We booked a Deluxe Suite with a 28-foot pool, and our stay was wonderful from start to finish. Originally arriving for a funeral but the room made us very happy. The room was beautiful, spacious, and well-maintained, and the pool was spotless and very enjoyable. Shaquan checked us in and provided a warm, professional welcome. We were greeted with a delicious rum punch, which was a great start to our vacation. Afterward, Dale, the bar manager, took the time to give us a tour of the property. He showed us Azure and was kind enough to arrange a reservation for the Beach Fire BBQ experience that evening. His genuine kindness and hospitality were a big reason we decided to attend, and we're so glad we did. We also had two excellent housekeepers who consistently checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and kept our suite in perfect condition. Additionally, I met a lovely staff member who was on her way home after her shift, yet she still took the time to assist me with a request. That level of care and dedication truly stood out. Overall, the staff made our stay memorable with their exceptional service, friendliness, and attention to detail. We felt welcomed and valued throughout our visit and look forward to returning.

10/10 Customer Service! An Unforgettable Birthday Trip I recently stayed at The Crane Resort with my sister and our close friend to celebrate my sister’s birthday, and it was an absolutely fantastic trip. The resort itself is massive, beautiful, and incredibly well-kept. Our room was huge, spotless, and lovely. From the very beginning of our trip to the very end, the staff was friendly, helpful, and completely willing to go the extra mile. The customer service here is a true 10/10! The hotel itself was far from the active area, and thats the only reason i give them a 4 star. While the entire trip was great, specific team members—Rashad, Ondre, Brandon and Johnathan,—made our experience 1000 times better! They were thoughtful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to accommodate us. Whether we had a question or needed assistance, they were right there to help. They gave us so many amazing recommendations for local restaurants, foods to try on and off the resort and activities to do.They truly made the trip unforgettable. We will definitely be back!

First time on the island and won’t be the last. Every person was so kind and amazing our whole stay. Theo, Sharice, Karol , Karen(a whole lot more honestly)…. to name a few of the staff we met that really stood out. We met the ceo of the property and he was amazing. The restaurants on site 10/10. The attentiveness of everyone 10/10. We really left feeling amazing and refreshed. Thank you so much

Had the most amazing time at The Crane for 2 weeks end of April- start of May. We got married here whilst we were away; Tamisha and her team were absolutely excellent planning our beautiful wedding. Everything was really well thought out, and we were given many options to choose from. The location of the resort right the cliff overlooking the beach was breathtaking. The ocean breeze was amazing taking away some of the heat. The resort was very clean, rooms were amazing - very large, spacious brilliant facilities. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming couldn't do more for you, we had our room extended by an hour the day we were leaving complimentary, as our flight was in the afternoon. We were with our nearly 2 year old son, the staff in the Azure restaurant at breakfast absolutely doted on him, especially Lisa and Shanice. They even brought him out a birthday cake and sang happy birthday on our last day, with his birthday being 2 days later.

We were vacationing with another couple. We stayed in a 2 bedroom interval ownership unit with a garden pool. Unit was an interior unit which made it very dark and damp in the unit. There was a dehumidifier in the 2nd bedroom but it did not help the musty almost mildew smell. Also the 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom were incredibly small and low. We also had a very hard time adjusting thermostats. The rooms have units in the ceilings that are controlled by remotes. It was very difficult to figure out how to adjust. I also found the general grounds to be lacking in maintenace. Also the beach was covered with sea grass and the winds were so high it made using the beach impractical. I was also surprised at the lower quality housing an area outside the gate. Overall I was disappointed with my stay at the Crane. Not sure if I will ever return to Barbados but if I do I will likely stay at the Hilton resort on the East Coast
