A really nice hotel on the Ibiza seafront. The hotel is spacious throughout, spotlessly clean and has lovely friendly staff. It’s right on the seafront, so access to the path along the shore and the restaurants there is very easy. It’s only 10 minutes from the airport, so super convenient for travel, cheap by taxi. The rooms are well appointed, airy and clean. The AC works well and each room has a balcony, which is nice in the evenings. The overall decor is excellent; modern and stylish, and looks brand new. Breakfast buffet was fine - lots of choice and decent quality. We only tried the lunch once, and it was OK and reasonably priced. Overall, a really good experience and a good choice for a short break.

Just finished a 4 night 5 day stay with friends. Hotel beautiful, so clean, communal areas smell lovely, best all inclusive food I’ve had in a long time with lots of choice. Bar snacks in the day is a full menu of really nice food. Pool is large (slightly cold) but plenty of sun-beds with beautiful views. Adult heavy… as a mum I wouldn’t bring my kids here as no facilities for them but for an adults week away it’s perfect. Drinks are lovely and cocktails included in all inclusive. 20 minutes to San Antonio in a taxi. Staff super friendly. Will 100% book again for next girls trip!

Do not recommend this hotel. Bad value for money and the worst Spanish hospitality I have ever experienced. CONS - RUDE STAFF. They'll go out of their way to avoid eye contact, return smiles, and say hello, and are so unwelcoming, especially reception. The female employees were rude to me on multiple occasions, except the lovely blonde working at the pool bar. - Bland, poor-quality breakfast. Glad I didn't get the all-inclusive. Much better restaurants right next to the hotel. - No robes or slippers is ridiculous for the cost - No kettle or iron in room - Inconsiderate guests with noise levels. Even at 5 am... - Awful soundproofing. Walls are so thin. I was on the 6th floor and could hear people in the ground-floor breakfast room in the morning! - Doors slam so, so loud it'll wake you up - Joy rooms don't look as nice as Life and have outdated bathrooms. They also only showed pictures of the Life rooms when I booked. I requested a Life room, but I'm 100% positive reception lied about them being fully booked. The hotel had multiple rooms still available when I went online. - No room service (again, ridiculous) - Non-blackout curtains - No help with luggage PROS - Great location, walking distance to beach clubs, Hï, and Ushuaia. - Housekeeping and Joy building male staff were very nice - Taxi rank right outside hotel - Pool area was nice - Breakfast being available until 12 was nice for late nights - Reception areas and hallways have very cool designs - Live entertainment throughout the day was a great touch

Incredible experience, we are still at the hotel but can’t wait to leave our review. You can relax with and amazing views, excellent service and cleanliness, A+ food and drinks, really nice environment. Helpful and friendly staff, mention to Chavely on the restaurant and Isabel on the healthy point. We had an issue with a water leaking and the maintenance team knocked or door in a couple of minutes after our call. Recomended 100%, we will be back with friends and family.

This is a bottomless hotel. Deserves a maximum of one star. Toilet has been running continuously for days and you have to feel more than once that it does not run. Today went down 5 times to the reception and said that my room was not cleaned and we have no towels. It is now 1:05 and still nothing cleaned and the statement comes that we no longer have service. In addition, I do not recommend any young people to take the hotel because it is forbidden to take other people in. 5 minutes before other people bring other people with them. Nothing is said but suddenly no one is allowed up with us anymore and then comes the excuse that nothing has been seen
