I have always had a great time at The Cosmopolitan in the past, which is why I chose to stay there again recently. However, this time was a complete nightmare. The level of service and care provided during this stay was appalling.
Firstly, the room temperature was unbearably warm, and despite multiple requests, no one bothered to fix it. Our room was not cleaned on the scheduled day, and to make matters worse, a gift delivered by a friend was stolen from the room. Dealing with the concierge to address these issues consumed an entire day of my trip.
It is heartbreaking to see how this once beautiful property has deteriorated in terms of service quality. The mistreatment by the staff during my stay was unacceptable. I would strongly advise against anyone considering staying at The Cosmopolitan based on my recent experience.
If you are looking to spend a significant amount of money and be treated poorly, then perhaps this is the perfect place for you. Otherwise, I recommend looking elsewhere for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.
I hope this review helps others in making an informed decision about their choice of accommodation.

I've been staying at the Cosmopolitan Las Vegas the last three times I've been to Vegas and it doesn't disappoint. Yes ,it can be busy during certain times of the year, and lines for quick service food eateries or room service can be lengthy. However, the sceneries and the ambiance of this hotel will make you want to come back time after time. The rooms are generously large, even the studios. The balconies have a great view no matter what side your on. Every restaurant here is excellent. And the game floor is spacious! Location location location!! I will definitely continue to stay at the Cosmopolitan when I'm in town.

Beautiful rooms and beautiful theme and modern decor. The hotel and casino has so much in it to experience.
The modern decor is a lot of digital story telling in the lobby spaces.
For food and entertainment there is a night and day club, a barber shop cut and drink and more. We are going to try and check out one of the breakfast restaurants in it.
Terrace studio suite is large and gorgeous. Our room looked out over the strip.

MUST STAY! This hotel was fantastic. We arrived at 3:00 on a thursday, there was about a 15 minute wait to check in but the lobby was comfortable and beautiful. We had booked a Terrace Studio with fountain view. Upon arrival I was give the option to upgrade to a larger Terrace one bedroom (with 2 bathrooms) on a higher floor with better views for $80 per night. This offer was cheaper than if I had booked that room originally so we took the offer. The room was fantastic - so much space and the views were great! The staff was always super friendly and helpful and made staying here a blast. Every inch of this hotel was beautiful and fun. Its definitely a younger more wild crowd that stays here but we never had any issues or problem with noise level. The food was fantastic, the room was clean and gorgeous, staff was amazing, Casino was fun (despite losing our money), and Clique on a friday night was so much fun! You should definitely stay here!

I love this place. I will go back again and again. I do recommend it. It's in a great location and you could go anywhere. You want in the strip also like where it's located? What it looks like and it's very luxurious and hope to be there again. We stayed at the cosmopolitan
