Amazing stay with a stunning Tokyo Tower view. Check-in policy is quite strict at 3:00pm, but the staff were kind and efficient — I managed to check in at 2:30pm, which was very much appreciated after a long day out in the cold. The room view was absolutely beautiful, especially at night with Tokyo Tower fully lit — truly iconic and worth it. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, perfect for resting. Breakfast was excellent. The Japanese buffet at the basement level was well-prepared with a good variety and very satisfying. There is also a Western breakfast option on the top floor, which is great for guests who prefer something different. Service throughout the hotel was professional and polite, and the overall atmosphere felt calm and premium. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo, especially if you want a great Tokyo Tower view.

I stayed here expecting the luxury of a 5-star hotel, but compared to Hotel Sosei Sapporo (modern, spotless, efficient), this felt like a relic and was an extreme letdown. The TV and furniture is extremely outdated, our washroom wasn’t properly cleaned, and check in was a fiasco. Their oddly strict 3pm check-in policy meant no early entry at 2:10pm, causing a massive line by 3pm (almost a 1hr wait) People cite the location as being really good, but I disagree thoroughly there as well. It’s a long walk to major stations, with many other hotels being much closer and massively more convenient for exploring Tokyo. Noise isolation is also very subpar, with the thin windows letting in constant traffic noise. As for positives: Many amenities but all come at a significant cost. Views are nice. Not terrible, but not worthy of a 5-star hotel rating. Save your money for better value elsewhere.

The rooms are nice, however the location is inconvenient and the hotel is not family friendly. For instance, kids cannot use the pool. Children 6 and under 'stay free in existing bedding', but they charge for breakfast starting at age 3. Children must pay 4900 yen ($30) for breakfast in the premium lounge, even if parents have access - and that's not even a day pass, you'd pay again to go back in the afternoon. No kids at all after 5:30pm. Because of these restrictive policies our family couldn't use the nice hotel facilities. The hotel staff in general was stuffy. I've experienced the best service in the world in Japan, but this hotel couldn't do simple things like check in smoothly (huge line filling the lobby every single day, we waited in the line only to be told at the desk we would actually need to be escorted upstairs for check in at the lounge - it doesn't feel premium when it means waiting twice while exhausted after international travel). The whole hotel also had the heating cranked up too high. We used AC and a portable fan and still couldn't get the room to a comfortable cool temperature to sleep at night - in the middle of winter! My seventh time in Tokyo, hard pass on Prince Park Tower in the future. The Four Seasons is exceptional, Westin great, and Hyatt House Shibuya surprisingly upscale and very family friendly - including a nice pool which you can actually use.

The staff and crew at the hotel were absolutely fantastic. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. The hotel itself and the property surrounding it is very beautiful, clean and well kept, however, we did not use services or eat at any of the restaurants due to time constraints. My only disappointment was the room that we were given. As I booked through my credit card, travel company, the one bedroom corner room facing the Tokyo tower was an incredible view. However, the room itself felt very outdated, and I was surprised at the lack of modern visual, decoration, and furniture. The quality was just fine, but on the website I have seen other rooms with a much nicer updated room. The hotel overall felt like five star, but our room was more of a three or four star in my opinion.

We stayed here during my birthday, and surprisingly, my boyfriend proposed to me. It was incredibly romantic, especially since the room we booked had a direct view of Tokyo Tower. I also received a beautiful flower bouquet arranged by the hotel to celebrate the occasion. Overall, the place is amazing, and all the staff are very friendly. I would definitely love to come back again.
