Five stars. One of the finest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The level of service is exceptional from the moment you arrive. The staff are extremely attentive without ever being intrusive, and what impressed me most is that they actually remember your name and greet you personally throughout your stay. It creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere that feels both luxurious and genuine. The rooms are beautifully maintained, the facilities are top tier, and the steam room and sauna are exceptional, perfect for unwinding after a long day. Every detail feels thoughtfully considered. A truly world class hotel experience and I would return without hesitation. Be surprised by the contemporary art right outside the lift lobbies!

Whoever thought sitting on a bench made of large pipes in a jacuzzi was a good design, has never been in a jacuzzi. First, I walked into the metal pipes when walking down the steps into the bubbling jacuzzi cause I couldn't even see them (staff should tell guests about that and warn them to be careful). Thank god I didn't hurt my foot too badly. But banged it hard! Next, sitting on the metal pipe bench was so uncomfortable, that was the only day I'll be in the jacuzzi, which makes me upset as enjoying a hot soak after days of walking and exploring while on vacation is what I love daily. But there are no other seats in jacuzzi. Epic fail! As far as the level of hotel, it's not at all what I expected. There is no lobby to relax in except a bench next to the restaurant. The lobby restaurant is always busy with diners and people walking in and out. No place to relax except your room, and often we enjoy hotel lobbies before retiring to our rooms. Staff is nice (especially Angela & Mika in Concierge😀), but we do not feel the hotel in general it's at the level at all for this type of a hotel. We also feel the room is very dated and in need of an update. Very '90's. We did enjoy the Naturally Peninsula, as well as the Chinese breakfast selections. But overall, we will stick to the Four Seasons as they go over and beyond to elevate your experience while staying with them, and more modern up to date luxury rooms.

What a wonderful hotel! We are frequent travelers and the attention to detail and service here has been phenomenal. In the lobby bar we’ve had the pleasure of being helped by Aoi and Kurumi who both have offered some of the best service. Onur at the front desk has been helpful. Housekeeping has been 10/10, even paying attention to the small details in our preferences. We look forward to staying here again.

An outstanding stay at The Peninsula Tokyo. The location is unbeatable — right next to Ginza and literally above a train station, making it incredibly convenient to get anywhere in Tokyo. The service is exceptional across the board, with a special mention to Hiroki at the bell desk, who truly went above and beyond — professional, warm, and genuinely helpful. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and feel like a calm luxury retreat after a busy day in the city. A great touch: if your room includes breakfast, you can order it anytime, which makes mornings (or late starts) completely stress-free. Impeccable hospitality, attention to detail, and comfort at every touchpoint — absolutely worth every yen.

A great hotel Amazing hospitality, service, food, amenities, conference facilities and people. Only one drawback... if you arrive too early they want to charge one extra night to give you a room (even if it's ready). The "policy" is check in at 3pm. So this hotel like most others on the planet is accepting guests at 11am or even 12 noon as long as you pay for an extra night. I personally don't think that's a fair policy, but there it is now. I arrived at about 9am and they kindly allowed me access to my room (check in) at 2pm. The rooms are large and comfortable with dressing rooms, tubs, showers. No complaints whatsoever...
