I cannot recommend this place enough. From the moment you step foot on the property you are greeted with a warm welcome and beautiful smiles from all the staff. This is no doubt one of the best hotels I’ve ever been to. The lobby is spectacular and the views are breathtaking. We stayed in one of the suites with a private pool. The service is beyond great, all the staff go above and beyond and everyone is so lovely. The room was HUGE with a full size living room, massive bedroom and bathroom area you could really get lost in the suites. Plenty of restaurants on site. The only thing I was disappointed at was we stayed for 3 days and couldn't even manage to get a booking at the spa as it was all booked out!

Positives: The room was stunning, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The pools were also fantastic and provided a great place to relax and unwind. The Indian food at the restaurant was some of the best I've ever had. Negatives: Unfortunately, the buffet breakfast was a letdown and did not justify the cost. The selection catered more to local tastes, with limited Western options consisting mostly of cold meats, cheese, bread, cereal, and a few types of sausages. Many Western guests seemed perplexed as they circled the buffet multiple times, struggling to find suitable dishes. I have experienced far superior Western breakfasts at more affordable hotels. Additionally, the reservations team was slow to respond to my email informing them of my wife's birthday in advance. I only received a reply after we had already checked out, which was disappointing.

Such an amazing stay here! The staff are all so wonderful and looked after us throughout our stay so well! We loved how there was a real emphasis on security when entering the hotel, we always felt safe! The beach club on site was amazing and all the different pools were beautiful spots to relax! Our room was super clean and the cleaners seemed to be able to clean it multiple times a day. We visited this resort during Chinese new year so we also got to experience a lot of the Chinese new year celebrations they had going on plus they delivered Chinese new year themed chocolates to our room which was a nice touch! I would say this resort is perfect for family’s but it’s also great for couples!

It is one of the best stay in Bali for our trips, as it is one of the new list of 5 stars hotel in Bali located in Nusa Dua. Super like their room, their staff and the environment. Do note its a big hotel, so take a while from one place to another, but for sure its worth every value of staying here. We stayed here for 2 nights and manage to join the kids activities to see the underwater restaurant aquarium in Morning.

I just wished I could give more stars to this place. First of all, it's a massive resort and hats off to the Amazing staff to run such a big place. We were lucky to be upgraded to Cliff top room with lounge access. It was one of the best lounges I have ever visited. Rooms were immaculate, and we also visited Koral restaurant for dinner, which was an exclusive experience. It's definitely worth every pound spent at this hotel. If I ever come back to Bali, I would stay only at this resort or spend at least a week here. Thank you once again for an amazing experience.
