Love it here ! The service is amazing ! Everyone is so welcoming and kind! Made me really enjoy my graduation trip! Special shoutout to Gabriel, the sweetest man! He served us at both the lunch box and blue Agave, he really catered us well! Also thank you so much to Virtudes. So grateful for each of the workers! And Fernando Chispa is the best, he makes you laugh, he knows how to convince you to get things done, he's a genius.Love it here, can’t wait to come back again and bring more love ones with!

Stayed for 7 nights ( First week of DEC 2025) Great resort with amazing staff, but buffet needs improvement Overall, my stay at the resort was perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the entire property was very clean and well maintained. The à la carte restaurants were very good and offered great quality and service. The only area that really needs improvement is the buffet. The quality of the buffet food was low, and most of the time it didn’t feel fresh. Items like ribs, pork, chicken, and fish were often cold, which was disappointing. Recommendation: It would be great if the resort added soft-drink fountains and self-serve coffee machines. This would reduce the pressure on servers and allow them to provide better, more attentive service. Guests could still order alcoholic and specialty drinks from the staff, while handling simple beverages themselves. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and hope to see these improvements in the future.

We had a great stay at this resort. The kids club was a huge highlight for our family. The staff were friendly, engaging, and made our kids feel comfortable right away. There were plenty of fun activities, The swim-up pool was another favorite, thanks especially to Arisleida, who was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always made sure we were taken care of. Great service, great atmosphere, and a perfect family getaway. We would definitely return!

My 14th all inclusive experience. Would 100% recommend this hotel. We upgraded to The Reserve. I’m not sure if it’s worth. The private restaurant is nice for lunch, and the exclusive beach section and pool are nice. We just don’t know if we would recommend paying the upgrade. There are many adult private pool sections. I would not come here if I had kids over 1 year old. There are no places for kids. A baby under 1 is fine, but other than that this is not a resort for kids. Pros: the food was beyond excellent. (Better than Club Med Cancun). The Asian and Italian restaurants are EXCELLENT. The rooms are so beautiful with snacks and little extras (body lotion, etc). The pools are big. The chairs and sunbeds make the difference!! The beach section was beautiful! We walked further on the beach and the other hotels did not have a machine to remove algae. This hotel removes algae every morning which makes a difference. The coffee at the Ginger bar is AMAZING. The drinks are AMAZING like I have never seen this. They are amazing at every bar. Cons: the animation is not the best. The staff does not really seem to care if you give tip. Overall the staff is nice! There are A LOT of sellers on the beach and they are really annoying. Some of them even go into the resort which is too much. We understand it is their job but each day we were at the beach and the same vendors ask 3-4 times each if you want to buy their things or get a massage. It’s just harassement at this point. Each day we would have at least 30-40 vendors asking us to buy things. Special mention to Andres which was so nice to us. Also special mention to Ciari I believe (hope I spell her name right). Also, Anthony every morning at the Ginger Bar for the coffee was so nice.

From the moment we arrived, the service at this hotel was truly unmatched. The staff provided constant attention in the most professional and warm way — always present when needed, but never intrusive. Every detail felt thoughtfully handled, making our stay incredibly relaxing. I have to highlight Arisleda, who was nothing short of amazing. She consistently checked up on us, made sure we had everything we needed, and went above and beyond to make us feel cared for. Her kindness, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality elevated our entire experience. It’s rare to meet someone so dedicated to their guests’ comfort. I also want to mention Rosanna , who greeted us daily for breakfast and gave us the best service we would have asked for at the lunch box ! She made us feel so welcomed If you’re looking for a hotel with exceptional service and staff who truly care, this is the one. We will absolutely be returning
