Our stay at the hotel was amazing. The hotel is beautiful and very clean and comfortable Our room was magnificent. It was the perfect place to relax and refresh after a full day of touring It was clean every day and the was the perfect place recharge our strength We love the breakfast. The food was delicious and the menu changed from day to day It was the perfect way to start the day The staff was warm and friendly. We received outstanding customer service from Rajan. He was attentive and cared for us. He looked after every detail to ensure we had a great experience Rajan represents the heart and soul of the Canvas Hotel I strongly and positively recommend the Canvas Hotel and look forward to my next stay. Also Krish greeted us every day with a warm smile and made us feel welcomed.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience last evening at Signature by Sanjeev Kapoor at Canvas Hotel Dubai. The Valentine’s Day ambiance was beautifully set — elegant, romantic, and thoughtfully curated. We especially loved the live trumpet performance 🎺, which added such a magical touch to the evening. The complimentary photography was a lovely gesture that made the night even more special. A special mention to Heena for her exceptional hospitality. From the moment I called to book our table until the end of our evening, she was warm, attentive, and truly amazing. Her efforts made our day incredibly special and memorable. Thank you for giving us such a delightful and unforgettable experience!

An honest review of The Canvas Dubai - MGallery Hotel Collection. Staff service was practically non-existent. The receptionist who checked us in had no name badge and never introduced himself, although he did changed from twin to a king room, which was appreciated. Thank you for that. The room itself was actually very good, but housekeeping attention was lacking. The minibar fridge clearly had not been cleaned properly for a long time, the weighing scale had no batteries, and the beautiful wooden trunk in the room desperately needs polishing or restoration. The washroom stinks and it was obvious it lacked cleaning and is asking for basic maintenance. The flickering light from the router is seriously annoying. F&B service was disappointing. The hostess at the all-day dining restaurant during dinner service had no smile, no eye contact, and no warmth at all. These are basic hospitality standards. There were also barely any visible waiters in the restaurant. The use of plastic bottles in rooms and restaurants should also be reconsidered. Food by the pool: If the fish and chips served is simply breadcrumbed and deep-fried fish, then perhaps it should be described differently on the menu. The Caesar salad portion was also extremely small, with several classic condiments and elements missing. The rooftop washroom felt more like a public toilet than part of a five-star property. Attention to detail throughout the hotel was missing, even the pool menus looked more like roadside café menus than something from a 5 stars hotel. Breakfast was good, however shuffling tables during the service gives the wrong impression and setting a clearance in the middle of the restaurant needs attention. Selling rooms at lower rates should never mean compromising basic hospitality and service standards. This is my second Accor property experience, and honestly, I have not seen much that reflects true five-star or Accor-level hospitality. Highlight of my short stay was definitely the room( wish the room could talk and shows genuine hospitality) the lifeguard who was kind and attentive.

Great stay with my family of 4, staff very friendly. We were giving a free upgrade to a junior suite which was very nice. Food was delicious, IFTAR was very nice. During busy hours the service was disappointing at times, seemed like thw staff couldnt keep up. Pool was clean and tidy. Would recommend.

A Good Hotel. Good Staff. Good Food. Its Good, not Great. Reception Staff can be a bit more understanding as people do travel for international trips. For Families they can at least give one early check in, which didn't happen for us. Entrance of the hotel is small in comparison and its underground! From there its mandatory to take a lift to reach Reception area, you'll have to change elevator to get to your rooms from Reception too! This is a bit of inconvenience. There are a few minor things like these but they at the end can be ignored and I am sure that overall You'll definitely have a great time here that's for sure.
