The horizon buffet is good and staff are very helpful and polite. Ms Purni who runs the buffet is excellent and so accommodating. The bar staff are the best Hammed, Janet and Ziada make the best drinks and cocktails and really looked after our very large group. Unfortunately the management were no where to be seen, didn’t appreciate the business we gave them and never came to check. The restaurant and bar staff looked after us very well and housekeeping were great too. Really looked after our rooms. The hotel is really nice and facilities are great. Overall very happy 😃

We booked the Mora for our honeymoon and were highly impressed with the resort / services provided with the package. Most notably what made the place feel like home was the staff. Everyone was so happy and helpful. There were a few team members that went above and beyond to make our stay memorable George and Anna. They helped with planning our activities and organized dinners. I highly recommend the resort as it was kept very clean and has lots of activities. The team did their best to go above and beyond for any issues. Wish we could have stayed longer. Thankful for the experience 🙏🏼.

Wonderful service... all the staff efficient and very friendly definitely make a stay at The Mora memorable, pool service Ziada, Anastasia....all lovely as are staff in restaurants. Rooms very large great views and well maintained. Good food and drinks, beautiful grounds, beach and sea views stunning! Spotlessly clean. Hope to return soon!

We chose The Mora for our honeymoon, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. We booked the transfer through the hotel, and everything went very smoothly. The hotel is impeccable very clean, well maintained, and with a lovely atmosphere. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and always spotless. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, perfect for a good rest. The food was excellent, with plenty of variety and great quality. But the real highlight was the staff. We have never been treated so well as we were at The Mora. Aziza, who checked us in, Omar and Queen from the restaurant, Francisca, and Madjira were all amazing and there were even more team members who were truly five stars, but unfortunately we didn’t get all the names. It was a perfect stay, we definitely recommend it!

We had a fantastic five days at The Mora Zanzibar. The hotel is stunning. The rooms are spacious and relaxing. The bed was comfortable and the temperature of the room was perfect. We visited the spa which was excellent. We also had a beach cabana for the day, which was a really lovely thing to do. The pools are wonderful, especially the hidden garden bar and pool. The staff are brilliant, nothing is too much trouble and they are friendly, happy and on the ball. We really enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed for longer.
