I got married at the Ibiza Twiins Hotel on September 27, 2025, and our experience was truly amazing! The hotel provided a very well-organized wedding package with great value. Special thanks to Neus and the gentleman with glasses who helped us coordinate everything — the whole process was smooth and stress-free. The food, atmosphere, and overall vibes were fantastic. The breakfast buffet was especially impressive - so many options and great quality, definitely worth it! If you’re planning to get married in Ibiza, this is absolutely a great place to consider. We stayed in the Suites, and it was the perfect choice for our wedding preparation. The view was incredible, the stay was comfortable, and it made the whole experience even more special. Truly worth it!

We have just enjoyed an excellent all-inclusive week at this hotel as part of a TUI package. The whole experience was very enjoyable and I cannot compliment the staff highly enough for their willingness to assist with any of our needs. It makes a refreshing change to see staff with a smile on their face - Fran at the pool bar was our personal favourite. The food was an extensive buffet style with variations on every night. The 'loud music' entertainment that some other reviews mention was between 10-11pm, which we enjoyed with an alcoholic beverage most nights before going to bed. The South facing sea view from the pool area is spectacular and boat trips, car hire and other excursions are available within walking distance of the location. The only minor negative we had is that when you stay at a hotel in Ibiza, some other guests will return from a night out in the early hours and be a little noisy. This isn't a fault of the hotel and we were only disturbed briefly on 1 night out of the 7 night stay.

The hotel is great. Location is perfect, facilities are very good. Staff is friendly. Rooms are well maintained. Pool site is also excellent, view is also very nice. The hotel is quite busy and noisy, also due to air traffic, ear plugs highly recommended. Price level for food and drinks is also at the lower end for Ibiza. One star downgrade for the breakfast. The selection of food is acceptable and just ok. However under the light of the number of rooms and guests the place is totally understaffed. Napkins flying around, the service folks have no chance to cope with the number of people, tidying up and getting new cutlery on the tables. Fried eggs, pancakes and other cooked things are far higher demanded as the cook can prepare. Often no plates available. Juices provided are horrible, far too much sugar and very artificial taste. The Cappucino from the coffee machines looks like a mix of milk, chocolate and coffee. I preferred not to drink anything with the breakfast and buy a cappuccino afterwards at the bars. Where it was great. All in all a good experience at the hotel, for the price for the stay the breakfast is absolutely borderline and definitely has a lot of room for improvement.

The food is excellent, with a wide variety of options, including breakfast. The cleaning staff always carry out their work with a smile, which creates a pleasant atmosphere. However, if you are seeking peace and quiet, this may not be the ideal place. In the evenings, the music is extremely loud and can be heard in the rooms, even with the balcony door closed. The restaurant host, Rafa, came across as unfriendly and not very welcoming. On the other hand, Eva from the service team truly stands out. She is consistently friendly, cheerful, and speaks fluent English. She would certainly deserve a promotion to hostess or even a higher position within the hotel.

I stayed at Ibiza Twins for five days in July (a long weekend) and was impressed from day one. The hotel itself has an appealing design, and both the rooms and facilities are modern and well thought out. The staff deserves special mention – very friendly, highly service-oriented, and always ready to help with a smile. I felt well taken care of in every situation. The pool area is beautiful, with plenty of space and sunbeds for everyone. Service by the pool was excellent as well, and everything was kept very clean. There is also a small beach directly in front of the hotel, which is quite charming. I particularly recommend the little beach bar there – great atmosphere and food. Sunbeds need to be rented separately (around €6 each), but that’s fair. The location is ideal if you plan to visit Ibiza’s famous clubs – it’s lively and has a strong party vibe. The hotel’s own evening entertainment wasn’t really my taste, but it’s good quality for those who enjoy that kind of program. From the hotel, it’s about a 30-minute walk to Ibiza Old Town in one direction and about the same to Hï Ibiza on the other side – very manageable. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend Ibiza Twins, especially for those combining relaxation with the Ibiza nightlife experience.
