The lobby is simply breathtaking—grand, artistic, and designed with an open-air concept where you can admire the ocean view while enjoying drinks or light bites. A Sjuman & Renanda grand piano adds a touch of elegance, while the staff greet you in traditional attire inspired by different regions of Indonesia (they wore Bugis costumes during my visit). For Moslem guests, food options require a little extra attention, but the Reef Restaurant Beach Club on the 1st floor is a great choice. Their menu clearly marks non-halal items, and the staff reassure you that preparation is separated, as some of their chefs are Muslim. 🌊 Overall, if you’re seeking luxury, privacy, and unforgettable service, The Apurva Kempinski Bali is a perfect indulgence.

We have stayed at Apurva Kempinski for 11 nights and this was by far one of the most wonderful hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The staff is so very attentive without bothering you. Special thanks to the Ladies in Red that even helped us set up a private gender reveal, book car services, make restaurant reservations etc. The hotel itself is beautifully and thoughtfully designed with a perfect layout and all the amenities one could ask for. We were staying in a Cliff Suite with a private pool and loved how we could enjoy ocean view from everywhere including the bathroom and shower. Really 10/10 stay can recommend it very much and will come again!

This place was utterly fantastic. All staff members were extremely kind and undoubtedly helpful. The stay was mind blowing. You must go to this place, trust me. Really nice and comfortable stay and some of the best restaurants inhouse. Shout out to the private beach and kayaking(complementary) if you get tired of the spectacular pool. Great job Apurva Kempinski. Well done.

Incredibly beautiful hotel, probably the nicest I’ve ever been to. Its grandeur is felt the moment you arrive and the architecture and design is out of this world. Highly recommend visiting at nighttime before 8pm to see the fire lit up! Only let down was the slow poolside service. We waited 30 minutes for our iced coffees to be made which was surprising for a resort of this level, and especially when there were such few guests at nighttime.

The Apurva Kempinski is probably one of the best hotels in Nusa Dua. The property is so picturesque and wonderful. Stayed four nights. Staff were incredibly professional, courteous and friendly. They went above and beyond on what you needed assistance with. The room itself was slightly underwhelming, although very comfortable, clean and spacious. I have stayed in other Kempinski properties. I feel it does not have the same wow factor as the others I have stayed in, but it was great. It is a hip and happening hotel so you may find that it is not as quiet as you may think it is. Location wise, plan ahead because it is set in a quiet part of Nusa Dua. If you are after a peaceful retreat, best place to be but if you want to frequent Jimbaran, Kuta, Canggu, Seminyak and Ubud, plan ahead.
