⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Angelo absolutely MADE our experience. From the moment we got to our Bali beds, he treated us like VIPs—so attentive, so kind, and genuinely happy to take care of us. He kept the drinks coming, checked on us at just the right times, and somehow always showed up exactly when we needed something. His customer service was next-level—friendly, professional, and so thoughtful. You can tell he truly cares about making guests have an amazing time, and he went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, relaxed, and enjoying every minute. If you’re lucky enough to have Angelo taking care of you, you’re in for a 5-star experience. He’s a total standout and a huge reason our day was perfect. Thank you, Angelo—you’re incredible!

Our dinner at The Blue Agave, was absolutely fabulous. From the first warm welcoming smile from Maria the hostess we knew we were in for a treat. Melqui , our server was outstanding. He was genuine and friendly and helpful with our selections. I was a little chilly and he had the kitchen hold order so my husband could go to our room to get me a wrap. Everything came out hot and delicious.It was all the better because of his expertise and consistent commitment to us having a wonderful dinner. Five stars!!

Absolute satisfaction. From the very beginning everything was perfectly organized – transfer to the hotel, staff taking care of our luggage, and escorting us to the reception. At check-in we were offered an upgrade, but without any pressure at all. When we declined because of the price, it was completely fine. The receptionist noticed (probably because of our wedding rings) and asked whether we really wanted two separate beds as booked. Of course, we wanted one bed as a couple, and after a very short wait she arranged a different room (1228) without any issue. The room was spacious, bright, and very comfortable. The only minor technical issue was the air conditioning, which occasionally didn’t work perfectly. The room had an excellent location, and even though there were music events in the hotel area, nothing could be heard inside. Only after a few days we noticed some noise from the room above us, likely due to a change of guests. We mostly dined in the main restaurant. The food selection was extensive and of very high quality. I would like to commend the entire staff, especially the hostess Jessica and Laura, who appeared to be in a supervisory role. Even though she seemed to be there privately, she immediately stepped in to resolve a small issue when it arose – exactly the kind of attitude guests appreciate. Overall, the staff was attentive, professional, and genuinely engaged. One small remark: when everything is running smoothly, it feels unnecessary for another supervisor to publicly reprimand staff, as it slightly disrupts the otherwise pleasant atmosphere. The adults-only pool was excellent. Only once were children allowed in for a special occasion, but it started raining shortly after, so it didn’t really matter. The stay was outstanding even without any upgrade. The only thing I would suggest is offering a late check-out option. Due to high occupancy, we had to wait several hours in the bar after check-out. Food and drinks were still available, but it’s not quite the same when you can no longer use everything. That said, I fully understand this given how busy the hotel was. Considering the size of the resort, the number of guests, and how smoothly everything operated, the organization was truly exemplary. Overall, I rate the hotel extremely highly. Excellent value for money, high-quality services, and very attentive staff – including remembering our usual drinks at the pool bar. I can recommend this hotel one thousand percent.

Our room was absolutely beautiful. Harry our butler was so kind, attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The food on the buffet and for breakfast and lunch was not very good. However the dinners we had were great. We didn’t love that you had to sit down to eat lunch. There was no where to go and grab a snack for around the pool. Overall we loved our visit other then the food. My husband golfed and said the course was beautiful and I got a massage and that was also great.

This is a wonderful all-inclusive hotel. Architecturally beautiful with stunning green landscaping. Great that there is a large adults only area. Swimming and tennis and golf facilities are excellent. 2 x 40m pools to swim in as well as leisure pools which offer fun activities. Staff throughout the resort are fabulous; genuinely friendly and attentive to our needs. Special thanks to Delania who looked after us by the pool every day and left us wanting for nothing. Lovely lady 👌 also thanks to the concierge staff and luggage staff. SO HELPFUL and FRIENDLY. I would be very happy to return here.
