Absolutely loved our stay here. It was such a great experience. We stayed here for three days for my husband‘s birthday and also the last leg of our honeymoon. They had the room set up for my husband‘s birthday for our honeymoon. They even gave us like a bottle of wine. The service was really good. The pool was huge when you walk inside the hotel the lobby is absolutely stunning. The marble floor looks like the sea and the ceiling is so great. The hotel itself is a work of art. There’s lots of art here it’s amazing. Overlooking the lobby is the whole hotel from downstairs absolutely jaw-dropping. The view of the hotel itself is is so big it’s majestic I can’t explain like wow. The service is absolutely exceptional so we booked the lagoon deluxe room and the pool lamp was unfortunately I’m not working and I told them on the first day and then every day they’ve been I’m asking me if it was fixed or was it were they able to do anything about it unfortunately it was like an engineering issue and I’m so on our last day the manager came up to me during breakfast and asked me about it and to make up for it they had us check out late up until 6 PM because our flight was at 1 AM so that was really some exceptional service. Also, the food in Izakaya was oh so good I love the sushi rolls absolutely amazing. The only restaurant that we didn’t eat at was the Koral restaurant because it was booked obviously it was Chinese new year and also valentines weekend. Overall, I would come back!

Our stay at The Apurva Kempinski Bali was truly unforgettable. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary, and from the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by thoughtful and heartfelt hospitality. What made our stay especially special was the kindness of our room attendants, Eka and De Ari. One morning, we found a beautiful towel art and a handwritten message waiting for us in our room. It was such a small surprise, yet it touched our hearts deeply and made us smile. To our surprise and delight, we were also welcomed with drinks and a cake in our room, and throughout our dining experiences, the team continued to celebrate our anniversary with beautiful cakes and warm wishes. Every detail felt personal, sincere, and full of care. We truly felt celebrated and cherished during our stay. This hotel is not only breathtaking in its beauty, but also rich in genuine human warmth. We will always remember this special anniversary and highly recommend The Apurva Kempinski Bali to anyone looking for a truly meaningful and heartfelt experience.

The hotel’s architecture is truly breathtaking, and the rooms are exceptionally spacious, elegant, and beautifully furnished. The private pool exceeded our expectations—it was significantly larger than what we had seen in the photos and became the perfect place to unwind after long days of exploring. The Japanese restaurant is nothing short of legendary and a true highlight of the stay. As Discovery Titanium members, we were sincerely impressed by the recognition and generosity shown to us. Receiving a double upgrade during peak occupancy is rare, and we were genuinely grateful for the thoughtful gesture. A few areas offer room for refinement. Communication with room service staff could be smoother, pricing would benefit from clearer logic and consistency, and food delivery times were longer than expected, with one order taking close to 1.5 hours. Overall, this is an outstanding hotel that delivers a memorable experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning again without hesitation 🙏❤️

We really enjoyed our stay at The Apurva Kempinski Bali. Every little detail was simply perfect! Our spacious and beautiful villa with a private outdoor lounge area and swimming pool offered exceptional comfort. The overall hotel design is absolutely outstanding - you can’t help but say WOW the moment you see it. The hotel grounds are very well maintained, full of greenery and charming Christmas decorations that made the atmosphere even more special. We visited most of the hotel’s restaurants and enjoyed all of them, but the Villa Lounge with its excellent breakfasts was simply the best (thank you, Doni, and the entire team!). The New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner in the main lobby was simply unforgettable. The hotel also has a fantastic gym - very spacious and clean, and fully equipped with everything one could wish for. And the hotel staff… they did an incredible job making us feel welcomed and cared for. Many thanks from our family to the Ladies in Red, the housekeeping team, as well as the gym and restaurant teams. Special thanks to Amar from the Villa Management team, who ensured that every our little request was handled perfectly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone traveling to Bali and would absolutely love to return again.
