The hotel is gorgeous for families with children. For children, this is simply paradise without exaggeration.
The amusement park, game room, play station, evening show and animators will forever remain pleasant memories.
As for the restaurant, the food is of the highest quality, variety and taste is excellent. Everyone will find something tasty for themselves, a lot of fish. There are a lot of tasty things for children.
For adults there is a bar with live music in the evenings. Special thanks to barmen Ramazan and hello to our mutual friends from London.
It was amazing holiday!

Positive
Polite and Friendly staff, nice and clean rooms, delicious food, especially the dessert. Snacks available until 12 midnight. Free Upgrade and late checkout. Many kids activities inside the hotel. Easy access to the park. Live music at night was amazing. also when i tripped and twisted my ankle they provided a wheelchair and a staff was assisting me to go anywhere. They even provided food in the room for free. I really appreciated that.
Negative
Need to make better communication between guest relation ant park admin. We couldn't know if the show is on or cancelled until we reached there and found it cancelled. Another show was told at 4:30 when we reached at 4:15 they told It is finished.
No indoor pool for kids. The only 1 available is very deep. indoor pool was very slippery and my child fell and hit her elbow and i was about to fall also. There was a blue rubber carpet in the center but not covering all areas once come near the pool.....!!!. I felt like a better action should be taken in such cases. I suggest that Buggy service be provided even by extracharge to visit the park.
Money exchange was not available in the hotel. It was walking distance from the hotel. Near the pharmacy.
Iron was not provided in the room

The hotel is kids heaven, my children loved it from the first minute we entered this place.
PROS:
- Family oriented hotel, everything is prepared for kids.
- Whole day activities, you need to check their weekly activities schedule
- Breakfast and dinner buffets are really good and it has different varieties.
- Connected to shopping avenue and theme parks.
- High secured place.
- Fill the hotel bracelet with money and that's it, no need to carry your wallet.
- Friendly staff
CONS:
- When you use the bracelet make sure they have deduct the same amount. The problem there is no receipt or mobile application you can track your transactions.
- The video games in the B floor needs maintenance, a bit old.

I think the hotel is over priced and overhyped. It's good, but I wasn't blown away. It's an experience, but a very expensive one that I don't think is worth it.
The best part was the proximity to the theme park. Would probably be better to stay somewhere cheaper and just visit the land of legends for the day/evening since it's free entry expect you also want to visit the theme park.
The outside is stunning on approach. Its very grand. The hotel is clean and it has touches kids love like having a 'free' candy bar/Station in the reception area, lots of play areas and rides.
The rooms are designed to be theme like and attractive for kids. You also get items in the min bar for 'free'. The room we stayed in had a great view and overlooked the shopping area and parts of the theme park.
The restaurant has to be the best thing for me about this hotel. They had great food and variety. Well cooked and well presented. Loved that they had children sized table settings and it was designed with kids in mind. In the morning they had some characters like Marsha to greet the children.
The bars were just there nothing special. The drinks looked good but were nothing to write home about. 😁
The kids club was seriously underwhelming. It was just a space on a corridor/lobby/open space for kids to play in with some toys. They did have staff on hand who were friendly with the kids, but there wasn't a lot on offer. Colouring mostly throughout the day with few other activities thrown in. My daughter enjoyed the face painting. They also had a mini disco in the evenings.
Another great thing was being able to use the sister hotel which was a million miles better and more luxurious. They take you there by bus and bring you back. That hotel is amazing....I highly recommend going. The kids club, the food (they had an amazing restaurant and street food place). Make sure you ask about it at reception.

We had a fantastic experience at the hotel. It was beautiful, grand, and immaculate. The staff were all very amiable and friendly, especially the guy at the gym! I enjoyed using the gym, sauna, and steam room facilities while staying there. The food choices at the restaurant were excellent, with different menu options every day. The hotel had lots of free games for kids, and there was live entertainment every night. The best part about the hotel was its closeness to the theme park, which was a world of endless fun!
