We stayed at Al Zorah Beach Resort for the second time, and once again we were convinced that this is truly one of the best hotels we have ever experienced. During an extremely difficult and stressful period — at the height of the Iranian attacks on the UAE — when no one was willing to arrange transportation for my family to Oman, the hotel stepped in and handled everything at the highest possible level. A very special and heartfelt thank you to the concierge, Parth Sharma, who personally helped organize our transfer when nobody else agreed to take us. His professionalism, dedication, and calm support during such a tense situation meant more to us than words can express. I would also like to thank the entire hotel team. The waiters and restaurant staff were incredibly attentive and caring throughout our stay. Special thanks to Chef Davide, whose food is absolutely outstanding — every dish was prepared with passion and exceptional quality. A big thank you as well to the administrator from South Africa — he was extremely attentive, always uplifting our spirits, joking with us, and making sure we felt positive despite everything happening around us. His warmth and sense of humor truly made a difference. We would also like to express our appreciation to the Indian sous-chef (I regret that I forgot his name) who always remembered exactly what we liked to eat and how we preferred it prepared. He was not only attentive but also a wonderful person to talk to — whether about food, life, or even politics. And of course, thank you to Mohammed, who helped us with our luggage and spoke Russian. He was incredibly attentive and kind, always ready to assist with a smile. This was our second stay here, and once again we were reminded why we love this place so much. The service, the people, the atmosphere — everything is simply exceptional. We are deeply grateful and will definitely return again.

We stayed at Al Zohra Beach Resort for our anniversary and honestly it was an incredible experience from start to finish. From the moment we handed the car to the valet to the very last minute of our stay, every detail was perfectly taken care of. They were amazing with our son, even gifting him a little camel teddy which he absolutely loved. The attention to detail was truly second to none. The staff took care of us flawlessly and the kindness we experienced throughout the stay was exceptional. A special mention to Sajal at the reception, who delivered one of the best customer service experiences we have had in a very long time in the UAE. And a very big thank you to Remayline who took care of us both at the pool and during breakfast. She was incredibly kind, attentive and always made sure we had everything we needed. The resort itself is stunning, from the pool to the beach everything is beautifully maintained and truly relaxing. If there is one area for improvement it would be the F&B. It is good but there is room to elevate it further. That said, it feels like they are working in the right direction. Overall it is a full approval from us, a top level experience. Thank you so much to everyone at Al Zohra Beach Resort for making our anniversary stay so special. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely gorgeous pool, have been for a pool day a couple of times. Peaceful and staff have been great. Unfortunately the last time we went, we were served an acai bowl that had gone bad. The taste was very bad and when we said this to the chef, we were told it wasnt to out taste. This is not the case as it was inedible and the waiter had told us there was a problem with a yoghurt. Other than that, the staff have always been amazing and it is a very lovely setting.
