We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would happily recommend it. The service from all members of the staff was truly excellent—everyone was attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The hotel grounds are absolutely perfect: beautifully maintained, well-designed, and with an ideal balance in the number of guests, so it never feels crowded. This creates a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The Japanese and Chinese restaurants deserve special mention. The food quality was outstanding, with authentic flavors, great presentation, and impeccable service. I would also like to highlight the exceptional service at the bar on the 17th floor. Mariana, who works there, does an amazing job—she is attentive, friendly, and highly professional, and she truly elevates the overall experience. Overall, an excellent hotel with outstanding service, great dining, and a wonderful atmosphere.

Although I stayed at The Apurva Kempinski Bali two years ago, I feel compelled to write this review now, simply because I regret not doing so at the time. I completely forgot to leave feedback back then, yet this hotel left such a profound mark on me that it still comes to mind frequently. Even after two years, the image of this place remains vivid, which alone speaks to the depth of the experience it offers. From the very beginning, the hotel impresses with a sense of scale and presence that is hard to put into words. The architecture is spectacular: powerful, symbolic, and deeply connected to Balinese heritage while seamlessly expressing modern luxury. Arriving there feels almost ritualistic. This is not merely a hotel, it is a landmark and an experience in itself. What truly elevates this place is the human element. The service is delivered with warmth, grace, and remarkable professionalism. You never feel anonymous or rushed. Instead, there is a genuine sense of being cared for in a thoughtful and natural way. Every interaction carries a feeling of sincerity rather than formality, which creates an atmosphere of ease and trust. The accommodation is exquisite, generous in space, beautifully composed, and designed to reflect both elegance and cultural identity. Everything is pristine and carefully maintained, offering a sense of privacy and serenity that makes the room feel like a personal retreat rather than just a place to sleep. Dining at the resort is an experience of its own. Even now, two years later, it remains clearly distinct from many other luxury hotels I have visited. I sincerely regret not writing this review earlier, because this hotel deserves recognition of the highest kind. It left such a strong emotional impression on me that I still remember the feeling of being there, and that, to me, is the ultimate sign of excellence. This is not just somewhere you stay. The hotel’s architecture is truly breathtaking, and the rooms are exceptionally spacious, elegant, and beautifully furnished. The private pool exceeded our expectations—it was significantly larger than what we had seen in the photos and became the perfect place to unwind after long days of exploring. The Japanese restaurant is nothing short of legendary and a true highlight of the stay. As Discovery Titanium members, we were sincerely impressed by the recognition and generosity shown to us. Receiving a double upgrade during peak occupancy is rare, and we were genuinely grateful for the thoughtful gesture. A few areas offer room for refinement. Communication with room service staff could be smoother, pricing would benefit from clearer logic and consistency, and food delivery times were longer than expected, with one order taking close to 1.5 hours. Overall, this is an outstanding hotel that delivers a memorable experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning again without hesitation 🙏❤️

We really enjoyed our stay at The Apurva Kempinski Bali. Every little detail was simply perfect! Our spacious and beautiful villa with a private outdoor lounge area and swimming pool offered exceptional comfort. The overall hotel design is absolutely outstanding - you can’t help but say WOW the moment you see it. The hotel grounds are very well maintained, full of greenery and charming Christmas decorations that made the atmosphere even more special. We visited most of the hotel’s restaurants and enjoyed all of them, but the Villa Lounge with its excellent breakfasts was simply the best (thank you, Doni, and the entire team!). The New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner in the main lobby was simply unforgettable. The hotel also has a fantastic gym - very spacious and clean, and fully equipped with everything one could wish for. And the hotel staff… they did an incredible job making us feel welcomed and cared for. Many thanks from our family to the Ladies in Red, the housekeeping team, as well as the gym and restaurant teams. Special thanks to Amar from the Villa Management team, who ensured that every our little request was handled perfectly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone traveling to Bali and would absolutely love to return again.
