The Pyramid Cancun is an all-inclusive luxury resort with adult-only exclusive areas. There is great diversity of all-inclusive culinary options: gourmet restaurants, Mexican, Italian, Japanese, international, seafood, sushi, and snacks.

The programme generally consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner, served in a variety of restaurants. During meals soft drinks, beer, water and wine are usually offered. Locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks like water, wine, soft drinks, beer and spirits are usually served throughout the day (except during meal times).

Honest review time. I have no idea where all these 1 star reviews come from. This place is amazing. Stayed for 4 days at this resort. It was very clean and it was alot of fun. My only complaint is not enough cabanas and the man who works the front desk could use some customers service expwriance. But we all have bad days so not the worst. This place is fair price and you get alot from it. Must have a black wrist band.

The resort was expensive, I'm glad we were part of the Pyramid luxury side. The outdoors were open and had splendid peacocks. The mix of great beach side and pool was wonderful. The food especially at the walk ups and buffets was average at best. Taking the time to get reservations at the restaurants is a heavy recommendation. We loved Benazuza and Black Sens in particular. The spa services were wonderful as well. Service was up and down with some standout staff and some who clearly didn't want to be there.

Deftly the sian ka'an is not worth for your money. Better go to a actually adults only resort. It's a few more bucks and you will save your from frustration during your honeymoon. They want any chance to charge you for something in your package. There was many beach beds available bit they prefer to try to earn a bit more money from you. So here I'm in the grass =)

Check-In Frustration – Be Prepared to Wait Despite the official check-in time being listed as 3:00 PM, our room wasn’t actually ready until closer to 3:30–4:00 PM. There was no clear communication or apology—just vague updates and delays. It feels misleading and unprofessional, especially for a resort of this caliber. If you’re expecting a smooth arrival and immediate access to your room, prepare to be disappointed.

I visited this resort 4 times now and even got married here. We loved each visit until just this last one. This most recent visit was unimpressive. Upon arrival, we noticed that our accommodations were incorrect and requested a room upgrade. We were denied the upgrade and told to check again the next day, which they had no availability that day either. They told us to continue checking back the next day until ultimately our trip was over and we did not get the upgrade to the room we were originally supposed to have. They offered to bring in another bed, but our room physically could not accommodate another bed. We would've been stepping over each other. It seems as though some of the staff was very bothered and didn't care to be there. A lot of the bars outdoors consistently ran out of cups & couldn't provide drinks. This is just a snapshot of our unpleasant vacation, but ultimately, we plan to find a new location for our family vacations moving forward. We used to love this resort so much, but it seems to have gone downhill with service, unfortunately.
