We had a great experience with Vibe during our recent stay. The hotel was clean with great hospitality. The hotel is very walkable to orchard road even with a 7 month old baby for us! Our little one even received an adorable Merlion toy during check out. Love it and will stay again for our next visit.

Lovely hotel, staff at reception were very helpful, the breakfast did not have as much variety as other hotels we had stayed at, unhealthy cereals & less fresh fruit varieties, very good egg/ omelette stand which were delicious. You were rather hurried along after 10.00 am, but breakfast was still of a reasonable standard & very clean throughout. The room had both kettle & nespresso machine with a reasonable supply of good quality coffee"s & teas. Lovely pool area & beautiful bar I would stay again as it was easy to access Orchard Street & metro, rooms were very good & reception staff were particularly helpful.

Absolutely Horrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs! This was hands down one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The room was tiny, dark, and smelled musty from the moment I walked in. The cleanliness was questionable at best — stains on the sheets, dust on every surface, and hair in the bathroom that clearly wasn’t mine. The toilet barely flushed, and the water pressure was so bad I could barely shower. I had to call the front desk multiple times just to get someone to even acknowledge the problem — no urgency, no apology. The so-called “minibar” was empty, and to top it off, they didn’t even provide bottled water. Instead, they left a reused glass bottle and expected guests to drink tap water — absolutely unacceptable for a hotel claiming to be 4-star. Breakfast was a complete joke. Stale bread, cold eggs, and a few sad-looking local dishes that were repeated every day. I’ve had better food at roadside stalls. Location-wise, the hotel is tucked away in a place that’s hard to find, with nothing useful or interesting nearby. Staff were cold and robotic, and when I asked for early check-in, I was rudely reminded, “Check-in is at 3 PM, sir,” without a hint of helpfulness or effort to accommodate. I honestly have no idea how this place has good reviews — must be fake or outdated. There are far better hotels out there for the same price. Save yourself the frustration and stay anywhere

I arrived at the hotel around 10:00 PM after walking from Orchard MRT, following the route shown on Google Maps. At the time, it felt like the hotel was quite far from the nearest station, and I was extremely tired from the journey. I contacted my secretary to see if there was any possibility to change or cancel the hotel booking, as I had reserved it for a week. She reached out to the travel agency, but unfortunately, the booking was non-refundable and couldn’t be changed. So, I had no choice but to stay. The next day, I walked to the MRT station again and realized I had taken the wrong route the night before. Using the correct path, the walk was actually much shorter than I initially thought. I felt quite satisfied with the distance once I found the proper way. That evening, I found a letter in my room asking me to contact the front desk at my earliest convenience. I called, thinking there might be a problem, but it turned out they had been informed by the travel agency that I was unhappy with the room or hotel. The staff kindly offered to help in any way to make my stay more comfortable. I explained that my concern was not about the hotel or its service, but rather the distance to the MRT—which had already been resolved. I appreciated their gesture and willingness to assist, and I made it clear that the misunderstanding was entirely on my part. What I liked: 1. One of the most affordable options compared to similar hotels near Orchard. 2. Friendly and helpful staff. 3. Spacious, clean, and comfortable room. 4. Large bathtub. 5. air walking distance to Orchard Road once you know the correct route. 6. Suitable for families, couples, or solo travelers. Room for improvement: The swimming pool could use some upgrades; there’s potential for improvement. I am happy with my stay. The hotel provides good value, comfort, and service. I would consider staying here again.

Nice location, convenient (albeit a 10 minute walk from Orchard road). Bed is comfy but the bad part are the amenities and the bathroom - no hand towels, no water, no slower just a couple of pegs to hang your clothes , are negatives. But bathroom is the worst part. the shower/ tub does NOT have a shower curtain or door, it has a glass partition that only covers 40% of the tub so every shower sprays water all over the bathroom floor.so much for conserving towels and reusing them as you need to soak up the flooded floor for safety. I bet the management still save a ton of laundry money by just having a shower curtain.
