An elegant choice in a designer shopping area, The Elizabeth Hotel is an ideal setting for a luxury holiday in Singapore. Featuring a wealth of modern facilities, its plush furnishings maintain a hint of the historic with an attractive colonial style. The two onsite restaurants serve up a tasty mix of cuisines, and the swimming pool has a lovely garden terrace, which is an ideal spot to enjoy a Singapore Sling. Perfect after all that retail therapy!

A Stylish Retreat in the Heart of Orchard From the moment I stepped into Vibe Hotel Singapore Orchard, I felt welcomed by its warm ambiance and attentive staff. The check-in was smooth, and the team went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Specially to the staff Ms. Ana Marie. The room was impeccably clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed — with plush bedding, a spacious layout, and all the amenities I needed. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to relax after a day of exploring. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, Vibe Hotel delivers a perfect blend of comfort, style, and convenience. I’ll definitely be back!

Location! Location! Hotel... Location-wise, it’s unbeatable. Just a short walk from Orchard Road, I had easy access to shopping, dining, and public transport. Yet the hotel itself felt like a peaceful oasis tucked away from the bustle. Had great interaction with the staff specially to Ms. Ana Marie, very helpful and knowleagable about the shopping places. The breakfast buffet was a delightful surprise — fresh, varied, and beautifully presented. I also loved the rooftop pool, which offered a serene spot to unwind with city view.

Really lovely big room (the biggest I’ve stayed at in Singapore). Nice bathroom with bathtub and wonderful staff (I think his name was Tom, thank you). Downside is that it is a long way to walk from the train station, far from food or shops. While this hotel is so nice, I would prefer to be near anything, rather than in an area surrounded by other towers with nowhere to slip down to at night, to easily get a bite to eat (unless you want hotel food) and get amongst the life of Singapore. I would give the hotel five stars because it really is beautiful and staffed by excellent people, it’s just the location.

I have travelled extensively all over the world and this was one of the worst stays I can recall. Every morning I was woken by what sounded like construction works in the ceiling directly above me. Front desk assured me that works weren't meant to start until late in the morning but it happened three days in a row even after I complained. The fourth day bought some kind of toxic smelling fumes that made my throat sore. They attempted to distinguish the smell with the box pictured but it took two days. The rooms were okay. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Power and USB outlets were hopeless taking the entire night to charge my phone and the USB charger took all night to charge my portable charger to 48%. The bathroom was small and had awful heavy doors that blocked half the sink and bath area if you didn't close them. The shower was over the bath and was not easy to get in and out of and the width was so narrow I couldn't extend my elbows at right angles. Also, no face washers. They supply limiter bottles of body wash but no face washer, which you need with body wash IMO. The water never got hotter than luke warm if you had an early shower which was appalling. No hair dryer wasn't ideal either. The breakfast was basic. Tried an omelette once, that was enough. They start putting food away 20 minutes before closing and don't replenish after that time. I've never come across that before either. Very cheap way to run a hotel overall. No hot chocolate either. Also they use plastic teaspoons for your hot beverages. In a world that's trying to eliminate one use plastics, I found that very disappointing and quite tacky for a self proclaimed four star hotel. The location is a long way from all main attractions and 650 metres to the closest MRC station. I would never stay here again.

Love that this hotel is doing their part in helping reduce carbon emissions by ditching single use plastic toiletries and bottled water. Also, towel and linen change will only be done upon request. From the time we checked-in until checked-out, staff were friendly and hospitable. Made you feel right at home. Shoutout to my fellow kabayan, Ms. Ana Marie at front desk who assisted me and my sister during check-out. Thank you for the lovely tokens as well. Recommended this hotel to my friends if ever they intend to travel to Singapore since it is located perfectly and a short walk to Orchard MRT station. Will definitely come back here next time as 2 nights is such a short stay indeed. To all the hardworking staff, keep up the great service and making our stay memorable.
