Our honeymoon couldn’t be better. From the amazing food, to the entertainment and the amenities of the hotel. The staff made it even better. The concierges: Harry M. & Ana Azcona were very attentive, everything we needed they were there. The bartenders: Luis (pool bar) & Jorge (ginger bar) more than their amazing cocktails, they do make you feel welcome. The buffet servers (lunch box): Jimbert & Rocio, were very attentive and always with a smile and good conversations made our mornings better. The spa therapists: Iro & Alba gave us the most amazing massage. Carlos & Dana, the merengue teacher, made us dance and have a good time. We will definitely come back and will bring family and friends too. Thanks all!

Yuderi is amazing at the beach bar! He made our entire vacation. He is quick, friendly and we never had to worry about our beds being ready for us in the morning. He is the reason for the high rating! He deserves a huge raise. Regarding the resort- it is beautiful, clean and easy to get around. Service at the restaurants is slow. Often took 20+ minutes to get water or drinks filled. Food was great overall tho. We did the reserve, it is nice to have a private pool and sante restaurant, but I would argue the buffet on the main side was much better for breakfast lunch and dinner. Room service food was also amazing, and quick which was a huge plus. The concierge service was not worth it. We came for my birthday, and we were greeted with balloons in room which was amazing, but after that, we barely saw our concierge Gustavo. He set our reservations daily, at times we did not want and we had to argue to get the restaurants we wanted to eat at, because he was just picking for us for the first 3 days. We had wanted to book excursions but ended up just handling it ourselves because he was not to be found. Overall, the Dominican is amazing and I’d recommend this resort.

We had a wonderful stay here at the Paradisus Palma Real. The room was lovely and clean, came stocked with a minibar and waters/snacks. The best part of the experience was the attentiveness of the staff. Rafael in the Reserve section of the beach was one of the best and most friendly employees I have ever worked with, made great drinks and gave us excellent recommendations on things to do. Adriel our Reserve concierge was also exceptionally helpful. He was available to us morning and night and helped make us reservations for dinner, transportation and even activities. His help really made this trip a 10/10 experience. Amenities and things to do at this hotel are great. Would stay here again!

Paradissus Palma Real was an amazing experience from start to finish. The resort itself is beautiful, clean, and relaxing, with great pools, a gorgeous beach, and a fun but laid-back atmosphere. Everything felt well maintained and comfortable. The staff really made the trip special. The waiters were friendly, attentive, and always made sure we had drinks and everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. A special shoutout to Milton, who went above and beyond every single time—super professional, genuinely kind, and always remembered us. He made every meal and bar stop better. The cooks also deserve a lot of credit. The food was consistently delicious, fresh, and well prepared. There was a great variety, and you could tell the kitchen staff cared about quality and presentation. Overall, Paradisus Palma Real delivers excellent service, great food, and an unforgettable vacation vibe. I would absolutely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Dominican Republic.

My family and I have been coming to Punta Cana every January for the past five years, and after trying several resorts, Paradisus Palma Real remains our favorite. The property is beautiful, well maintained, and relaxing, with stunning grounds, great pools, and a gorgeous beach. What truly sets this resort apart, however, is the outstanding level of personal service. Upon arrival, we were assigned Ana Azcona, a personal guest concierge, which made the entire stay effortless. Even though we arrived before check-in, everything was handled smoothly — wristbands were provided, luggage was stored, and we were able to enjoy lunch and the pool immediately. Throughout our stay, Ana checked in regularly, arranged specialty restaurant restaurant reservations, and was available by phone or text anytime we needed assistance. The experience felt seamless, attentive, and truly luxurious. Our family also has kosher dietary requirements, and the care shown by the head chef, Pedro was extraordinary. He provided dedicated cookware and utensils, sourced approved ingredients, and prepared our meals fresh in front of us so we felt completely comfortable. This level of accommodation is rare and allowed our family to fully relax and enjoy every meal together. We return to Paradisus Palma Real year after year not only because the resort is beautiful, but because the staff consistently goes above and beyond to make families feel genuinely cared for. We are already looking forward to our next visit and highly recommend this resort to anyone seeking exceptional service, personalized attention, and a truly memorable family vacation.
