Good location, but this hotel is showing its age. We could hear snoring and talking from the room next door (as it is one of those old designs where pairs of rooms are connected by a locked door). The air conditioning fan is disruptively loud. The sink and shower drains don’t drain well. The shower head kept falling and was difficult to use. The design and angle of the shower head was terrible; showering meant hunching into a corner to get under the water. The toilet had stains. The room was dusty. No water bottles were given, only tap water. All in all, it’s quite decent, but definitely showing its age, making for an uncomfortable stay. Definitely a below average, and very utilitarian. I would recommend spending a few extra dollars for a newer/better maintained hotel. The location is great, as it is near orchard.

this is more a 3 star hotel than it is 4. Yes, you have all the amenities of a 4 star hotel but the very basic rooms and under average service feels much more like 3 stars. (talking hotel category, not Google stars) It is decently priced in SIN standards and the location is very good, but it just does not feel homey or welcoming. It is a bed in a quite room and that's it. Nothing you want to spend too much time in. The staff is not unfriendly per se, but also not warm hearted and welcoming.

Comfy and close to everything Can be easily reached and most of the shopping centers and sights are nearby. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel was very kind to pack us a breakfast when we were checking out earlier than the restaurant's opening hour. The staff was also kind and helpful with anything, with perfect English, so there were no miscommunication issues. I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues!

My wife, 2 year old daughter and I had a great stay at Vibe. The location is great, just a short walk to Orchard Rd. Wati and the staff members at the reception were amazing and very accommodating and helpful. We were greeted with a balloon for our daughter and everyone was extremely happy and welcoming. The rooms were clean and the room service food is great! Highly recommend the hotel. Thanks again - we will definitely come back.
