Staying at The Dubai EDITION was an absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel truly welcomed. They were extremely generous and offered us a complimentary room upgrade, which was such a pleasant surprise. The check-in and check-out were smooth, professional, and very flexible — they truly went out of their way to make everything convenient for us. The hotel is a perfect blend of modern luxury and calm elegance. The atmosphere is peaceful, the interior design is sophisticated, and every detail — from the lighting to the scent in the lobby — adds to the sense of refined comfort. Our room was cozy, stylish, and immaculately clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view from the pool area was absolutely breathtaking — the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy Dubai’s skyline. Another huge plus is the hotel’s location — Dubai Mall is just a short walk away, making it ideal for shopping, dining, or simply exploring downtown. I can’t speak highly enough of how thoughtful, smooth, and accommodating the entire experience was. It truly felt like a curated luxury stay, and we’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Dubai and looking for a high-end, comfortable, and genuinely welcoming hotel experience. ✨

We came for a 5 star experience but left with a 7 star experience! Carla is hands down the best in guest relations and made our stay impeccable! She is professional, sweet and very attentive. A great communicator and obvious she enjoys her job. The housekeeping team was also extremely nice, fast in their service and exceptional. We had the pleasure of meeting Ragu a few times with our in room needs and he was professional, timely and very nice! Overall one of the best hotel experiences and will definitely come back for our next Dubai trip. Until next time, thank you💜!

I absolutely loved staying at the Edition Hotel Dubai. The staff is so friendly and welcoming at all times. I must also highlight the outstanding hospitality of the Assistant Manager, Joelle, of the Duomo Restaurant that is located in the lobby. From the first breakfast we had in the restaurant, she was incredibly warm, welcoming, and truly went above and beyond to make our dining experience special. Her friendliness and professionalism created such a pleasant atmosphere, making us feel valued and well taken care of. It’s rare to find someone who combines genuine warmth with impeccable service, and Joelle does it effortlessly. She made sure everything was perfect, checked in on us with a kind smile. Duomo is indeed a stunning restaurant with a fantastic ambiance, especially at night, and delicious cuisine, but the service is what makes it truly exceptional. Thank you, Joelle and the rest of the staff for making our experience so wonderful! I highly recommend this restaurant and look forward to dining there again. I would like to add that the waiters, Tins and Rohit, stationed in the outside garden have made our breakfast time that much more special by always smiling and asking us continuously for anything we needed. Their professionalism and welcoming attitude which comes from the heart definitely deserves high commendation and great recognition. Thank you Tins and Rohit. I encourage people to try having breakfast in the outside garden to experience these lovely guys firsthand. I would like to also add that I am truly impressed by the housekeeping team’s kindness and attention to detail. They maintained our room impeccably, ensuring every corner was spotless and refreshed daily. More than just their efficiency, we appreciated their warm and cordial demeanor, always greeting us with a smile and making sure we had everything we needed. Their dedication to guest comfort did not go unnoticed, and it added a special touch to our stay. I highly recommend The Edition for its outstanding service, and I sincerely thank the housekeeping team for their hard work and hospitality, especially Nimesh, Saqib, Archara. The afternoon housekeeping team, MD: Jaamal Miah, Abdull Toha, Eman Ahahed and Uehenna, also deserve a big thank you and recognition for their outstanding service during our stay. They continued to check on us every single day during our stay despite the fact that I told them there was no need to make up the room in the afternoon. They continued to come by the room and check if we needed water, new towels or anything else. Thank you guys for your great service. You deserve the best always for your work that is performed from the heart. I should also add that Mariel, the breakfast waitress was so professional and welcoming every morning at breakfast, and always serving us ginger tea with a beautiful smile. Thank you Mariel for the wonderful service. You definitely deserve to be recognized.

I’m a Marriott Bonvoy Titanium member and was really disappointed with the service at this hotel. While the property itself is nice, the experience was far from what I expect from a Marriott stay. Despite my status, I was told no upgrades were available due to the hotel being fully booked—but strangely, multiple upgraded rooms were still showing as available online, two days in a row. On top of that, we had to wait an unreasonably long time at 3 a.m. for them to check if the room was available the second day, whereas we had aligned already the day before that we would change the room, with the front desk claiming the room needed to be cleaned. Very poor service, and not at all in line with the Bonvoy experience.

From the beginning, the staff demonstrated a serious lack of hospitality and professionalism. When I asked about potential benefits as a member, I was told there were none, with no effort to assist or explain further. No courtesy, no apologies—just a flat, unhelpful response. The worst part of my experience was dealing with the Concierge. I needed assistance and was told to return at 12:00 noon. I did, but no one was there. I asked another staff member for help, but she just said the concierge would come shortly. I waited 20 minutes—still no one. Eventually, I left as this waste of time. I tried again that evening and once more the next day same he will come at 12:00, and still had to wait until 12:45 for him to show up. When I finally spoke to him, he never apology despite the inconvenience and two days of delays. Cleanliness was also a major issue. There were flies in both the lobby and my room. The carpet and curtains were stained, and overall hygiene standards were far below what you'd expect from a hotel of this level. The only positive I can mention is the staff at Duomo—they were kind and attentive, unlike the rest of the team. I expected a much higher standard from Edition brand and was left completely dissatisfied. I do not recommend staying here.
