I had the most wonderful experience at The Mora. The property is absolutely breathtaking, surrounded by stunning views that make it the perfect escape. Every corner of the place is beautifully maintained, giving it both charm and elegance. The food was excellent - fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. From presentation to taste, every dish exceeded expectations. What truly made the stay special was the service. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly, making me feel right at home throughout my visit. If you’re looking for a place that combines beauty, comfort, and hospitality, The Mora is the perfect choice. I can’t wait to return!

The room was honestly amazing. It was super clean and way bigger than I expected. The bed was really comfy and I loved that every bedroom had a TV. The bathroom was spotless and had really good water pressure, which I was so happy about after a long day out. The service was also so good. Everyone that worked there was super nice and always asked if we needed anything. If we called the front desk, they actually helped really fast, which was awesome. It didn’t feel awkward or strict like some hotels, the staff actually smiled and were chill but professional at the same time. Overall, it felt like they actually cared that we were having a good time, which made the whole stay even better. I traveled with my family and it was a amazing experience! ❤️ - Adriya.K

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The location at Muyuni Beach is perfect, with many boat tours starting directly from there. The room was well equipped; after a small cleaning issue at arrival, everything was taken care of and service was excellent afterwards. Staff are very friendly and attentive – special thanks to Mariam, Thobias and Queen. The food was always delicious with a wide variety, and the grill restaurant with its amazing meat is a highlight. It’s great that à la carte dining is offered in addition to the buffet. Activities like aqua fit and bracelet crafting are included, and the gym is small but well equipped. The beach is beautiful, though vendors and washed-up litter sometimes disturb the experience. Overall, however, it’s a fantastic hotel with great service, delicious food and a lovely pool area – highly recommended for a relaxing luxury stay.

Incredible five night stay at the Mora for our Honeymoon. We couldn’t have chosen a better hotel to celebrate our special occasion, all that we could wish for was a longer holiday! The staff were absolutely incredible, I wish I could name them all, but honestly they were all so welcoming and warm. Some of them even took the time (and patience) to help me learn Swahili which I was incredibly grateful for. Great selection of food, from the buffet to the restaurants, there really is something for everyone. You won’t go hungry here. We were even lucky enough to be treated to a honeymoon dinner on the beach, the setting was lovely and food 10/10. We also received a couples massage treatment which was welcomed after a 7 day safari. The treatment was great itself, the only downside to this was the steam room door wouldn’t shut (so no steam) and the sauna had issues, apart from that everything in this hotel was 10/10. I’ll definitely be returning, and can’t wait!

We had a fantastic five days at The Mora Zanzibar. The hotel is stunning. The rooms are spacious and relaxing. The bed was comfortable and the temperature of the room was perfect. We visited the spa which was excellent. We also had a beach cabana for the day, which was a really lovely thing to do. The pools are wonderful, especially the hidden garden bar and pool. The staff are brilliant, nothing is too much trouble and they are friendly, happy and on the ball. We really enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed for longer.
