Amazing experience in this little oasis. Even though the hotel is a bit older, and the rooms also it more than makes up for it with its service and charm. The people working there are simply fantastic! Seldom do you meet a more inviting, friendly and professionel staff. I travel a lot all over the world but this is on a top 3 of service i have ever had. A special shout out to the staff at the breakfast, you guys deserve special recognition and your manager/s should be very proud of you. You guys made the morning breakfast the best way to start the day. We will be back for sure!

A review before i visit. I was in the process of booking this lovely place for a holiday in June and had a few questions. I e mailed the team expecting a response in a couple of days as usual with other hotels.i was so pleasantly surprised to get a response within 24 hours. Outstanding 5-star hotel offering consistently exceptional service from all staff, great food and perfect location on the oceanfront in central Seminyak. Request interconnecting rooms for families. Beautiful Balinese landscaping and expansive, peaceful gardens. Highly recommended.

If you wanna stay in the hustle and bustle of seminyak i recommend staying at the oberoi i think oberoi take great care of their staff and a good majority have worked here for a long time and that shows in the service here. It is equally as good as you will find in Four seasons/AMAN/soori or anywhere in bali or any luxury 5 star resort for that matter .. the resort although a little old is immaculately maintained and taken care of the food here is some of the best in bali (oberoi are known for exceptional high quality food)
