We had an absolutely amazing stay at VHSO. From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm, welcoming, and seamless. A very special thank you to Ratana, who truly made our experience exceptional. She checked us in, kindly arranged an early check-in for us, and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. What stood out the most was how she greeted me and my family every single time she saw us — it made us feel genuinely valued and at home. We would also love to mention Ana and Ben, who were so lovely during our check-out. They were warm, sweet, and made our departure just as pleasant as our arrival. A big thank you as well to the Bell Captain, who was professional, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. The team at VHSO truly goes above and beyond. We can’t wait to come back!

The room was okay. However, there was no room to put suitcases or hang long dresses up. We had to have a case in the bathroom. Our other case under the desk. The shower water was always cold but the bath was amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is good for shopping malls. Its a bit of a walk to a MRT station. Breakfast is expensive so we went to the malls to eat.

location is in a BEAUTIFUL SPOT! thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. everything is very walkable. We needed help keeping our bags at the hotel after we checked out and Ramesh helped us store our bags AND helped us book a big bus to the airport (family trip with lots of luggage). Very helpful and thoughtful!

Fahmi, I'm definitely not impressed with the service especially the house keeping. The room wasnt properly cleaned. I managed to take some photos. The shower drain hole was regularly blocked and the ventilation was poor inside the bathroom. It stank the moment we checked-in that afternoon. We were at level 8. There were left over fruits and used napkins underneath the bed from previous visitors. The vietnamese lady who was doing the house keeping seemed not interested to know. The wall socket close to the office table definitely needed to be looked at. Every adaptors we owned inc Anker and Vivan got really hot while charging our smartphones. The huge jug of refreshment lemon water wasn't filled up for visitors at the lobby which was because the staff seemed busy chatting and laughing. I have informed the lady at the front desk but she seemed rather disinterested and almost slightly upset.

Always happy to stay at The Vibe, its my 2nd home when I am in SG. The staff are so warm and hospitable, shout out to Ben, Ramesh, Ratna, and Mehan. Rooms are very clean, quiet, and very cozy. Location is perfect just at the back Orchard Road and accessibility to transport and even on foot is very good. Just love The Vibe ❤️🙏
