yeah, that was beyond amazing.

We had an Awesome time here, there was a lot of things to do. We played a lot of golf & tennis, amazing golf course. We also enjoyed the pool, spa and the private beach. The restaurants was great as well, good selection of foods. Great location as well, not too far old town. Service here was excellent, we can't wait to come back. I highly recommend this beautiful and amazing resort.
