Location! Location! Hotel... Location-wise, it’s unbeatable. Just a short walk from Orchard Road, I had easy access to shopping, dining, and public transport. Yet the hotel itself felt like a peaceful oasis tucked away from the bustle. Had great interaction with the staff specially to Ms. Ana Marie, very helpful and knowleagable about the shopping places. The breakfast buffet was a delightful surprise — fresh, varied, and beautifully presented. I also loved the rooftop pool, which offered a serene spot to unwind with city view.

The check-in was smooth, and the team went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Specially to the staff Ms. Ana Marie. The room was impeccably clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed — with plush bedding, a spacious layout, and all the amenities I needed. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to relax after a day of exploring. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, Vibe Hotel delivers a perfect blend of comfort, style, and convenience. I’ll definitely be back!

I booked a 3 night stay here .Loved the convenient location , just a 10minute walk to Orchard Road . The service from the moment we checked in till the end of our stay was great ! We also got extended check out time . The pool was being used for a video shoot and we were offered to use the pool at the sister hotel, Quincy next door . All the staff were friendly and ready to serve with a smile including the housekeeping who greeted us every morning. When we had an issue with our sink , it was fixed immediately too . Our room was upgraded to a premier corner room and it was clean , spacious and bright . It even had a prayer card on the side table . As my partner is a previous hotelier himself (we didn't inform any of the hotel staff) , he appreciates these small service touches ! However , we would like to recommend an improvement in the breakfast. The breakfast crew changes daily (at least during our stay) and they are quite disorganized. The messy and dirty service table should also not be facing guests, try to relocate it to the back somewhere so guests don't see it . Do improve on better quality products and choices for breakfast . Overall , a good stay and will stay again but will book the room only .

Mr Ramesh was incredibly helpful and attentive, always ready with a friendly smile and genuine assistance whenever I needed anything. Ms Ana offered such warm and professional service, making check-in and daily interactions a pleasure. Mr Hafizol stood out with his excellent hospitality and willingness to help, making sure I felt completely at home. Mr Ricky was equally amazing, providing great support and ensuring everything during my stay was perfect. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The modern amenities, comfortable bed, and thoughtful touches made it easy to unwind after a long day. The hotel’s location on Orchard Road is unbeatable—everything from shopping to dining is just a short walk away. The facilities, including the pool and common areas, were well-kept and relaxing. The overall atmosphere of the hotel feels fresh, vibrant, and welcoming, living up to its name. I genuinely appreciate the effort from the entire team. Their dedication to excellent service made my stay memorable, and I will definitely return on my next trip to Singapore. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Singapore! 🌟

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this gorgeous place. The location was perfect—peaceful, yet close to everything I needed. What truly made the experience unforgettable, though, was the staff. Warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming — they made us feel valued. I must mention that the manager Naami took great care of us. My son had to be taken to the Mount Elizabeth hospital and Naami provided all the help that I needed. Also the Concierge staff were always there to help with anything we needed and were nice enough to unload our bags and bring it to our room. The hospitality truly made a difference and elevated the whole experience.
