We had the Cliff private pool ocean junior suit and it was very lovely. The experience at Kempinski hotel Bali is very luxurious and a must try. If you decide to come here you can spend the whole day here, no need to go out, because it’s a huge resort, you have so many facilities, good restaurants, different pools, beach access… We also had access to the Cliff lounge, the service is top, the food and drinks are great, and the staff are very welcoming and friendly. Thank you Vanny for your wonderful service, she made sure we are comfortable and happy throughout. She also surprised me with a cake at the lounge since it was my birthday, very lovely🥰 Thank you Vanny!

Came here to stay for our friend’s wedding and wow! The resort was stunning and the staff provided excellent service throughout our whole stay. Shoutout to the housekeeping staff especially Widi and Melanie! Both were so professional and friendly by making sure we had plenty of water bottles and towels. Our room was always immaculate when we come back from exploring the resort. Excellent service and made our stay so comfortable! We booked a couple’s massage as a treat before leaving and Lisna and Nindya took great care of my husband and I. Lisna listened to my concerns for my problematic areas and by the time she was done, I was a new person! Definitely recommend booking a massage if you’re staying here! We had a late fight leaving Bali and the resort had an awesome departure lounge what is way more comfortable than being at the airport. They provide coffee, light refreshments and ac! Keyshia was amazing at making sure we are comfortable and if we needed anything else while we waited for our taxi. I highly recommend checking the lounge out instead of killing time at the airport for your flight. Besides the stunning views, the staff goes above and beyond to make sure you have an incredible time! You can’t go wrong staying here! Love this place!

The atmosphere throughout the resort is both sophisticated and serene, making it the perfect place to relax and indulge. A special mention goes to Koral Restaurant — an absolutely unique dining experience. Enjoying an exquisite meal surrounded by an underwater world was simply magical. The food, presentation, and ambiance were all exceptional, making it an unforgettable highlight of our stay. A truly remarkable resort — one of the most impressive places we’ve ever stayed at!

Our stay at The Apurva Kempinski Bali has been nothing short of amazing. The villa itself was beautiful, peaceful, private, and surrounded by breathtaking views that made every morning feel special. The atmosphere was calm and luxurious, and it truly felt like our own little sanctuary in Bali. What really made the experience unforgettable, though, was the incredible service. The team at the Villa Lounge was so warm and genuine, especially Wika, who took care of us every single day with such kindness and attention to detail. They remembered what we liked, what we did the day before, and always greeted us with a smile. It felt personal and heartfelt… not just service, but real connection. Getting to know the people here made our stay feel extra special, and we’ll definitely treasure these memories.

I don’t even know how to express how impressed I am with The Apurva Kempinski Bali since the very first moment I stepped in. The staff at the front door lobby were incredibly kind and escorted me to the main lobby, where I met Jessica Novia (Lady in Red), who took care of me throughout my stay. She impressed me from the very first second with her warm and welcoming manners. This is truly the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Everything and everyone were just perfect, from the team at the Cliff Lounge to the staff at the beach area and beyond. This experience truly proves that the hotel provides exceptional service in every way. Absolutely the best! I would definitely choose The Apurva Kempinski Bali as my first choice when I come back to Bali. I also love that the hotel provides daily activities like yoga, paddle boarding, and circuit training, it’s perfect for a staycation, and I don’t even have to leave the hotel at all!
