We arrived early around 12pm, hoping to drop off our luggage first and then go for a walk, while waiting for the check in time 3pm. However to our surprise, the front desk lady, Ana, after searching for awhile told us that she already has a room ready for us! She was so professional and nice throughout our conversation and I guess upon seeing our daughter tired face she decided to allow us earlier check in. Upon check in the room's aircond was already switched on for us, which is a nice gesture since I was already soaking from my own sweat. The room is clean, water pressure is nice and lift was fast. Front desk officer Ana is a gem, hopefully your management recognize u for your impeccable service!

A warm & friendly hotel that offers modern amenities and superb value. The rooms are spacious, clean and offer everything you need. The location is amazing. The staff friendly & helpful. Shoutout to Mr. Mahen the Sr. F&B Manager who made our visit extremely memorable.

If you enjoy mystery stains, incomprehensible smells and the nagging feeling over being overcharged, this is the place for you. The hotel looks great on paper, but in reality, it's just a bit rubbish. Cramped rooms, general untidyness and weird room smells. We went there, opened the door, weird chemically smell greets us and 2 significant brown stains adorned the carpet. Went to the pool, there were more people than chairs and the chairs that did exist where possibly the worst design I've seen for a pool chair. Essentially a 90 degree airport chair made from some sort of plastic. Went to breakfast, got a roti and a flat white. This was 10 dollars, and was a filter coffee with some uht milk. The roti could have been used as a spoon as it was that hard. We checked out early and went to another hotel. I understand travel agents get discounts and kickbacks from this place, but if you want a discount hotel, there are cheaper better options.

Love that this hotel is doing their part in helping reduce carbon emissions by ditching single use plastic toiletries and bottled water. Also, towel and linen change will only be done upon request. From the time we checked-in until checked-out, staff were friendly and hospitable. Made you feel right at home. Shoutout to my fellow kabayan, Ms. Ana Marie at front desk who assisted me and my sister during check-out. Thank you for the lovely tokens as well. Recommended this hotel to my friends if ever they intend to travel to Singapore since it is located perfectly and a short walk to Orchard MRT station. Will definitely come back here next time as 2 nights is such a short stay indeed. To all the hardworking staff, keep up the great service and making our stay memorable.
