We have just enjoyed a wonderful week here at Mori. The staff made it five star for us. Queen, Benjamin and Kanisiani were very attentive offering excellent service in the international buffet restaurant. Always greeting us with a smile and genuine interest in engaging in conversation. All the staff had a good sense of humour so we were able to build up a good relationship. The pool drinks service was great, we thought Ziada did a good job, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were cleaned really well every day, new towels when indicated and turn down service every night. Adela in reception and Cheryl in the spa offered great communication and understanding of the guest experience - they are excellent additions to the team for sure! One of the best hotel experiences that ive had. 1. Staff very friendly and nice, special thanks to moses, hussain and the rest of the staff. 2. Food is amazing, had wonderful time as a foodie here at Mora. Many thanks to chefs! 3. Entertainment, there is always new activities every day. 4. Sport facilities: soccer field, volleyball, paddel, and tennis. 5. Very clean, you get room service 2-3 times a day. Ive been to more than 100 hotels in my life and that is the first time I see this. 6. Positive energy always 7. Hospitality by the pool + beach is something else. 0 negative points, bravo to the management! 🙏🏼

Our stay at Mora Zanzibar Resort was nothing short of magical. Zanzibar days filled with sun, laughter, and beautiful family memories—this resort was the perfect setting for it all. From the warm welcome to the stunning surroundings, everything was thoughtfully done. The rooms were immaculate, the food was excellent, and the ocean views and relaxed island atmosphere made it hard to leave. What truly stood out was the hospitality. The staff were consistently kind, attentive, genuinely welcoming and extremely warm hearted. A special mention to the manager, Ashok Pandey, who is exceptional at what he does. His professionalism, warmth, and personal attention elevated our entire experience. He made sure everything ran smoothly and went out of his way to ensure guests felt valued—an incredible leader who sets the tone for the whole resort. We had a wonderful stay at this resort with our family. The beach was beautiful, and the food was absolutely amazing with plenty of great options. Everything was well organized and very clean. The resort is extremely family-friendly, making it perfect for traveling with kids. The staff were welcoming and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
