Amazing hotel and a truly unforgettable experience. Very calm atmosphere, super friendly and smiling staff, and an overall positive vibe throughout the resort. Great variety of restaurants with excellent quality. Beautiful pools and green spaces, especially great for kids. The gym is also very well equipped, allowing you to have a proper and enjoyable workout during your stay. We mentioned that we were on our honeymoon, and the next evening they surprised us with a very romantic and beautifully set table in our room — an incredible touch. From now on, whenever we travel, we will always check if there is a Kempinski — it will definitely be our first choice.

Absolutely loved our stay here. It was such a great experience. We stayed here for three days for my husband‘s birthday and also the last leg of our honeymoon. They had the room set up for my husband‘s birthday for our honeymoon. They even gave us like a bottle of wine. The service was really good. The pool was huge when you walk inside the hotel the lobby is absolutely stunning. The marble floor looks like the sea and the ceiling is so great. The hotel itself is a work of art. There’s lots of art here it’s amazing. Overlooking the lobby is the whole hotel from downstairs absolutely jaw-dropping. The view of the hotel itself is is so big it’s majestic I can’t explain like wow. The service is absolutely exceptional so we booked the lagoon deluxe room and the pool lamp was unfortunately I’m not working and I told them on the first day and then every day they’ve been I’m asking me if it was fixed or was it were they able to do anything about it unfortunately it was like an engineering issue and I’m so on our last day the manager came up to me during breakfast and asked me about it and to make up for it they had us check out late up until 6 PM because our flight was at 1 AM so that was really some exceptional service. Also, the food in Izakaya was oh so good I love the sushi rolls absolutely amazing. The only restaurant that we didn’t eat at was the Koral restaurant because it was booked obviously it was Chinese new year and also valentines weekend. Overall, I would come back!

We had the most wonderful experience here. All the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and our stay luxurious. Special thanks to Damam and Vina who looked after us and our room; their attentiveness to cleanliness and surpassing all our needs was so appreciated. The cliff lounge staff created a friendly and welcoming atmosphere at breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktail hour. A special mention to Raos who was always making sure our tummies were full and greeting us with his big smile. The restaurants were all amazing, the food and service everywhere was top notch, could not fault any of it. The pools were so clean and inviting, that we spent most of our time enjoying them. The ease of contacting both the concierge and the culinary concierge by whatsapp was such an easy and efficient way to communicate...loved it! As this was our anniversary, the staff organised 2 cakes, a bottle of sparkling and treats as well as flowers and towel art in our room, so thoughtful and much appreciated.
