This hotel is at best a 3.5 and ideal for those with children. Upon check in I was made aware that the room I booked wasn’t available. They did upgrade me with the contingency that on day 2 I had to pack and move to another room. Not the way to settle in. The elevator in my section was broken so I had to walk 6 flights of stairs to my room. There were hairs (not mine) in the tub. The beach bar is understaffed and they refused to take my order at the bar. The nice restaurant (The Palms) was great- however they were closed my second night due to a private event. The massage I received was a 3 and the lady who did it was very unfriendly. When I needed to change rooms I checked out for good and left. The guest services manager did issue a refund for the nights I didn’t stay and offered an apology. I don’t recommend this spot at all. Go south and pay a bit more for something worthwhile.

Outstanding! We had an ocean view villa with butler service and everything was top notch from the moment we arrived. The room, food, and especially the service, were fantastic. The entire team went out of their way to make our holiday special and to make us feel relaxed and totally taken care of. All of the staff at the resort were very friendly, helpful and had a customer-focused approach which really got us into holiday and relax mode quickly. The activities at the resort, or arranged through the resort, were also very good and contributed to our enjoyable holiday.
As others have noted, the hotel is at the opposite end of the island from the international airport, so factor in time to get there; approximately 1.5 hours via taxi bus. Suggest that you take a taxi as the roads are narrow, steep and curvy. Best leave the driving to the local experts.
My only extremely minor (and tongue-in-cheek) complaint is that the resort occasionally ran out of mint, thus taking mojitos off the menu for the day!

Fantastic, well run resort in beautiful settings. Wonderful staff and gorgeous room. We had a 2 bedroom, beachfront apartment with hot tub and thoroughly enjoyed the choice of 3 restaurants, two of which are on the beach. We are very glad we opted for all-inclusive as the drinks and food were expensive, but very nicely prepared and presented.
We would love to return one day!

The Landings is top notch. Location of room might affect distance to bar and grills . The fancy dinner restaurant and bar is closed all day in hotel front desk , would be better to have this open all day for rooms farther from beach . All inclusive is nice but need wrist bands with room numbers so you don’t have to sign 0.00 bills every time you want something. Rooms were great and spacious- full kitchen. Beach was very nice and relaxing service was good and facilities were clean . Drinks and food were good about 3.75 stars. Overall very nice location just far from Airport.

We were very disappointed with the food the service ( except the at the beach and the spa, they were excellent and very friendly). The hotel is far from almost all places , taxis are very expensive and service at the front desk is so bad. We asked to make reservations for a restaurant, outside the hotel they didn’t do it , we asked to try to change our room since it was so far from the beach and to big for us .they said they would try but we never heard from them. Food at all restaurants in the hotel was very expensive and not really good.
The beach and all the activities and services that are available is the best place to spend the days. The view from every corner of the hotel is amazing.
